  1. 文字パネル内でピリオド入力ができない。

    1.OSとAdobe Illustratorのバージョン
    Mac OS Monterey12.0.1/Illustrator26.0.2

    2.問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
    文字パネル内でフォントサイズや行送りなどの調整で小数点を指定する際に.（ピリオド）を入力しても反映されず、整数のみの数字として認識されてしまいます。

    3-4.想定結果と実際の結果
    例）1.5pt→15pt

    1. Macの「システム環境設定＞言語と地域」で、優先が「日本語」になっているかを確認。
    2. 右下の「詳細」をクリックして、通貨の単位設定が「通貨＝日本円」、さらにカンマとピリオドが正しく設定。
    3. 上記を正しく設定し、再起動する。

    こちらのレポートは対応完了とさせていただきます。

  2. Buttons hidden below view for print dialogue

    When my screen view is in large type, the print dialogue popup buttons become hidden out of view below the edge of my screen. It's impossible to resize the dialogue menu and it can't be moved up either. Using command- to make screen elements smaller doesn't make any change. I can make the screen resolution a smaller size, tho to see the whole window. But this defeats the purpose of having my screen settings on large b/c then I can't read the words in the dialogue box.   3. The video player for tutorials defaults to the top when you open advanced recolor artwork

    I am following along with the tutorial and when I open advanced recolor artwork, the tutorial window is unclickable and jumps back to the top (so you can't follow along anymore) and I have to close out the color tab in order to scroll back down to the video. It is not a huge problem but it is a small problem. Love you Adobe!

  4. Issue rendering some gradients

    If you change the the extension to .pdf, the gradient is no longer rendered. Rendering the .ai in other pdf interpreters also do not render the gradient.

  5. Export for Screens: ImageType PNG - is not recorded as an action

    When i export for screens and select png as export type with a fixed width of 5906 px in my case, then this action is simply not recorded.
    Other image types are recorded (like jpg or svg).

    Illustrator est moins stable que la version précédente alors que des bugs sont censés être corrigés !
    Et le "conseil" pour éviter le plantage est complétement inadapté puisque nous n'utilisons pas le logiciel cité.
    Il plante de façon aléatoire lors d'une opération sur les symboles

  7. Vectorisation doesn't work as with CS6

    Before I could vectorise a file (for example this one "SourceFile.gif") and the relsult was like the attached one "VectorisedFile.ai" with the fonction "Image trace" and it works with the 2 following option "line art" or "technical drawing".
    Why doesn't it work anymore ?

  9. GPU issues with certain graphics cards and Mac updates

    So after a lot of time spent on chat and phone with Adobe. It seems that I am unable to use v25.4.1 or v26 in GPU mode unless I upgrade to Monterey.

    However Monterey is in its infancy. I'm not taking the risk of upgrading yet.

    My machines both have the same GPU redraw issues, where images within clipping masks create echoed glitches of themselves across the screen. this disappears when GPU mode is turned off.

    CPU mode in Illustrator is so sluggish it's pretty much unworkable.

    Adobe informs me this is NOT an Adobe issue, it is an issue…

  10. Secondary Jagged Stroke

    Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1
    Illustrator 26.0.1

    I have been drawing lines with the line tool and expanding and bending them using the Anchor Point Tool. Sometimes Illustrator creates a secondary line alongside my smooth one that is jagged. It is still visible if I zoom in or out but I don't think it's really there (as a vector path). It is visible in the middle of my screenshot.

  11. Direct Selection Tool no longer working as usual

    When using the Direct Selection Tool to make a selection within another object via click and drag, the tool automatically selects the outer object, regardless of its fill setting.

    In previous versions of Illustrator, it would not select such an object if it had no fill, which made it easy to select multiple paths and points that were contained within an object with a simple click and drag gesture. Now, this is rendered impossible and makes the tool much more tedious to use.

    This absolutely needs to be fixed!

  12. When relinking a file, the last accessed folder gets opened and not the one that had the link

    We need and option to open the folder containing a linked file when a link is missing or we choose "Relink file", instead of open last folder.

  13. 2020ファイルフォーマット、後方互換性の破壊

    iMac 27inch(2020/32GB/1TB/Corei5)
    macOS10.15.7

    リンク配置したJPG画像に対してエフェクトをかけると以前のバージョンのイラストレータ（ver.24およびver.25）でPGF部分を正常に認識できずにPDF部分より復元しようとする。

    再現手順
    1.　ver.26.0.1にて新規ドキュメントを作成し、JPG画像を配置する。JPG画像自体は埋め込まずリンク画像としてあつかう。
    2.　配置画像に対して「効果→スタイライズ→ドロップシャドウ」のアピアランスを適用する。
    3.　2020形式で当該ファイルを保存。
    4.　Illustrator2021にて当該ファイルを開くとネイティブ部分のデータを読み込めず、ダイアログが表示されPDF部分のデータよりリカバリを行おうとする。

    実際の結果
    旧バージョンにてIllustratorファイルを正常に開くことが出来ない。

    期待される結果
    2020形式で保存した場合、ver.24及び25にて従来のように正常にファイルを開くことができる。

    これはJPG画像をリンクとして配置したものにエフェクトを適用すると起こるようです。スタイライズのみならずトリムマークやPhotoshop効果等でも同様の症状が出ます。
    しかしながら、すべてのJPGで再現するわけではありません。条件を特定しようとしたのですが特定に至っていません。
    当該ファイルを添付いたしますので確認頂けると幸いです。

  14. Phantom/stuck bounding box

    Bounding box appears in unusual places when I'm grouping/ungrouping. Then it gets stuck. I cant deselect it, delete, move, un/group, etc. It stays put and I can't get rid of it. Even when undoing my previous actions.

  15. Linked PDFs resizing when pasted

    If you open a multi page PDF in Illustrator and then copy and paste it either into the same document or a different one, it changes from cropping to the bounding box to whatever was specified last in the File/Place options dialogue box and scales up or down to fit the same space.

    If I place a file (any file) and specify cropping to Bounding Box, and then open the same multi page PDF as before, the problem does not occur. It appears that by opening a multi page PDF it crops to bounding box but by copying and pasting…

  16. Paste operation does not properly ignore the null termination character of ANSI string

    During a paste operation to the art board, the final null termination character of the clipboard is not ignored, but rendered as part of the string used to compse the text object.

    I'm attaching an image of the clipboard contents, and I made a video to show the behavior. Under Windows, simply copy the value from the color dialog box and then click the desktop and paste.

  18. Magnifying screen redrawing flaws

    In Illustrator 2022, when I zoom in, the screen turns black and my artwork only redraws the portions where I hover the mouse, as if the display was defective.

  19. Cloud Documents won't open when using Illustrator on desktop

    Illustrator v.26, running on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.

    The cloud docs open only after closing the app several times and retrying. Once the app is open, I double click on the desired file, but nothing happens. Even using the 'open' selection window doesn't work. After the nth try, the cloud doc magically opens. This has been going on since before the latest update. Is it my laptop or a bug?

  20. (PARM) Error??

    I keep getting an error pop up, 'Operation cannot complete due to an unknown Error (PARM) Error...This is happening when I'm trying to copy or paste things/ move things about // just in general It seems to happen all of the time. Is there a fix for this issue? it's driving me mad.

    I am running Illustrator version 25.4.1

    And running Mac OS big Sur 11.6
