  1. Stroke appears to have Brush applied with no actual Brush

    When I am in ANY artboard, I draw a .0139" x .0139" OR 1px x 1px square to center my artboard. I zoom in to as far as I can to then pull my ruler from top left to center the artwork on the page.

    2 things,
    1 the square (1px x 1px) appears to have a brush stroke on it as it does NOT

    AND

    I cannot pull the centering tool (in ruler, Ctl-R ) onto my artboard to then center the coordinates.

  3. Illustrator breaks lines of Latin area type text without hyphens at arbitrary positions

    It is truly a disaster. Working with packaging in different languages, I experience this problem very often. I am forced to format the text in indesign, convert it to paths and paste it into Illustrator...

    Here a sample file: it seems this issue affects especially Cyrillic, but only in certain fonts.
    Indesign handles it correctly.
    To avoid this, I've made a script that assign the "no break" attribute to every word in a selected paragraph.

    The font team informs, the font used is a Japanese font, developed by Coji Morishita. Even though it has Latin and Cyrillic glyphs in it, it’s displayed in the Japanese section in the font list, and has a preview rendered in Japanese (when no text is selected and 'Show Font Names in English' is disabled in Preferences > Type.

    CJK fonts, such as this one, allow to break one character per word, and this extends to Cyrillic glyphs these might have, even with the correct language is picked in Character panel.

    The team is considering to treat Cyrillic like non-CJK when the CJK font's Cyrillic is not full-width, but currently sees it as a narrow case.

  4. Dimensions of this page are out of range

    The original file i used to make a back wall design has worked for years now and every time i update it, it still works. UNTIL NOW. The image REFUSES to save as a PDF or anything, as it says the dimensions of this page are out of range... EVERYTHING is within the canvas but still refuses to work. If it saves as a PNG, it cuts off part of the sides, EVEN if i shrink it down WAY smaller into the box, it STILL cuts off stuff in the PNGS. What is wrong????? AI its self keeps freezing... yes…

  5. Keyboard Increment works wrong and arrow keys move object more than they should

    I have the problem as a result of the last update to Illustrator 2025, version 29.0 (October 2024)

    The measurement set in the Preferences section, General in Keyboard Increment does not displace the configured measurement. For example, I set 0.5 mm and when moving with the arrow key to the sides it moves 0.706 mm

    Likewise, when using Shift + Arrow you must move the measurement 10 times, in my example you must move 5 mm but it moves 5,292 mm

    Please correct ERROR it is very useful and necessary, it makes me waste time in the Design

  6. Issue while saving a file in Adobe Illustrator 2025

    I’m facing an issue while trying to save my Adobe Illustrator design file on my Mac. I can work normally, but when I try to save the file, I’m unable to rename it. The save screen freezes, and the “Save” button becomes unresponsive. The only button I can click is “Cancel.”

  7. 箇条書きテキストの不透明度が勝手に変わる

    箇条書きを適用したテキストを含むファイルを保存後再度開くと、箇条書きテキストの不透明度が、初期設定から「不透明度：80%、合成モード：乗算」に変わっています。
    全てのデータで起こるわけではありませんが、一度この現象が起こると何度不透明度設定を元に戻して保存しても、次に開くとまた変わります。
    コピーしたファイルも同様です。
    既出、解決済みの問題でしたらすみません。

    使用しているバージョンは28.5です。

  8. Cannot paste screenshot without error "Not enough memory to place the file"

    This started happening with the Illustrator 29, and I can confirm that I do not have this issue with the previous version of Illustrator. On Mac OS Sequoia 15.0.1. When I take a screenshot to my clipboard and attempt to paste in illustrator, I receive the error "Not enough memory to place the file." If I drag the same screenshot from the desktop, it places the link fine and can be embedded fine. Thanks.

  10. Text Not Displaying in Adobe Illustrator 28.6 (64-bit)

    Description of the Issue: In Adobe Illustrator 28.6 (64-bit) on Windows 11, the designs load properly when opening files, but the text does not display. Instead, only the shadows of the text are visible, and the actual characters are missing. This issue occurs across multiple files and affects the ability to edit text elements within the designs.

  13. Smart Quotes not working properly

    If deselected “Smart Quotes (“‘)“ , upon keying in a prime (') or double prime (") AI still convert the primes to quotes. My work needs to communicate dimensions (eg, 5'–6" × 2'–0") and with First Nation orthographies Mi'kmaw First Nation that require access to these standard characters. This needs to be fixed.

  14. Outline View is not working in v29.0

    When I try to switch from GPU Preview to Outline View, the screen flickers and remains on GPU Preview. The name in the menu changes, but the screen doesn't.

  15. Problemi con "Inflate", il pannello si blocca, i controlli sono disabilitati

    SI blocca, non mi fa selezionare tasti una volta che premo "Gonfia", i pannelli giù rimangono bloccati e non mi fa modificare i valori.

  16. Errore sconosciuto all'apertura di un file dwg.

    All'apertura del file dwg generato con autocad (il quale l'ho sempre aperto con Illustrator), non sono più riuscita ad aprire alcun file dwg. Mi compare la scritta "impossibile completare l'operazione a causa di un errore sconosciuto [UNKN]"
    PS: non mi fa caricare il file in oggetto

  18. Lighting preview is missing in 3D and Materials panel in Ai 2025, Undo does not work for 3D rotation, performance is slow

    Why is the preview for lighting missing? And why is the render so slow? Also why is there no undo option to take you back to the previous rotation position??!!!! This is Illustrator 2025! Horrible.

  20. Very laggy zooming in and out using mouse scroll since versions 28.1

    I'm on Windows 11, using the newly updated AI 29.0. This has been mostly my issue since AI 28.1 onwards. I've been using AI 28.0 without any problems, but I try out every new version to see if the issue will be resolved. I have a good internet connection (700++ Mbps). I think my system has more than the minimum requirements.

    For AI 28.0 - both .AI and AIC (cloud) files can be zoomed in and out using mouse scroller without any problems.
