Cuando coloco algunas imágenes (JPG, JPEG, etc.) Me aparece el mensaje escrito en el título "No se pudo leer el archivo debido a un error". Qué pasa!!, no entiendo? ayuda por favor, necesitó trabajar con las imágenes que no me permite abrir AI.
Lo peor es que no solo me pasa con AI, también con PSD

Smart Guide not working properly
Smart Guide not working properly. Every time AI start up, I have to uncheck the Smart Guide and check again to make it work. Its definitely

Vectors rendered too thick on screen
Since the update to 22.1, all vector lines are being rendered too thickly on screen. Compare any lines drawn in AI with how they appear when printed out - they are inaccurately rendered on screen. Illustrator is a vector application, it cannot be displaying vectors with such poor quality on screen.

Unwanted lines appearing when zooming
When zooming in on a vector line feature, unwanted lines keep showing up as I zoom in. Once I zoom out to a certain extent they disappear.

Window tabs in illustrator glitch can't navigate
I've lost the ability to navigate and manage my tabs in illustrator on MacOS High Sierra 10.13.3. Multiple restarts of my computer have not solved this, please fix this super frustrating glitch!

Illustrator File opens to Work/Learn Screen
I have Illustrator CC and after the most recent update, almost every time I open a file in Illustrator after turning on my computer, it opens the file but the Work/Learn screen is still up.
I can see my file's layers in the layers panel in the bottom right corner but the screen doesn't show it. I can click around and it's saying I'm selecting things but I can't get the Work/Learn screen off so I have to restart Illustrator over and over again until I can get it to work.

GPU preview = poor quality in 22.1
Image quality is poor with GPU performance activated in 22.1: lines appear too thick, anchor points are left on screen when they should have cleared, random artifacts appear on screen for no apparent reason. Solution is either deactivated GPU performance (not acceptable) or toggling to CPU preview on every document every single time the document is opened (also not acceptable). Please work on a fix for this before releasing 22.1 to the public.

Character panel (the section in Properties) doesn´t change fonts name
AI version: last one, 22.0.1
I typed the same words in 10 different fonts (all Google fonts), and they all look different of course, but when selecting them a second time, the font shown in the Character panel was always the same. Text block cursor not indicating the actual cursor location.
Text block cursor not indicating the actual cursor location.
This has happened a few times to me, but is not consistent.When editing text in a type block I use the pointer to hi light the area where changes are required but the changes occur at a different point in the text.
I have attached an image to clarify this - the black editing block is hi lighting the additional space I intend to delete but the actual character deleted is a few characters away (in this case the letter 'f' which shows with a blue edit line in this…5 votes -
Drawing with Pen tool puts point with an offset
When I try to draw with the pen tool the point is a couple points offset from where I click with the cursor. I have the latest version of Illustrator on my MacBook Pro and it just started doing this while I was in the middle of a project. I've tried restarting Illustrator but that didn't fix anything.

Illustrator freezes - must close using Task Manager
Illustrator freezes, menus not accessible and/or if they open, it is blank. I can still select items on the artboard, but cannot use anything in menus and tools. Once Illustrator freezes, I cannot close unless I use the Task Manager.

Illustrator CC 2018 Crashes when using Specified Steps (Blend Tool)
I'm having a problem in the 2018 version of Illustrator when using Specified Steps under the Blend Tool. The problem occurs when I click preview in the Blend Options box after selecting Specified Steps. Upon clicking preview a progress box pops up that says "Reading Illustrator File" and basically sits there. When I loose patience and close out, the whole program shuts down. I've never experienced this before in any previous version of illustrator and was hoping someone could help shed some light on the issue. Thanks in advance.

Scroll zoom not working
When I zoom in using alt + scroll down, the canvas jitters; it zooms out then in.

Left Mouse Button Single Click Acts Like Double Click
This only seems to happen in Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 and Adobe Bridge. I'll single click on a file to select it and it will open as if it has been double clicked. This happens intermittently. I've checked all the mouse settings and nothing has changed.

color on screen looks different if cmyk or spot
this is a problem i found in illustrator, indesign and photoshop cc.
i create a gradient, say from 100% to 0% of cyan (c100 m0 y0 k0). (the color is not important)
than i create another gradient, from 100% to 0% of cyan (c100 m0 y0 k0), but spot color.
than i active 'overprint preview'.
on screen, the 2 color look different, and it's wrong.
we have the same color, the same gradient, so it MUST look the same.5 votes -
Asset Export panel list view trims filenames to approx 24 characters
Asset Export list view should show full file name or clip to panel width. As it stands, my file names are being trimmed even though there is plenty of room to show the full name.

freezing after using brush tool
seems like this program is not going to work, just updated after being away from PC for 3 months (for work). Using brush tool freezes program. can use hot keys to change mouse, also can save. But can not move canvas, zoom in/out or continue painting.
windows 10 64 bit.

CMYK values changes
On opening existing file and embedded profile mismatch, selecting "Convert document's colors to the working space" will change K=100% to black defined in all CMYK values.
However opening the file keeping embedded profile and hereafter assign the profile keeps the values intact.5 votes -
CC2018 Illustrator Multiply with CMYK colors and Windows 10 Fall Creators update (solid color)
The latest Windows 10 update (Fall Creators) bugs out the Illustrators Multiply option when in CMYK setting. The Multiply option becomes a solid color instead of transparant and reacting with bottom color. When converting to RGB it works as intended and photoshop for example shows correct multiply in CMYK.
current solution: revert back to older version of windows 10.
