Very glitchy system. Fix the BUGS!
Since the last update it has been very glitchy. Courser is grabbing at incorrect points for the last 4 days. Makes it VERY difficult to execute work that needs completed.

Unable to remove/delete payment method on inactive plan or on active plan
as a client i am unable to remove/delete my payment method under my account profile for active plan or inactive plan. With data breach news surfacing every now and then, Adode should not save such payment method details. and client/customer should have option to remove/delete the payment method details.

Objects imported from SVG have their gradients turned upside down
Illustrator 24.2 on Windows 10 PC.
Open the attached SVG file. Select the rectangle with the gradient. Now select the Rectangle tool and create another rectangle which will inherit the look of the first rectangle. Now we have two rectangles on the canvas which look the same.
Yet their appearance in the Appearance panel is different — the imported object has the red color on the bottom while the newly created object has the red color on the top.

Lineal nach Zeichenflächenänderung von Hoch- zu Querformat nicht angepasst

Illustrator 25.0 (64bit).Ich habe ein neues Dokument erstellt in A3. Danach habe ich die Zeichenfläche von Hochformat auf Querformat gestellt, indem ich doppelt auf die Zeichenfläche im Zeichenflächenwerkzeug klicke und das Symbol für Querformat anklicke, danach okay. Die Zeichenfläche wurde gedreht.
Nun wollte ich Hilfslinien als Rahmen einfügen und habe dazu das Lineal eingeblendet. Ich erwartete, dass das Lineal anzeigt, dass links oben meiner Zeichenfläche sowohl x als auch y 0 ist. Das Lineal hat sich jedoch nicht mitgedreht und die 0 liegt außerhalb meiner Zeichenfläche, nämlich genau dort, wo es länge, wenn die Zeichenfläche im Hochformat…1 vote -
Text path vanishes when moving it with selection tools (black or white arrows)
Since updating to version 24.1.2 from Adobe Illustrator 2019, whenever I move text objects using any of the selection arrows, the highlighted path disappears during moving and only reappears when I stop moving the text object. This is frustrating as I can't see the baseline or centre point of the text object while trying to align it to something else. This never happened before I updated Illustrator. My OS is macOS Mojave 10.14.6, Illustrator version 24.1.2.

Align Text box with Object
Using Windows 7 or High Sierra and Illustrator 24.2
Align text with any object is not aligned properly. Presently it takes text box and actual height/width of text and aligns object width/height.
I understand this is way Illustrator text work, but can changed/update so can properly aligns. Hoping to get it resolved in near coming versions.
The alignment should work like Indesign or any vector program. Check attachment.
4 votesYou can now choose to align to preview bound of a type object, using Align to Glyph Bounds option in Align panel’s menu.

tab no longer toggles panels
Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.4 and Illustrator 24.3 : I recently updated to 24.3. Several problems now I've encountered. Pressing Tab btn no longer toggles the panels on and off. Pressing the F key no longer provides me an isolated view with black background. No visual indication any longer of document saving on already opened document that has been saved.

Illustrator no longer displays the window with the save progress bar when saving
Recently updated to Illustrator 24.3. Thanks for fixing the shift - anchor point issue. Unfortunately it appears Illustrator is no longer providing any visual feedback upon saving the document. (Apple+S) This is regarding open documents that have already previously been saved. I use to get a status bar along with % save was at as it progressed. Now there is nothing to indicate the document is saving.

Vector fill shifting when exporting
I created a fill using vector lines that looks like a quilted look. I arranged the fill in the object to be centered. However, when I either open the AI. file in acrobat or export as png or jpeg the fill vector lines have shifted and are no longer centered. I have tried grouping the layers and locking the layers. THe only thing that seams to work is rasterizing, which I would rather not do in case I need to edit later. Plus, even when I rasterize in high 300dpi the lines don't look clear.

Transform panel shows different size from artboard
Using Illustrator 2021. Artboard is 60 x 60 cm, my illustration shows in the transform panel as 600 x 600cm. Please help. When I change my art in the transform panel to to 60cm it make it 6cm on my artboard.

Guides not scaling correctly on copy/paste into large canvas
If I copy a 5"x5" rectangle from a regular document and paste it to a large canvas document, it remains 5"x5", as expected.
However, if I convert the same shape to a guide and then copy it from a regular document to a large canvas document, the guide becomes 50"x50". This really makes things difficult when copying guides and artwork together into a large canvas.

It's 2020. Why is it still impossible to scale a graph with the free transform tool.
It's an insult to designers, especially in the age of data, that we can't properly use the graph tool without having to enter the data and officially break it before having the ability to scale it like any other vector object. Please get with the program and make it a scalable vector with data intact and editable.

New update (v24.3) printer errors
After the latest Illustrator update (v24.3), it keeps giving me printing error messages. My printer drivers and etc are up-to-date. This is the first time this has happened in many years, I don't even remember the last time I had printer errors via Illustrator. I've used Ai for over 20 years of my professional design and illustration career, several of the Ai CC 2020 updates have been nothing but a royal pain-in-the-a$$ overloaded with glitches, bugs, and crashes. I've never been so frustrated with this beloved drawing program. Adobe, please get Adobe apps to work properly like it once was.…

Creating Halftones Quality Has Decreased
I am beyond frustrated with what used to be a smooth, simple rendering process for creating halftones. I do what most do: create the shape with a black to white gradient > create setting under Color Halftone > Expand Appearance > Image Trace > Expand Appearance (again). Boom, done.

Lines form while moving canvas
Every time I move the canvas down using the hand tool or scrolling up, these weird horizontal lines of color like 1 pixel high drop like some delay previewing or something. It's not easy to explain.
I don't experience this in any other Adobe program.

Select Same Fill & Stroke not working, version 24.3
Select Same Fill & Stroke is not working in Illustrator CC, version 24.3. I'm using it on a large image traced vector pattern and need to change out the shape colors. I've used to do this all the time in past versions.

Rotate tool
in Illustrator 24.2 the rotate tool often seems to default back to random numbers now instead of to the last used or something that might make sense (eg 90). eg 93.24

When opening, keeps opening tabs and keeps looping
This keeps happening, even after re-installing. I cannot use illustrator at all.
