  1. Importing Brushes is not working.

    Trying to import a variety of brushes from all different sources that are CS4 and above and correct AI files.

    When I look at preview links it provides the image below. And when I open the files are blank this is consistent with every single brush AI file I"ve tried to open. However, on the Open menu of illustrator they are available to preview. Is there a problem with opening AI brushes in the 2021 update? Ideally I need these brushes to finish work for a client, and need to build on Illustrator rather than Photoshop

  4. Drag to select Text in fields broken with update

    In the properties panel we are no longer able to drag to select the text in text fields. Very frustrating. This doesn't seem to be an issue in other text fields throughout the UI, mainly the properties panel.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  5. Direct Select Tool and Paste Crash

    I am in AI 25.0.1. Running Mac OS 10.15.7. I have copied a type object to my clipboard, adjusted a few anchor points on another object and try to "Paste in place" while the anchor points are still selected. I am getting a hard crash when I do this.

  6. Blob brush, merge only with selection not working

    Blob brush, merge only with selection not working. After being off it it still merges. Drawing with blob brush keeps merging with previous brush stroke even when that option is off.

  7. I can't save my AI document on my desktop - Illustrator V.25 (italian language)

    Hi, I need your Help. I cannot save my document on my desktop. Everytime I try to save a document, a pop up window appears. I attach a scrrenshot of that message. I tried to use command Save, Save as, Save as previuos version, Export in svg, eps ... I tried everything I can, but the message is always the same I attached. I can only save a Cloud Document, but this is no good for me. Can you help me?

  8. Scaling tool is COMPLETELY MESSED UP!!!

    Fix your mess Adobe - the current versions of all of your apps are the worst possible ever in the history or forever - who is doing your pogromming now?!??!?! A bunch of monkeys who don't know how to type that's who.

  9. pen tool has changed

    I can't draw a two anchor point line with the pen tool. It forces me to continue clicking until I click back on the original point to close the path.
    What am I doing wrong.
    The pen tool didn't used to do this.

  10. pathfinder should not leave a black line around the shape

    I'm using the latest version of AI and need support. Your technical engineer helped me out making mask by pathfinder feature, but the path leaving a black line around the shape of which it supposes should not have any colour around the shape. For details, please check your technical engineer.

  11. Text Objects not appear in other PC with the same fonts installed

    When I open the same saved .ai file in another PC with the same cloud account and Ilustrator, the files do not show the content of text boxes . I'm using windows 10

  12. Please allow fill="currentcolor" to be set for SVGs

    It is still necessary to open (hundreds of) SVG icons individually with a text editor to set their fill colour to current. This is quite an impediment. I would also like to set classes or styles to be exported with the SVG.

  13. 3d extrude doesn't cap a cube

    Mac mini M1, BigSur 11.1, Illustrator 25.0.1
    draw a square, select Effects-3d-Extrude-
    45Deg, 45 Deg, 90 Deg.
    select Cap.
    Does not cap the cube.

  15. Saving not working in AI 2020 and 2021

  17. Overheating?

    MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) 2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7 Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

    Fan goes into overdrive each time I open any of the newly updated Adobe Aps (example Illustrator 25.0.1) Going back to previous versions fixes the issue.

  18. Appearance and coloring issues

    Appearance of grouped elements is having the old issue on appearance, that individual color properties of the elements are visible on the grouped elements, so making coloring a troublesome stuff.

  19. 폰트 호환성 관련하여

    일러스트 CC 사용중입니다.

    작업을 하면서 국가에서 배포한 Free 글꼴을 사용중인데, 새로 만들기 할 때는 유첨자료 처럼 잘 보이는데, 새롭게 불러오기 하고 나면 글꼴이 없다는 메세지가 계속 뜹니다.

    글꼴의 호환성 문제일 듯 한데, Free 글꼴을 adobe에 정식적으로 등록하는 방법이 없는지 궁금합니다.

  20. New Windows 10 version v25.0.1 is crashing constantly--very unstable

    This new version for Windows 10 (v25.01) is crashing constantly. I have lost a lot of work and can't keep doing this.......... please fix.
