  1. Crash On Print

    I have an iMac 27 running macOS Catalina version 10.15.7. Illustrator is version 25.0

    About one in four attempts to print results in illustrator crashing with no saving or backup. It seems to happen with ay file and especially if it has not been saved! I select 'File|Print' or 'command P' and boom - illustrator instantly gone.

  2. Adding colors from Adobe Libraries to swatches creates duplicates

    When I add a selection of colors from the adobe libraries panel to swatches, using the Ctrl+click and selecting 'add color to swatches' it adds them twice in the swatches panel. So if I select 5 colors and add, they show up in swatches as color1, color1,color2, color2,color3, color3,color4, color4,color5, color5

  3. Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to version 2 ICC profiles.

    I get this message:
    "Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to version 2 ICC profiles."
    whenever I save a PDF when using the GRACoL_CRPC6.icc profile. I get it regardless of whether an image has been placed in the document or not.

    It is very inconvenient to have to click to dismiss this message every time I make a PDF, which over the course of job will amount to 100s of times. Also it means our automation of PDF making is interrupted and requires an operator to pay attention the whole time.

  4. grey bar or box

    When the pointer hits certain (very many) points, gray bars or boxes appear as in the attached screen capture, making the operation difficult. Please fix it.

  5. Ctrl+Z in Isolation mode makes all objects in the document opaque

    Hello!

    Has anyone runinto this glitch?

    Isolation mode bugs out and turns the entire document, except the specific object, opaque and refuses to let you exit this view though it acts like you have exited isolation mode. It usually happens when I ctrl+Z after entering isolation mode, The document also saves like this, which is a major pain for colour work. Copy and pasting the elements rights them to be not opaque.

  6. Illustrator CC crashes when I open it. Does not generate error report.

    When I open a new Illustrator file it'll generate with a few solid black rectangles at random positions on the screen. After scrolling they go away. Then I will use Illustrator normally for about 5 minutes and then numerous pop up in numerous sizes then the program crashes and does not generate an error report.

    I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling version 24.3 and 25 respectively.
    I have tried deleting cache and resetting scratch disks.
    I have delete the opm.db file, and cleared preferences.
    I am using a desktop that has:
    500 GB SSD (where all adobe programs are installed)
    1TB…

  7. Ghost shadows/projections when isolating a group

    Sometimes when isolating a group (double clicking) and zooming in, a strange ghost offset projection across all the screen appears, and it slides across the screen when dragging through the workspace.
    I remember it used to happen in Ai 2019, stopped happening in Ai 2020 and now it came back. BUT I have not had this issue occurred between the Ai 2021 release and the macOS Big Sur update so I am not sure what the cause could be, and that's what's tricky, it only happens SOMETIMES and I haven't found any pattern about it.

  8. 制作したデータを保存する際に、拡張子まで選択される。

    Macbook Pro（15-inch.2016）マジック ツールバー搭載モデル
    macOS Catalina 10.15.3

    Illustrator2020／Photoshop2020
    制作データを保存しようとすると、ファイル名だけでなく、毎回必ず拡張子まで選択されます。
    「別名で保存」「複製を保存」問わず、毎回必ず拡張子まで選択される為、ファイル名を変更しようとすると拡張子まで消えてしまいます。
    その都度ファイル名を選択し直してから保存していますが、煩わしくてしかたありません。
    この症状はIllustratorだけでなく、Photoshopでも同じ現象が起こります。
    他のアプリケーションでは、データを保存する際このような症状は出ません。
    解決方法を教えてください。

  9. CC 2021 freezing on or right after start after working just fine for 3 weeks

    Hello,
    I worked for 3 weeks just fine with PS, AI and InDesign (all CC 2021) and then one evening the applications won't open again. They are freezing when starting up or crashing right after the start. I have changed nothing on my system, have installed no new software or anything I could imagine causing this behavior. Looking for help I browsed the internet and found that for many people only reinstalling the CC2020 applications helped. So I did that because I had work to finish.   10. Illustrator 2021 Won't Load - I have already contacted Customer Care. They were not able to help.

    I think Adobe needs to realize that it has been isolated to Illustrator v25.0 only. Like everyone else, the latest releases of Photoshop v22.0.1, InDesign v16.0, and Bridge v11.0 all work just fine. Moving down to Illustrator v24.3 seemed to help get everyone back to work. However, since this is a newer version, there is a question on the projects that we have been working on with v25.0 will open up without any hiccups with v24.3.   12. Unexplained distortion on output

    Mac Pro (Late 2013) OS Catalina 10.15.7.
    the last two days on multiple items and workstations we have had unexplained distortion on files processed. Usual operation of drop postscript file into hot folder for output. Expected solid box with length of 67.9375. Actual solid box has length of 67.4375. This happened with several different items. Only work around we have that has actually worked is to put the file on a new document and color everything black. We can't do that on all our files. Please help

  15. Cannot Export Print Quality PNG from Illustrator 2021 Mac OS Catalina

    Every time I try to export my large print quality files from Illustrator as .png, I get an error message. The Operation Cannot Complete Because of an Unknown Error [!now] I am trying to maintain the 300dpi quality because this is how my printer accepts files. (As .png.) My Illustrator file is 10000 x 10000 pixels at 300 dpi. I have tried it as 150 dpi and all of the export settings and always get the error message.   16. Eyedrop multiple fills

    Please allow there to be an option on the eyedropper tool to select multiple fills on appearances to apply to another object. Example; with pattern design, we create a top transparent pattern than a second fill with a solid color to create the final pattern. We would like to be able to easily apply those two fills to another object

  18. Opacity mask not behaving as expected for object that crosses over itself.

    When I make a gradient opacity mask for a line object as shown, the opacity mask behaves as expected when the object overlaps another object (cyan rectangle; i.e. you can see the bottom object through the top object), but does not when it overlaps itself (magenta rectangle; i.e. the part of the object on the bottom is clipped by the shape of the object, rather than visible through the opacity mask like the separate object).

  19. Ipad Pro illustrator top layer select

    Sometimes I have an issue selecting the top layer only on iPad Pro illustrator while selecting other layers flawlessly.. Noticed this when importing back from desktop illustrator app. Not sure if that matters but curious if anyone else has had issue?

  20. Some freeform gradients change when selected with one or more other objects

    The problem always seems to affect the same objects and certain color groups. I've attached two pictures: the first shows the gradient I created, the second shows how the gradient changed the instant I selected it with another object.
