1. Properties panel doesn't show any settings

   Using Illustrator 29.4 with macOS 15.3, the Properties panel doesn't show anything anymore but the "Quick selections" text (might not be the right term as my software is in French)

3. Illustrator not working

   When I open Illustrator the processor dramatically slows down, to the point I can't have anything else open. Photoshop, on the other hand, works fine. When I try to move my mouse in Illustrator it takes ages, the screen starts flickering when I click on something for a few minutes before I click something else and it happens again. Sometimes it crashes. I updated Illustrator last week to the newest version, then uninstalled it because I blamed the problem on the update, but version 29.4 works just as bad. It all happened suddenly, the drivers are updated and I have 40 RAM. I haven't had this problem before. Please help.

   12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12650H 2.30 GHz
   NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060

4. Creative Cloud Fonts wont sync.

   The fonts already installed via Creative Cloud show missing in Illustrator. It also keep removing the font from the font family stating font was unable to be installed due to an error. So every time I open Illustrator or simply start my system there a new font missing. CC sprouts an error regarding a font. Never had this issue before.

5. Flatten Transparency color change

   Illustrator 2024 29.4 (64-bit) Windows 11 Pro, Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 165H 3.80 GHz, 32 GB Ram

   When using the "flatten transparency" or "rasterize" options, there is a single line of text that keeps changing color. See screen shots attached. This happens regardless of what settings I select. I need the color of the text to be maintained through the operation.

6. Remove the window

7. Solid black bar 1.5" wide across entire width of screen blocking top part of opened file

   On opening existing file, solid black bar 1.5" wide and across entire screen at top of screen blocks that portion of file. Cannot resize it or delete it. Cannot access that part of file for editing. Was fine 3/30/25 after upgrading Illustrator on that day due to issues of uncontrollable mouse action.

   TEST YOUR PRODUCT BETTER BEFORE RELEASING IT!!!!!

9. Problem with Grouping Layers

   I didn't use to have this problem and it doesn't seem to happen all the time, but when it happens it is annoying. That is, when I want to group two different sets of separately grouped objects into a grouped layer, what happens is that each of the layer groups with specific set of objects become combined into one single layer group. That is, the objects are no longer layer grouped by their original layer groups, but all the objects where combined into the same layer group. An Example would be: One layer group contains yellow objects and another layer group contains red objects. When I go into the layer panel and select both layer groups and hit ctrl G for group all the yellow and all the red objects become combined into a single layer group instead of the layer groups themselves becoming a sub-layer group of a sub group layer. Not only do I get this problem, but all the original layers that originally contained those separate layer groups become blank layers left on the template and that would be outright tedious to have to search through all the layers and delete the ones that are empty.
   I didn't use to have these problems so It must have been an update or something.

10. Symbol swatches on network drives won't stay persistent

    We store our color and symbol swatches on a network drive. If we set our color swatches to be persistent, they automatically load whenever we restart Illustrator. This is not the case with symbol swatches. We have to reload manually every time. We expect them to operate the same way as color swatches. Please fix. Running Win 10/11 and the latest Illustrator.

11. "Other option" for text in Properties panel slow down PC

    Illustrator beta 29.5 35
    When I try to open "other option" for text in the property panel the software slow down very much, I mean it freeze for at least 10 seconds and it happens every time. If I use the usual full Text panel no problems, but normally using the Properties is easier to have all in the same place, so it's a bit frustrating.
    I link the screenshot ot the software frozen after clicking the button.

    AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics, 3301 Mhz, 8 core, 16 processori logici

12. Selection tool doesn't work to resize

    Illustrator version 29.3.1 (2025)

    The Selection tool (black arrow) does not work anymore and i can't resize things on any of my documents. I tried to close-reopen illustrator and even restart the entire computer without any results.

13. プリントに選択したページは全て空白です

    Illustrator 2025（29.3）で、アートボードを印刷しようとすると「プリントに選択したページは全て空白です」 というエラーが出て印刷ができない。リンクオブジェクトにリンクを配置した際、リンク元となるデータが.aiのファイルで、かつそのリンク元のレイヤー内でリンクオブジェクト（確認したケースでは埋め込みリンク）のみが表示されており、その他のパスなどの要素が表示されていない場合にこの現象がおきた。

14. Recolor - Color Theme Picker not working with recolor tool

    When trying to recolor an asset, the color theme picker doesn't function as normally.
    This feature was working normally last week.

15. Type tools not showing in 29.3.1

    The type tools not showing in 29.3.1, I get the 3d and Materials (insanely long) window instead.
    The Paragraph panel does the same, as well as Glyphs.
    I want to access the glyphs, Open Type, etc, panels but just can't.

16. Macのスクリーンタイムでの利用時間カウントが正常でない

    1. お使いのオペレーティングシステムおよび Adobe Illustrator (デスクトップ版) のバージョン：
       Mac OS 13.6.4（22G513）
       Illustrator 29.3.1

    2. 問題が発生したときに実行していた手順：
       アプリを起動した状態で、Macをスリープした状態（操作は行っていない）

    3. 想定していた結果：
       Macのスクリーンタイムでは、Illustratorの使用時間がカウントされない

    4. 実際の結果
       スリープしている時間も、ずっとIllustratorを操作した時間としてカウントされている
       （添付画像はある日のスクリーンタイムのスクリーンショットです。
       　深夜2時から朝の11時にかけて、スリープ状態でしたが、Illustratorを操作したことになっています。
       　1度きりの発生ではなく、毎回このような状態になっています。）

17. Inconsistent stroke value

19. Bitmap (1-Bit) Image downsampled to 300 dpi in PDF Export - スリープさせるとレインボーカーソル化

    MacBookPro OS 13.6.4
    Illustrator 29.3.1

    Illustratorを起動したまま、画面を（物理的に）閉じると、次画面を開いた時にIllustratorがレインボーカーソルのまま動かなくなります。毎回強制終了して再度起動しています。
    ブラウザなどの他のアプリケーションはレインボーカーソル化しません。

    Illustratorを28にしていた頃は起こらなかったです。

20. Join Tool and overlapping paths - strange behavior

    Hello, UserVoice and Illustrator community!

    Join tool make strange behavior - problem with overlapping paths.

    I took a ready-made example with an umbrella from a pink outline.

    I used the join tool as in the example, everything is fine (it connected the intersecting outlines and the overlapping ones too).

    Then I moved the green element a little and the join tool started to behave strangely.
    Example on the top right (dark turquoise umbrella).
    The intersecting outlines worked well.
    But the overlapping ones - I did some nonsense, I got a loooong tail.

    I also moved the green element and it also looked strange.
    Example on the bottom right (blue umbrella).
    The intersecting outlines worked well.
    But it doesn't connect the overlapping ones at all, although they are located close to each other.

    The paths are actually diverge or the intersection happens after the paths are extended, and not shortened, as explained in the comments
