New document window sticks to single space when working in macOS
When you start a new document, if you switch spaces in macOS Mojave, the new document window sticks to the original space it was opened in instead of following the user from space to space. This can lead one to think that Illustrator is frozen or stuck as the workspace is locked when the new document window is open. Double clicking Illustrator on the dock does not switch the user back to the space the new document window is in.

eyedroper doesnt work anymore over symbols, neither bitmaps
In the past, eyedropper tool was working with symbol, right now completely ignores it and pick whatever object is behind.

Illustrator version 23.1 won't launch
Illustrator version 23.1 will not launch after initial opening upon install. On Windows 10 64 bit. It also will not start in safe mode. I uninstalled that version and went back to 23.0.6 and it seems to works fine.

Embedding link/image and it duplicates itself in top left corner
Occasionally, when i embed an image in the link menu, it will duplicate that image in the top right hand corner of my document. The one I embedded into the document is embedded, but the "new" duplicate is still linked. I just noticed this happening as of recently.

Move window doesnt update with most current move value
When I drag an object with the selection tool that move used to be reflected when I opened the move dialogue. However now that dialogue gets stuck on a previous move unless I use the direct selection tool to move the object.
I am using the most current version of Illustrator CC on a 2013 Macbook running Catalina.

v23.1.1: Text with the "Outline Object" effect and Preview Bounds enabled has shifted to the right when opening an existing file
We have existing AI files with text, which has the following characteristics:
- Text has the Outline Object effect enabled;
- Illustrator preferences "Preview Bounds" is checked;
- Paragraph is "centred"When we open these AI files we find that the text has been shifted to the right a little bit.
This has occurred on both the Windows 10 and Mac OS Mojave operating systems. To fix the issue we downgraded to Illustrator 23.0.6

Illustrator randomly deform random nodes and elongates them!
illustrator ver 23.1.1
os ver macos 10.13.6
16gb 2.8ghz hd5750gpu board.While working with illustrator (2018-2019 both are doing the same thing. While moving or duplicating curved objects around the page, or while saving the document, it's randomly picks a one of curve nodes and elongates them to random length. Done experimenting with other mac stations and same file, we cannot reproduce this behaviour. Uninstalled - reinstalled illustrator and updated os system didnt help either.

Flashing screen when loading multiple files at once
When multiple files are loaded at one time when the Application Frame is disabled it will result in an annoying screen flicker/blinking of each file loading as a new window. The more files that are loaded at once the more blinking you will be blinded by.
Usually of Illustrator preloads all of the files first and then loaded the main window/set of tabs, as apposed to loading each tab one at a time with this visual annoyance.
I've tested this on earlier on Illustrator 23.1.1 on High Sierra and this issue does not occur.

CMD+D Universal
I like the CMD+D on illustrator but want that on indesign for duplicating things easier and I also like the CMD+D on indesign and I want that on illustrator to relink photos easier. So maybe keep the CMD+D the same in both and create a new left hand command for the other?

CC LIBRARY
My CC Library opens, shows me everything but when I click on let's say a color to swap it does nothing. None of the libraries work. It's like the I'm clicking in a ghost swatch or something. I even reinstalled illustrator to see if it would help. Nothing. Bug or fixable?

Tracking plus center/right justify broken
macOS 12.13, Illustrator 2019 v23.1.1
The v23.1 update broke center/right justify on point type when tracking is applied. When tracking is applied, and type is center or right justified, the alignment uses the tracking after the last character to determine the center or right alignment point, then the type is not visually aligned correctly.
To reproduce in v23.1.1:
Create a point type object, type XX for the text.
Center justify the type. The type will correctly be centered exactly between the 2 X's.

With GPU acceleration on, click on rule when an art-board is under this rule, the art-board becomes active.
No problem if GPU is Off.
- Create a document with 2 art-boards,
- Show rules and switch to art-board rules (Display/Rules/),
Click on a rule when an art-board is under this rule, the art-bord under the rule become the active art-board. This is not the expected behavior.
On the other hand, the behavior is correct when GPU acceleration is off.1 vote -
Linked images opening in Photoshop by accident
Especially big files (exhibition walls etc.) operate so slowly that it often happens by accident that linked images open in Photoshop - although no double-click on the photo ever happened. I'd like to be able to turn off the image opening by double-click. If I want to edit images, I do this via the links panel.

Illustrator CC thumbnail on preview mode not working properly with rectangle artboard
Illustrator CC2019, thumbnail shows artboard just properly on square shape not the rectangle one

Export to a local folder url beyond iCloud fails to pick up the full url
When I go File > Export > Export for Screens in Illustrator 23.1.1 (and for quite a few versions now) the local URL in 'Export to:' does not seem to want to register beyond the point at which the iCloud cloud icon appears in my folders. So a folder needs to be fully local on my macbook - otherwise I have to manually look up and type in the subfolders that I want to export to.

Copying graphics from CClibraries transforms paths.
CClibraries has a serious bug.
adobe's customer support acknowledged having bugs in CClibraries.Steps to reproduce
1) Set the profile to “WEB” when creating a document.
2) Text object is made an outline.
3) In the Libraries panel to add graphics

Can only marquee zoom when in overprint preview or wireframe.
The marquee zoom tool is not working correctly in CC 2019. Previously you could turn "Zoom to selection" on or off. In CC 2019 this option is still available under preferences, but regardless if you turn it on or off, the marqee zoom feature only works if you're in overprint preview or wireframe. When in GPU Preview, only "Zoom to selection" works, even if you have it turned off.

Illustrator CC 2019 Will Not Save or Save As on Mac OS Mojave
I use a Macbook Pro mid 2015 with 16 GB RAM and Mac OSX Mojave 10.14.4. I just updated from CC 2018 to CC2019 at most a week ago. I wish I could go back, because at least in CC 2018 I could save.
When I tried saving a file I have already saved before, with this newest version of the program even, it gives me the error message of "file not found." I go and try to open the file, make sure I'm not just working on a different version, and that "file is already open."
