I can't change stroke colour after I used the shape builder tool
After using the shape building tool to combine shapes together to create a specific shape and change the stroke to a colour with a specific stroke weight then later when I try to change the stroke colour it does nothing, it show up different when it's in isolation mode though. I've tried to add a thicker stroke line and that shows the new colour I've chosen behind the first colour so the shape developed two stroke colours in one and I have no idea how to fix it, even if I copy and paste the shape then try to change that one, still nothing.

Highlighting text leads to disappearing artboards
This tends to only happen when I have minimized the screen to be half of my desktop size. Whenever I highlight text in Illustrator the artboard disappears and it only comes back when I've selected the selection tool and click in the work space.

Intense Lag Illustrator 24 (Windows11)
I have intense lag regardless of file size. Whenever I begin to zoom or pan, display takes at least 5 seconds to update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled illustrator. Upon reinstall, the software works perfectly fine. When I close it, then reopen, the lag persists.
Here are my PC specs:

Can't copy paste between tabs using the keyboard shortcut
I've found lately that copy pasting content from one open document to another doesn't work when using the Ctrl-V shortcut. Manually selecting Edit->Paste from the menu seems to work as a workaround.
I'm using Illustrator 28.7.1 64-bit on Windows 10 21H2

Bug Report: Chinese Character Multiplication and Overlapping in Adobe AI Version 27.3.1
The latest version of AI, version 27.3.1, has a bug that causes Chinese characters to multiply and overlap when typing without pressing Enter. This issue was not present when reverting to the previous version. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

Worse situation on M1 macs
macOS Monterey V 12.0.1 (M1 chip)
Illustrator Desktop V 26.0.1Recently I noticed, that performance have some bugs.
It is often, that screen smudges like in screenshot. and thats everyday issue. I need to zoom in and move around, then it disappears. now even Pink stripes showed up, which doesn't disappear...
Also, sometimes when I start new document (from template), there is the pink blink (very short, few mili seconds and the same colour like in screenshot)Today I saw new update for Ai, so updated, will see if this issue was

Layer visibility incorrect after applying 3D Effect Rotate to group
After applying the 3D Effect 'Rotate' to a group of paths, it is no longer possible to make paths invisible within the group.
Steps to reproduce:
1) New
2) Draw two paths
3) Select and group the paths
4) Apply 3D effect 'Rotate' to the group
5) toggle the visibility of one shape in the 'Layers'-panelThe shape stays visible even though the visibility is turned of.

Can't Switch Document Color Mode from RBG To CMYK
When trying to switch document color mode in an opened document it will not switch the color mode.

Library panel button "Add Content" Disabled
When I have an object selected on the artboard, "Add Content" button is disabled on CC Library panel.
Also, when trying to add from Swatch options menu, I use the checkbox and select my libray, click the "OK" button but no swatch is added to the CC Library.
Illustrator version is 24.1 running on macOS Mojave 10.14.6

dots (.) on units
when typing units, in any case (like sizing a square, or the width of a line), we were able to use the dot (.) for decimals, now it only reads the commas (,). So if i create a square (or any other object) and type on size something as: 3.5mm, it reads it as 35mm, if i want a 3.5mm square, i need to type 3,5mm (with a comma).
it is more practical to accept the dot, since it is right there at the numpad on the keyboard.
can we go back to that?

illustrator CC 2019 selection by path only broken with symbols
- In Prefs>Selection and Anchor Display check Object Selection by Path Only.
- Drag a symbol from the symbol pane onto the artboard. 2a. It needs to be one with a filled area.
- Choose the pen tool.
- Draw an unfilled, stroked path with an anchor point that is on top of a filled area of the symbol.
- Choose the Direct Selection Tool.
- Drag over the anchor point, making sure not to drag over any paths, just a filled area. Alternately, drag over a filled part of a symbol even without a path on top.
- Notice that the symbol becomes selected. It should not select the symbol. This is not how it worked in 2018 or previous versions. Also works correctly in CS6.

Color Picker not working correctly
I'm running Illustrator v23.0.i on a Windows 10
When I use the Colour Picker to pick up a colour it changes the fill indicator but when I double click the fill box to show the colour makeup it shows Hex 000000

Gradient panel - Angle tab flashing and temporarily freezing program
This is a new problem today - I have restarted Adobe and my mac and no fix.
Summary -
I have my panels displayed on my UI - The gradient angle tab (even when no gradient is applied) begins to flash repeatedly and quickly - This causes the program to freeze for the second it is flashing.
Further, once it has completed flashing it changes my tool randomly - I have had it change from move to artboard, from shape to pen, it seems random. Also the I have tried a different keyboard so it is not a bug in one of my keys.
The last thing that I noticed is that I can recreate it by clicking out of illustrator and as soon as I come back in it does it again. The worst part about this is when using pen tool it ends the path I was working on as well.
