1. BIG SUR M1 saving as PDF Illustrator 2020 cc.

   I want to save document and image as pdf as normal.
   goes through usual dialogs but saves as a white document / image pdf.

2. Cannot open cloud documents on another device

   I have an iMac and Macbook Pro both running Catalina, I am using both AI 2020 and 2021 (on both devices) as I have a plugin that is not yet supported on 2021.
   This problem occurs on both devices and both versions of AI, when I work on one device and save to cloud, I cannot then open the saved file on the other device. This works in both directions, no matter which device/version I create the file on. I have to close down illustrator completely and/or restart the device (which is crazy as it is so detrimental to workflow).
   This happens with the simplest and smallest of files, so I do not believe it's an upload time issue - this doesn't just relate to a new file either.
   Once saved the files show up in the cloud on both devices but are only available to open on the device they were last worked on.

3. Illustrator shutting down randomly without saving

   I am working as a Graphic Designer, so I use Illustrator very often. Lately it happens a lot, that Illustrator shuts itself down randomly. Guys this isn't fun...

   I am working on some projects for 2 -3 hours for nothing. Nothing is saved, not even if I do it manually from time to time. It's like playing russian roulette - will I keep my file? Won't I? Will I finish my project in time or will I have to start over AGAIN?! What is going on?

   If this keeps happening I am afraid I won't be able to use Adobe anymore. I've lost so much time already that nobody is going to pay me for...

5. File New greyed out

   When i open AI and go to file new the option to create was greyed out, if i choose another option like print, mobile etc i can still create a new doc, now that i opened a doc again i can see them in Recent. but when i go to Saved its still all greyed out. i tried deleting the preferences and reinstalling AI (latest version) but its still there.

9. Tools are all unusable

   MACOS 10.14.6 Illustrator 2021 cloud.
   Everything worked fine yesterday. New 2021 will not allow me to work on ANY project, old or new because the toolbox is locked. I launched Illustrator, opened a file, wanted to edit some text, selected the Type Tool, moved the cursor to the desired type and the cursor didn't change to the TYPE tool but showed a paintbrush with a locked icon attached. No matter which tool, or file (I tried several, also a NEW) the result was the same paintbrush icon.

10. Appling Gradient Across Stroke for Brushes doesn’t work

    I have applied a gradient to my brush. I want to change the stroke so that the gradient is across the stroke. I click on that option, but the appearance of my stroke does not change.

14. "Save" action aborted by a subsequent "Save as" action

    I'm using Version 25.0 on a Mac with Catalina OS (10.15.7). In all past versions of Illustrator, once you had initiated a "Save", nothing could interrupt that. Now, saves are both slower and interruptible. If I try to "Save" my .AI file, then do my "Save as low-res PDF" action to export a version for clients, the "Save as low-res PDF" action will cancel the "Save" if it's not yet complete. And there is no indication that this has happened. This means my AI file will revert to the old version without my knowledge, while the low-res PDF will be the only version with my latest changes. This results in MAJOR problems! Please fix this serious bug ASAP -- nothing should be able to override or interrupt a "Save" action, just as in all past AI versions.

16. Auto save recovery data not opening up files after relaunch

    Hi, the auto save recovery is not working in Illustrator 25.0.1 even when checked. My recovered files aren't opening when I open Illustrator after a crash. I'm running Mac Big Sur 11.1

17. Illustrator v25.1 - Not saving

    AI v25.1 on Win10 Pro (BOTH programs have had the most recent updates).
    Whether opening a previous file or creating a new one, not being able to save said file(s) as .AI in any version.
    Consistently get the error "This file cannot be found" (see attached).
    Again, see attached.

    Anyone else having the same?
    Any suggestions?

18. Fichier > Nouveau document ne fonctionne pas

    Quand je clique sur Fichier > Nouveau document, Illustrator ne réponds pas. Je suis obligée de cliquer sur Echap pour pourvoir continuer de travailler.
    Même problème sur le panneau d'accueil d'Illustrator, quand je clique sur Fichier > Nouveau, il se bloque.
    Je suis sur la version 25.1 d'Illustrator / Windows 10 Professionnel
    J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logiciel, le problème persiste.

19. Error The session key is invalid or outdated

    I get this error when saving a file in Illustrator CC 2017 (21/1/0).

    Mac OS 10.12.6

    Click on OK and it goes away.

20. Mistake in online help page

    Hi on page https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/cutting-dividing-objects.html under Trim objects using Pathfinder effects are swapped icons for pictures marked C and D. See attached picture.
