  1. Fonts not showing after update to 29.8

    Intermittent issue there are only a handful of basic fonts avaible to choose from (myriad, arial and a couple others) where as I have thousands installed.
    Have downgraded to previous veriosn of illustrator for now (29.7.1) and it works again fine

  2. Quit making fonts unavailable (Neuropol)

    Almost every time that I open my menus and logos the fonts that I use are no longer available. I used the same Neuropol font for my menus and logos for 14 years before going to the cloud-based software. Since going to cloud based software I have had to resolve the missing Neuropol font to a slightly different variation at least 4 or 5 times. Not only is it annoying and time consuming, it is causing inconsistencies in my brand, and with this current update, it does not work at all.

  3. Extremelly laggy experience

    I have i9 14th gen CPU, 64 GB Corsair vengeance RAM , a 5090 RTX.. still my illustrator lags like crazy... It runs 10X smoother in my mac with M1 pro chip and 16GB RAM! This is soo annoying, I loose hours daily because of this lag...

  5. ファイルを開くと、テキストや画像がボックスと分離し、位置が変わっている。

    既存のファイルを開くと、画像やテキストがクリッピングマスクされた状態になっており、パスレイヤーは元々の位置にあるが、画像やテキスト自体は横にズレた位置に移動し、表面上何も見えない状態になっている。

  6. The program is crashing frequently

    The program is crashing frequently, giving a black screen and sometimes the screen freezes on a file, even if I change tabs.

  7. Installed Fonts not showing

    Previously installed fonts not showing anymore. Says the fonts are missing but it worked previously and maybe 1 in 10 times it will have no error and the fonts will show. These fonts exist on my PC so it's not a cloud issue as far as i can see.

  8. Missing fonts are no longer highlighted when file opens

    Quand j'ouvre un fichier et que je n'ai pas la police ouverte, avant j'avais le texte en surbrillance ce qui permettait de voir où la police était manquante.
    Maintenat j'ai bien la fen^tre qui s'ouvre me disant que la police est manquante, mais je ne vois pas où ?

    When I open a file and I don't have the font open, I used to have the text highlighted, which allowed me to see where the font was missing.
    Now I have the window that opens telling me that the font is missing, but I can't see where it is.

  9. Le matériau 3D se transforme en image lorsque j'enregistre et rouvre le fichier

    Quand je fais du 3d matière, quelque fois cela se transforme en lien une fois enregistrer, fermer et ouvert le fichier. Malheureusement je ne peux plus connaitre l'effet que j'ai réalisé et plus le copier

  10. 割注指定の文字と通常の文字の間のカーニングおよびトラッキングができない

    「割注で2段に指定した文字」と「通常フォントサイズの文字」の字間をカーニングおよびトラッキングで広げることはできますが、詰めることができません。環境設定でトラッキング「100/1000em」で設定もしています。割注設定している文字の字間は詰めることはできるのですが…。

  11. Applying a material to an extruded object says it’s not enough RAM

    I apparently don't have enough RAM to do this. I'm trying to add a material to the border of the left file, it's a fill not a stoke... I have 96GB of RAM.... I am apparently using 26GB of memory. 70 Gb of RAM Should really be enough for almost anything I would think. Please let me know if there's a way I can use these tools if not I'll have to go back to my client and say "Adobe can't do it" once again.

  12. Text style in a mess when editing text. They appear ok in Preview mode. I can't complete the task or job.

    I am trying to edit this text in illustrator 29.7.1. Each time a type, make an amendment to the existing text it scrambles all of the settings and messes everything up (please see screenshots of before and after). I've tried to output to PDF but this also displays in a mess. Please let me know if there is a fix so I don't have to abandon this job and start again. Thanks, D

  13. Show pixel grid above 600 zoom not working

    I am tying to do pixel based artwork and I want to see the pixel grid when zooming in at high values. There is an opition in preference panel to show pixel grid above 600 zoom which is not working

  14. Illustrator 2025 cannot copy and paste.

    I cannot get my illustrator to copy and paste. The newer the version, the more frequent this issue happens. Now, I couldn't even copy and paste.

    I'm not using any 3rd party clipboard management. I did not reconfigure my keyboard shortcuts. I have cleared windows clipboard, cleared preference. I tried shutting off the software and reopen. Every time is still the same.

    It's not a new issue. What baffles me is Adobe keep coming out to new features while couldn't deal with such simple function.

  17. Joining two paths completely ruins brush width/variable stroke width profiles

    1. Draw a path with a pressure-sensitive brush. Draw another one that begins near where the first one ends.
    2. Select the ends of both paths. Object > Join.

    3. Wonder why the resulting pressure profile bears no resemblance to what you had on screen before the join.

    4. Draw a path with a variable stroke width. Draw another one that begins near where the first one ends.

    I think it might be just grabbing the pressure/width…

  18. Error al crear cuadricula

    Tengo windows 10, Ram de 8GB, Disco ssd de 900GB, procesador corel i5.
    Ajusto los divisores de la cuadricula pero al crearla, los divisores verticales cambian aleatoriamente la cantidad, por números mucho más grandes. Adjunto video.

  19. The vertical text get reversed in an exported PDF

    July 2025 PDF export worked now when I export a PDF if a number is vertical it won't read it correctly for ex. 42 will read it as 24 it only happens with vertical text numbers

  20. 「グリッドを表示」と「アウトライン表示」を同時に選択するとクラッシュする事象

    illustrator v29.7.1にて、「グリッドを表示」と「アウトライン表示」を同時に選択すると即座にクラッシュする。

    ＜環境＞
    Mac studio(macOS Sonoma 14.7（23H124） / A2 MAX)

    v29.7.1以前のバージョンでも起きていたかは不明です。
    特に困るような症状ではないが、一発クラッシュなので。
