あるフォント（DFP中太丸ゴシック）の「管理部 部長」をアウトライン化すると「部」の文字の一部が塗りつぶされる。添付参照。
他のフォントや文字では発生しない（自分が調べた限りです）
現象はwindows版のイラレでのみおこり、同じファイルをMacのイラレで開いても起こりません。win10/イラストレーター28.5

Eyedropper DOES NOT CONSIDER COLOR EXCLUSION for TEXTS MULTICOLOR
Eyedropper tool between two text boxes with mixed color letters. How to copy ONLY text attributes leaving the colors unchanged.
Even by deselecting fill color and stroke color in the eyedropper detection and eyedropper application boxes, the color of the destination text becomes unique depending on which is pressed as the source and the letters do not remain colored differently.

Bug - Blank Workspace
When I open an AI file there seems to be a 80/20 chance that it will not display properly. As the file is opening I can see everything but the moment it's fully loaded the workspace goes completely blank (gray without an artboard). I can still see toolbars and can move around the workspace. I can even select all and delete unseen assets but I can't draw new ones.
I have to close and reopen the file multiple times until it happens to show up. I've already tried:
• Resetting Preferences
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator

Single line text temporarily breaks to two lines when being moved or adjusted
This issue has been discussed in the Adobe Community forums, and other people have been able to replicate it.
This is the current 28.1 version of Illustrator as of Dec. 21st 2023.
If I have text that is close to the edge of the text box, and I try to make kerning between two characters tighter/smaller, Illustrator temporarily shows the text breaking into two lines, as if it won't fit on one, before readjusting to one line again. Windows 11 enhance pointer precision
If Windows 11 mouse setting "enhance pointer precision" is off, then Smart Guides and Snapping will not work in Adobe Illustrator v28.
Turning it back on will "fix" the Smart Guides/Snapping, but it'd be nice if we could turn this off and still have Illustrator do what Illustrator should do.2 votes -

When trying to save for web I get the following error "Could not complete this operation. An unknown error has occurred"

Outline Mode Breaks display when toggling in and out of it.
I found that when I go into outline mode and then toggle the layers off of it it breaks my display a little bit. It fixes itself if I just undo the toggling and then Cmd Y to turn it off that way but it'd be nice not having to do that.

Pressing Backspace in text gets recorded in History as a chain of separate Clear steps
When we type a text, Ai treats it as one operation, all the time.
Even when we press Enter, the flow is considered to be uninterrupted — and there a bug report about this:

Envelope Distort, Layers, and Illustrator Performance Bug
I've recently come across a bug with the envelope distortion tool. The bug happens when I use the Make with Warp effect on text. When this is applied, all the layers and sub-layers get frozen with no ability to see the thumbnail preview or to open or close any of the layers. This also affects the ability to hide or preview any layer, lock or unlock, and/or select anything in the layers.
This also causes Illustrator to run very high ram while causing unresponsiveness and difficulty in processing and sometimes the inability to save files.So far, the work-a-rounds that…

Illustrator won't export the correct artboards
Everytime i try to export a document, either as a PDF, JPEG, PNG, it won't export the correct artboards; say I have a document with 10 artboards and I want to export only 1 to 5, it will export all the pages. If I'm trying to export just one artboard as a JPEG, sometimes it will export another one randomly. Yes I'm making sure the artboards are labeled correctly, yes I type the correct numbers when exporting, but nothing seems to help, illustrator just exports whatever, I have to save the document, close it and open it again and try…

Can't change size
The cursor doesn't let me resize anything including text, images and figures.

Cut and paste doesn't paste to the selected object any more
Tricky to describe but if I want to quickly get an item to the back of my object stack within a layer, I would normally "cut" with Ctrl-X, selected the background object (say a big rectangle of colour you're using as the bg) then hit "paste" with Ctrl V. It would then paste this object on top of the selected object and behind everything else...
Now it just pastes on top of everything regardless of which object you have highlighted. Strangely, "paste in place" with Ctrl-F will place the object on top of the highlighted background object as I want…

libraries changes my units from inches to pixel
Everytime I put an asset into the library and then open that asset the units are in points instead of the original inches it was created in.

Ungrouping - Have to ungroup 5 times before it ungroups
Ungrouping for the last few days has not been working properly. I group 2 objects together, and then when i try to ungroup them i have to tell it to ungroup 5 times before it actually does it.

Illustrator 2024 Freezes When I Click Save
Anytime the Save button is pressed, it opens the dialog box and immediately freezes. All of the buttons are grayed out besides the option to save to Creative Cloud itself. I cannot save to my computer or hard drive (both have tons of memory). I tried to use Illustrator 2023 and it didn't work either.

Libraries are responding super slowly
Interacting with the libraries panel is SUPER slow.
Right clicking on an item takes ~ 15 seconds for the menu to show up.
Selecting something from the menu takes just as long to work.
"adding to library" take 10-15 seconds.
moving/organizing the items in the library takes 10-15 secondsWhile waiting, I can still use the drawing window/artboards no problem.

Bounding Box outside path and wrong dimensions
After 22 years of using Illustrator, the bounding box does not works anymore as it was used to.
When I draw a square of 10mm x 10mm with a centered path of 0,5mm the bounding box was always visualized precisely over the path and the dimensions of the square are 10x10mm
Since yesterday (01.18.2024) the bounding box is visualized outside the path and the dimensions are 10,5 x 10,5mm

Go to Preferences > General and turn off Use Preview Bounds option in the bottom right corner.
With this enabled Illustrator includes strokes into the measured bounds.
