   1.新規ドキュメントを開き任意のテキストを入力し日本語OTFフォントを指定する。
   2.「ファイルプレビュー用に許可されたフォントを埋め込む」チェックボックスをONにして保存して閉じる。
   3.指定したフォントをアンインストールする。
   4.先のドキュメントをIllustratorで開く。
   5.プレビュー用に埋め込まれたフォントが表示に利用されない。

   期待する結果
   埋め込まれたフォントを利用してオリジナルの体裁が表示される。

   実際の結果
   ドキュメントのDictionaryに含まれる「Embeded Font Binary Data」にはエンコードされたフォントが保存されるが、ドキュメントを開いた際に利用されない。

   いくつか検証しましたが、WesternフォントやCJKであってもTrueTypeであればプレビュー表示されます。AdobeFontに含まれる日本語フォントやモリサワのOTF等がドキュメントに含められているにも関わらず表示に利用されません。
   フォントのファミリー名やスタイル名の処理に問題があるように思います。

2. EXPORT AS JPEG (at least) 150 dpi's option is not working properly

   PLEASE CHECK - it says 150 dpi's but the file is less. If I do the same in a previous version of illustrator, it is accepted.

3. カラーピッカーバグ

   文字に適用した効果、光彩（外側）でカラーピッカーを起動しスポイトで画面の色を吸い取った後、吸い取ったカラーのグラデーション上に表示される円を移動すると全く関係のない色に勝手に変化してしまいます。

4. Let users select their own brush strokes rather than enforcing inappropriate and slow ones on them

   What if Illustrator didn't default to inappropriate brush strokes every time I attempted to use their brush? Often, I find myself working on designs that need clean vector outlines rather than a ragged brush stroke effect. Having to switch back from the ragged brush stroke every time is time-consuming and slows the software. What if we gave users the freedom to select the brush of their choice?

5. Two finger mac trackpad zooming instead of panning randomly

   When panning with two fingers trackpad on mac, it sometimes zooms in randomly instead of panning. Not sure what the issue is because it does not happen in other apps with trackpad pan/zoom feature.

6. Curvature Tool hotkey Shift+` (shown as Shift+~) doesn’t work with Russian keyboard input

   Ai team believes everyone uses English it feels like.
   Backtick is reported to fail to work often, but here it’s even more convoluted.
   In Russian, the key that houses backtick (`) and the tilde (~, with Shift held) types Cyrillic 'ё' and its capital from 'Ё' respectively.

   If I map Curvature Tool to just backtick — it works.
   But with Shift added, like Ai offers by default — nope.

   There is a larger request on a similar topic, Some shortcuts don't work while using non-English keyboard / language layout — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/44393445 — but perhaps the team needs to solve it one case by one?

   In this case — here is another related problem with Russian: Color / Gradient / None key under the Fill / Stroke selector are mapped to these keys , . / (comma, period, slash) in a 'standard' layout, but in Russian work as бю. (two Cyrillic letters and period)... so this makes None key work as Gradient with Russian input — and it’s infuriating. Here the position of the key matters, and not the symbol on it!

7. Launching Ai without the application frame places the document window behind the tool panel

   When I startup Illustrator without the application frame it often misplaces my document so it's tucked behind the tools panel — sometime it is where it is supposed to be.

8. Export As in an action does not save parameters but uses ones from the latest export instead

   When you record 'Export As...' as an action, and use PNG format, the parameters (resolution, anti-aliasing type, background color) are not saved in the action, but are instead just picked up from the last used export.

   Is this not a big problem?
   Aren't actions supposed to be self-contained?
   If one toggles on the 'dialog' icon in the Actions panel (to let us pick settings on the fly), then it's no different from just choosing the Export As... menu item, so what's the point of the action?

9. Adobe Illustrator recovered files... but they're not showing up, anywhere.

   Adobe Illustrator recovered files... but there not showing up. And not in a Temp Folder. I tried restarting the app and it says that it was recovered. But when pressed ok nothing shows up.

10. Changing the size of a graphic will not remain stable and does not maintain it's location point.

    I have a graphic that uses the top-left as the alignment reference point. It is on an artboard that is positioned in whole numbers (no decimals).

    I want it to be at X: 20px and Y: 20px
    I want it to be W: 700px or Y: 700px (either one not both)
    I do not want the position of X or Y to change from 20px.
    I want to maintain whole numbers

    What happens instead:
    When I resize the graphic it will not maintain a whole number and it changes the position/location of my reference point. I have snap to pixel selected.

    Use case: create several icons the same size in the same location on their respective artboard.

11. TIF files from Adobe Libraries are not supported

    TIF files from Adobe Libraries are not supported in Illustrator. This has been a problem for at least a year now that needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, we have had to create jpeg files and relink the graphics for all of our clients. I am unsure why that file type would not be supported.

12. Selection tool works like the Direct Selection Tool

    I cannot use the Selection Tool because it works like the Direct Selection Tool, therefor I cannot scale or move any objects on my artboards.

    I have tried the workaround to change settings in preferences, but the problem still persists.

13. Illustrator performance, conflict with windows 11 desktop manager process

    I was trying to rotate an image within illustrator and the performance was unusable. Trying to select then rotate was slow and unresponsive. Made no sense as my workstation has plenty of resources. 24core/512GBram/RTX 5000 ada. I did a quick google search and found a redit post suggesting exiting illustrator, find dwm.exe, end the process (explorer crashes then reloads, so does dwm.exe), restart illustrator. After performing these steps, illustrator was working like it should, responsive and useable.

    Should not have to go through this process just to get illustrator to work correctly. Need to investigate with MS what is happening with desktop manager that's causing major performance issues and lag.

14. Right-click menu appears in wrong location

    Right-click menu appears far below the cursor. If clicked low enough on my secondary monitor, the menu appears on my MacBook Pro's internal monitor (arranged below my external display). Photos showing this behavior attached. Has been happening for quite a while now and driving me crazy, figured it would've been been fixed by now.

16. Text editing issues in regular and large canvases

    1. Set the regional text to "align both ends, align the last line to the left", which aligns normally in a regular canvas, but cannot align on the right side in a large canvas.
    2. For the text in the same area, adjust the "Scale Spacing" text in the big canvas to overflow on the right. Display normally in regular canvas.

17. 「スクリーン用に書き出し」でCMYK書き出しされる

    Illustrator2024 (ver. 28.7.4) にて、カラーモードがCMYKのドキュメントを「スクリーン用に書き出し」でJpeg書き出しすると、CMYKで書き出されます。
    Illustrator2025 (ver. 29.2.1) で同一の操作をするとRGBで書き出されます。
    Illustrator2024 (ver. 28.7.4) の挙動が誤っているため、修正を要望します。

19. Cursor Moving on its own After Creating Clipping Mask

    Often after I create a clipping mask the cursor will, on its own, slowly begin moving across the screen. I can see it flickering with each step. If I hit escape it will stop the cursor and return to normal. M1 iMac Sequoia 15.3, Illustrator 22.9.1.

    This problem has happened to me in the past in previous versions, I can't recreate it when I undo and remake the clipping mask.
