1. Zoom with Alt+wheel is way too sensitive in new v27.3 to the point of being unusable

   This has just started with the new update to v27.3 using the Alt and the scroll wheel now causes intermittent massive jumps in zoom. Updated all my Logitech software. Running latest everything so reverting to 27.2 as this makes Illustrator unusable. How on earth did this get through any sort of testing?

   The fix for this issue has been rolled out with Illustrator 27.3.1 release available through Creative Cloud Desktop.

   Please update to 27.3.1 version to ensure you do not run into this issue.

2. Links not included in Package - Illustrator 2024 Bug

   When I package a file, the option to package images into a links folder is checked, yet it's not packaging them. This is happening on my home and work computer.

4. Le remplissage génératif ne fonctionne pas.

Après quelques instants, le curseur de progression n'avance plus et cela peut aller jusqu'au plantage de l'ordinateur. 5. App freezes when battery is low

   The app freezes when the battery on my MacOS laptop gets low. However, it freezes in such a way that MacOS doesn't realize that the app is frozen.

6. Pie chart problem with small values

   When I create a pie chart that contains small values along large ones, Illustrator will just delete the small ones.

   These numbers are the original (and the smallest value just disappears):

   12
   5
   4
   3
   2
   58
   17
   1832

   If I change the two smallest values to 5 and 4 it will render these slices.

   I know it's very small but I do need them to be present.

7. AI CC 2024 freeze randomly

   Randomly my illustrator would freeze suddenly, doesn't go to "not responding" phase, looks like nothing happen but can't click on anything, must force close it and restart, and its really bad because it happen randomly so i can't "prepare" for it

8. PLEASE FIX SCREEN FLICKERING!!!!

   The screen flickers when you move the cursor—it's driving me insane!
   Switching from GPU to CPU solves the issue but then I lose animated zoom, which sucks!

9. 長方形を方向キーで変形すると途中から半端な寸法数値になる

   MacOS12.7.3, Adobe Illustrator28.3
   ドキュメント設定の単位、 環境設定の単位→一般・東アジア言語をミリメートル、環境設定の一般→キー入力を0.1 mmに設定。
   長方形を描画し、shift＋方向キーの入力（1入力1mmの移動）で幅や高さを拡大または縮小していくと、4〜8回目くらいから中途半端な数値になります。方向キーのみでも何回めかに中途半端な数値になります。
   ずっと整数で変形したいのに困っています。

    Illustrator has a strokeDashOffset property that sets the indentation of the first stroke in the dashed line.

    It works when specified through the script, but there is no similar field in the interface of dashed line settings, i.e. it looks like a hidden functionality. It’s still legal and it works, but at the same time, a dashed line created with this parameter cannot be outlined correctly using standard Illustrator tools when the value is negative.

    It's a cursed property: it's a pity to ignore it, and it's a shame to use it because of its unreliability.

    Please fix the bug and make the Expand Stroke to respect the setting.

12. Opacity for list objects (bulleted or numbered) lost after closing a file

    When you reduce the opacity of a text object that contains a list - either just a list or a list plus "normal" text, that opacity gets deleted once you have saved the file. It's not even saved into the PDF part of the file.
    If you apply the opacity at the Character level or if you create an additional fill for the text object and then apply reduced opacity, it works.

13. Unable to place image files of any kind into Art Illustrator

    Illustrator v 28.4.1
    When trying to place or drag an image file into AI I get the error message "unknown format and cannot be opened" or "in a format which can not be placed". These are all existing files that I have used many times. I tried EPS, JPG, and PNG. It will not allow any new images. In addition, the image files in my existing files are now broken. Attached are the errors I am getting for the new files

14. Crash when clicking on options in … (More Options) popup in the Properties panel

    This one exist for at least a year: when object is selected and Properties panel docked to the right, click on the … (More Options) button in the Transform section. Then it either crashes immediately or when some option is modified (like "Scale Strokes and Effects").

16. 新規ファイルを保存しようとするとクラッシュする

    新規ファイルを立ち上げて、保存しようとするとクラッシュする
    イラストレータが固まり、強制終了することになる。

    1.メニューのファイルから保存できない
    ・保存
    ・別名で保存
    2.ショートカットキーでも保存できない
    ・保存(⌘ S)
    ・別名で保存(shift ⌘ S)
    全て同様。
    新規ファイルを作成できないので、既存の作業済みのファイルを活用することでなんとか新しいファイルに作り替えている。
    ※既存のファイル（すでに名前があるファイル）は保存(⌘ S)できるが、別名保存（shift ⌘ S）にするとクラッシュする
    ↓
    イラストレータを立ち上げる前に以前作業したファイルをコピーして、リネームしてから、ファイルを開いて、レイヤーや画像、テキストなど、全て削除してから、作業しています。
    もう何ヶ月もこのような状態で、とても使いにくいです。
    バージョンアップも、creative cloudからアンインストールも試したが、状況は変わりませんでした。
    解決策があれば教えていただきたいです。

17. 文字パネルで合成フォントを選択すると、テキストの操作ができなくなる

    文字パネルで合成フォントを選択する操作を行うと、
    ・テキスト自体が表示されなくなる
    ・表示されていても他のフォントに変更できなくなる
    ・文字化けのような状態になることもある
    ・このバグが発生しているテキストオブジェクトをコピーすると「オブジェクトをコピーできません。メモリが足りません。ID：-108」というエラーが発生する
    ・まれにバグが発生しないこともあり、再現性や規則性は不明
    などの不具合が発生します。

    いずれにせよ、この不具合が起きるとテキストツールでの操作やドキュメントの保存が一切できなくなってしまいます。
    合成フォントではない通常のフォントを使用していても、まれに「同じ名前の合成フォント「○○」が既に存在します。」というエラーが発生し、その後Illustratorはフリーズします。

    Illustrator 28.5, 28.4.1, 27.9.4でこのバグを確認しています。
    OSバージョンはWindows 11 Pro 10.0.22631 ビルド 22631です。

    ・環境設定の削除やアプリケーションの再インストール
    ・グラフィックドライバの更新
    ・PCの再起動
    ・SFCやDISMなどのOS修復
    ・FNTCACHE.DATの削除
    などの操作も行いましたが解決しませんでした。

    不具合の様子をキャプチャしたものを添付しております。
    解決策をご存じの方はいらっしゃいますでしょうか。よろしくお願いいたします。

18. Confusing repeated profile mismatch warning

    When drag and drop is used to place an image into an Illustrator document that has a color profile that is different than the image, Illustrator will link the image and will not warn for the profile difference, even if the profile mismatch warning is checked in the Color Settings.
    Using the Place command it will give you a warning about the Profile mismatch.
    When the document is saved and opened, Illustrator will start to warn for an Embedded Profile Mismatch and say that the document has an embedded profile that does not match the current RGB Working Space.
    This is confusing, the document is not the Illustrator document, but the linked image.
    If there are more linked images with a different profile, it will repeat the warning.
    I would like to see a warning when drag/drop an image with a profile mismatch.
    I would like to see clearly that the mismatch is about the image and not the document when opening the Illustrator document.
    I would like to have an Apply to All button/checkbox when multiple images mismatch the document profile.

    In the Japanese version of Adobe Illustrator, when I execute a script that selects the Window > Stroke menu, an error occurs. It executes correctly in the English (North America) version.

    Steps to Reproduce

    1. Uninstall any non-Japanese version of Adobe Illustrator that is installed

    4. Execute the script in the Script to Execute section

    Not sure how long this issue has been present, but it is reproduced in Illustrator CS6.

    日本語バージョンのAdobe Illustratorで ウィンドウ > 線 のメニューを選ぶスクリプトを実行すると、エラーが起こります。英語版English (North America)だと正常に実行されます。

    

    実行するスクリプト

    }
    

    実際の結果

    次のエラーが起こる。
    
エラー: an Illustrator error occurred: 1346458189 ('MRAP')


    想定していた結果

    線パネルが表示される。

    再現手順

    1. 日本語版以外のAdobe Illustratorがインストールされている場合はアンインストールする
    2. Creative Cloud.appを起動し、環境設定で「初期設定のインストール言語」を日本語にする
    3. Adobe Illustratorをインストールし、起動する
    4. 実行するスクリプトセクションのスクリプトを実行する

    この不具合がいつからあるのかわかりませんが、Illustrator CS6でも再現します。

    In the Japanese version of Adobe Illustrator, when I execute a script that selects the Window > Stroke menu, an error occurs. It executes correctly in the English (North America) version.

    The following error occurs.

    1. Uninstall any non-Japanese version of Adobe Illustrator that is installed
    2. Launch Creative Cloud.app and set "Default install language" to Japanese in the Preferences

    The team reports they tried to fix this (again) in the latest Beta Build 30.4.0.135. Kindly install it (or update, if you have Beta already installed) and check if the problem is indeed fixed before it gets pushed into the regular build.

    Gerald, please share an example. Without a test file an investigation can’t start.
