ruler 45° angle are not a straight line when zoom in, artefacts while moving cursor over it
If you place a ruler(line), rotate it 45° and zoom in, the line is not a straight line. You can see a stair effect.
Moving over it with the cursor, makes artefacts on repaint.
A 45° line from top-left to bottom-right should be always drawn as 1px right and 1px down.
I think the math-lib in the background of illustrator is written with a very very poor quality, so that this in trues is a rounding problem from float to integer.

grouped objects don't snap to corners most of the time
If you have shapes in a group, it's very very hard, to place it with the group corner in the page corner.
You except that it will snap with the top-left corner of the group to the top-left corner of the page (position 0,0), but very often you can't. And when you think AI did it, it's not exactly at 0,0.

Shapes are not drawn at the same postions like ruler lines on some zoom levels
When placing a shape, a retancle for example and snap one side to a ruler, shape side position relative to the ruler is different on different zoom levels.
Sometimes it is exactly on the same position, like always expected. Sometimes its overflowing the ruler, sometimes its to far away.
Very annoying. It feels like working Corel Draw in the 90th. :-(

arrowheads
latest update breaks 30 years of arrowhead usage and procedure
I don't want to scroll thru 40 different heads

Export Save for Web resize by percentage does not work as it should
File>Export>Save for web> - When you change the size percentage, the new width and height number appear. The preview of the image does not change to reflect the new size. The resulting saved image does not reflect the new size. Only workaround is if you slowly click on width and height numbers, wait for the preview of the image to display the new size, and then click save. This has been a problem with all versions of Illustrator that I can remember. This happens on both Mac and PC, on all of the OS versions that I have been able…

Zoom in keyboard shortcut bug
Since the update to Illustrator v. 24.1 the zoom in keyboard shortcut (cmd +) no longer works. The zoom out function (cmd -) does continue to work. I have the same issue in Adobe Acrobat. Any fixes would be appreciated.

White
In. my company we can print the color White as a spot color. Our printer reacts on the name of the color "White".
Until a while ago it was no problem to add a White color swatch to Illustrator.
Now I get an error (see image).I don't know why it worked before and doesn't anymore.
May be it's possible to make Illustrator work like Indesign and change the name of the original white-swatch to Paper?

SAVING ISSUES IN 24.0.3
Cmd + S does save but when you close it asks to save again. Is there a newer version available with this bug fixed? Are you already aware of this bug?
Can't see any available newer upgrades on Creative Cloud app for Illustrator yet. Currently on 24.0.3 which is the latest available.

Anchor Points Automatically Go Back When Moved
If I create a shape such as using the Rectangle tool then I click on a single anchor point and move it with the Direct selection tool, it goes automatically back to the position that it was at instead of where I moved it. However, if I move the shape then select the single anchor point and move it then it will go to the position to where I moved it.
Here's the kicker. This happens some of the time and not all of the time so there is no consistancy to it. I mean I can completely bypass this…

Reflect Tool options order is incorrect
When using the Reflect Tool's panel (pressing enter), pressing the "Up" and "Down" keys on the keyboard recognizes the order to be
1. Vertical
2. Angle
3. Horizontalwhich doesn't match the UI.

variables (data set) batch action
I have an action that:
- selects "Next Data Set"
- Runs a recolour script to colour the artwork based on data set values
- Then "save as copy"
When it is run once it works as expected and saves the current data set as a copy PDF and advances to the next data set. When the action is run as a Batch Action the action goes nuts! It advances multiple data sets values and saves as a completely different data set name. This wouldn't really be an issue if I had 10 or 20 data sets, but I have over 1000 -…

My flyout menus in AI no longer work unless I am holding down the control key
My flyout menus in AI no longer work by clicking them, unless I am holding down the control key. This started while I was working in Illustrator and has persisted, in spite of reloading AI and restarting CC and my computer.

Workspace & Tool Panels Appear/Disappear Continually--AI CC 2020
My Workspace panels & Tool panel continually disappear and reappear when I move my mouse. I cannot figure out how to restore them in a fixed position on my screen.

Drawing with percentage opacity fills: Percentage will not stay selected for each new element.
AI CC 2020 (Apple Mac): I have noticed a bug - a serious one that stops me from working. If I make a shape with a fill of (for example) 30% I would expect the next shape to retain that percentage of fill - which it always has done (I'm a very experienced user of Illustrator and use this feature all the time). Now I find that each new shape reverts to 100% fill which is totally unworkable as I draw by building up layer upon layer of opacity fills. The advisor online checked with his versions of AI CC…

Color Shifting
In Illustrator CS5.5 I was able to adjust color swatches by increments (IE: Cyan: 0 to Cyan: .025). Now, the color picker will round the color to the nearest whole number or push the color to a different number. I've tried using the recoloring feature and I get the same situation. It will work sometimes, but will more often not work and just round the color up or down and not retain the value I have entered to CMYK. I always check if my file is set to CMYK because I am in the printing industry. Now, I can't hit…

Multiple PDF Importing - Artwork size changes
There is an ongoing long time problem we have occasionally encounter. When we have to import multiple PDF's onto artboards for adding adding cutter marks for printing as soon as you save and close file then reopen it you can see the linked PDF's artwork sizes change. It seems to be relinking to the files and using the bleed size and then reverting to the media size. Has caught us out a few times. It's fine if we import infdividual PDF's.

Changing font in glyphs crashes program
Occasionally I'll be searching through my fonts for a decorative character icon. If I change the font at the bottom of the glyphs window I'm likely to hang my software. I suspect that it happens when the character I have selected is not available in the font I am switching to.

AIPaintStyleSuite not found
Trying to update a plugin to use the Illustrator 2020 SDK on Mac. Previously using the 2017 SDK. The SPBasicSuite AcquireSuite function fails to find the AIPaintStyleSuite when building with the 2020 SDK.
