  1. Can’t move objects to certain spot

    There’s a certain blank spot on the artboard I cant place objects onto. No layer is locked.

  2. Can't open documents in Ai 2025

    After launching I can open an initial file of my choosing but once that file is open I can't open a new file dialogue box or any other recent file

  3. Pantalla de diseño negra

    Hola, mi problema es que no logro ver el contenido de la pantalla de diseño de Adobe Illustrator 29.0.1, trabajo sobre Windows 11 Pro 24H2 con una laptop Lenovo Ideapad 5 AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz con 16 Gb de RAM. La tarjeta gráfica tiene el AMD software Adrenaline Edición 24.9.1.

  4. Pencil tool now smooths way to much, ignores details

    Please enable the former way of working with the pencil tool again.
    The tool now smoothes far too much on its own, even when set to "smooth as little as possible", it is now really inaccurate, small movements are ignored.
    Real free drawing is no longer possible , that is making this wonderful, intuitive tool partially unusable. Only roughly usable for creating character designs, for example. where we need tiny details. Such a shame.

  5. Can’t apply Blur effects other than Gaussian blur, all other dialogs are broken

    I can't use blur effects, only the gaussian blur I can use.
    My laptop is MacBook M1.

  6. クラッシュ多過ぎ仕事にならない。

    2025にしてから、頻繁にクラッシュするようになり、おっかなくって仕事になりません。かならず強制終了してしまうので、2024を再度インストールして使ってみましたが、こちらまでクラッシュするようになり八方塞がりです。生成AIばっかり注力せずに、まともなアプリに戻してください。

  7. Blob Brush tool not functioning - making smaller shapes than I’ve drawn and nowhere near the right shape

    I'm trying to draw with the blob brush tool - its not creating anything close to what I’m drawing if at all, sometimes it just does a single dot. it's also been extra laggy of late - taking full seconds to register I’ve moved the mouse.

  8. Pencil Tool not performing accurately

    Pencil tool not performing accurately. Continued issue after updating to the 2025 version of Illustrator. Despite tinkering with pencil tool options, the shape will continue to skew compared to what I am drawing. Fidelity is on its most "accurate" setting.

  9. Undo (CMD+Z) doesn't work correctly with "Scale Artwork with Artboard" feature

    When I scale artboard, and use new "Scale Artwork with Artboard (finally ;)" feature, and then try to undo to previous scale (Cmd+Z), some objects don't return to previous position and remain outside artboard. Please see screen recording, attached.

  10. Distorted curve line when saving an SVG

    Hello, when we save from AI/EPS to SVG file, the 'f' edge path of the logo automatically becomes out of shape. We tried different colors and it works fine. This issue only happen on white SVG. Please help.

  11. Add Discretionary Line Break

    Each time I need to insert a discretionary line break in Illustrator, I forget there is none. I go through menus, hoping to finally see it, but nope, it’s something InDesign has only.

  13. Pen Tool Randomly Deactivating Briefly (a LOT)

    Just updated to CC 2025 and have been introduced a bug where the pen tool now randomly deactivates for a split second and begins a new path. I've tried rebooting the suite, closing all other programs, but the issue is persistent. It happens so often I just clocked it at around 3-4x per minute. Insanely frustrating and making things take far longer than they should.

    I'm running on a brand new M3 MacBook Air, not a complex file at all either.

  14. Somem objetos em branco na hora de exportar/imprimir

    Estou há meses enfrentando este problema com o Illustrator. Objetos em branco, sejam eles icones ou textos estavam sumindo na hora que eu convertia para jpg e outros formatos de imagem e na hora que enviada o arquivo para a impressora. Comecei a analisar atalhos por meses para identificar qual era o problema e como conseguiria resolver, visto que isso ocasionava em atrasos nas minhas entregas de artes.   15. Color set through Appearance section Properties conflicts with the one from dedicated Appearance panel.

    Some features in Illustrator are quite strange. For example, if you set a color in the Appearance panel of the Properties panel and then add a color in the independent "Appearance" panel, the object will have color A+color B overlap, but the color set in the Appearance panel of the Properties panel cannot be reflected in the "Appearance" panel.
    The Appearance panel in the Properties is different from the individual Appearance panel, which cannot be understood.

  16. 特定のテキスト状態のファイルを開くと旧バージョンで保存されたファイルと誤検知される

    Windows11（macOSでも発生すると思われる）
    Illustrator ver.29.0

    再現手順
    １．新規ドキュメントを作成し文字ツールでポイントテキストを入力する。
    ２．１行目を36pt、２行目を10ptで指定する。
    ３．Illustrator2020形式でファイルを保存して閉じる。
    ４．保存したファイルを開くと「このファイルには旧バージョンのIllustratorで作成されたテキストが含まれます……」のダイアログが表示される。変更を確認しても文字のずれなどは見受けられない。

    期待する結果
    ver.29で保存したドキュメントを開く時にダイアログが表示されない。

    実際の結果
    特定のテキスト構成にて旧バージョンで作成されたドキュメントと正確でないダイアログが表示される。
    おそらく誤検知だと思われます。

  17. [ExtendScript] PageItem.resize doesn't scale Live Paint strokes

    While scaling Live Paint object correctly scales strokes if done via the UI, it fails to scale strokes if done via the PageItem.resize method in the scripting API.

    MacOS 15.0.1 Illustrator 29.0.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. New document
    2. Create a Live Paint object including stroked areas.
    3. Select the Live Paint object.
    4. Run the following script:

    var item = app.activeDocument.selection[0];
item.resize(200, 200, true, true, true, true);

    Expected result is that the Live Paint object's stroke widths would double. However they remain the same as before.

  18. Selection incorrectly grabs bounding box

    In Illustrator 2024 and earlier, drawing a selection box would not grab bounding boxes. In AI 2025, if I draw a selection box that happens to cross a bounding box, it will select the object(s). Proper selection ignores bounding boxes, otherwise it becomes difficult to select without accidentally picking the wrong objects. I've deleted and lost artwork several times in the last week, due to selecting bounding boxes of circles that are off screen when I'm zoomed in.

    I cannot seem to find the switch to turn this off, and there is no mention of this in the new features/changes…

  19. Stroke appears to have Brush applied with no actual Brush

    When I am in ANY artboard, I draw a .0139" x .0139" OR 1px x 1px square to center my artboard. I zoom in to as far as I can to then pull my ruler from top left to center the artwork on the page.

    2 things,
    1 the square (1px x 1px) appears to have a brush stroke on it as it does NOT

    AND

    I cannot pull the centering tool (in ruler, Ctl-R ) onto my artboard to then center the coordinates.
