1. illustrator freezes when moving object, task that was not a problem before oct 21 update.

   Since last update, I have a problem moving some object in illustrator without it to freeze, making impossible to work. only workaround is to disable GPU acceleration, witch I don't like since I use scrubby zoom all the time now, and the experience is not as smooth.

   I made driver update to my graphic card (Nvidia Quadro P2000) everything is up to date.

   Please hurry... I consider uninstalling latest update so I can work more efficiently

3. Action Does not saving the SPOT Color attribute

   WHY IT IMPORTANT?

   All screen printing industry works with same Predefined spot colors, some of them isn’t exist in Pantone solid colors palette (like a White, and a Base) some exist, like a Black, but much more simple to make a custom spot Black color - when you make a color separation and printing films with HOST SEPARATION option on

   So for speed up the process - I’ve decided to make a small & simple action, which will create three predefined custom spot colors: Spot White, Base, and Spot Black. In the replication process lets use a Base just for simplifying the process

   How to replicate this bug:

   1. Create a new action in Default Action Folder
   2. Start recording
   3. create the rectangle somewhere on the artboard
   4. Fill it with any color, and set the outline to none
   5. Go to SWATCHES
   6. Add NEW SWATCH
   7. Name it the BASE, choose 100% Magenta as a color, SPOT COLOR (its important) CMYK color mode
   8. Stop the action record

   Now -1 delete all swatches in tj document (manually) and play the action - you can see the new Spot Swatch will be appeared (with a dot mark in the white triangle in the swatch pictogram)
   Now -2 make a new document, (or left in the old document) it will have a default swatches palette
   Now -3 Run the same action - On my side I see the new swatch but this new swatch isn’t a SPOT, this swatch has a PROCESS type and THIS IS A BUG!
   By the common logic I’m expected to see the new SPOT swatch with 100% magenta.

4. Aligning a group of objects to an artboard

   A bug in Align to Artboard. If I align a group of objects to Horizontal Align Center (to artboard), it's okay. But if the next click is Vertical Align Center (to artboard), all the objects of the group are aligned, not the group, but the seperate objects.

   A workaround is to click somewhere else, and then click the Vertical Align Center. But it looks like a bug to me.

5. Eyedropper picks up the wrong values when sampling a filled clipping mask

   I am using Mac OS 10.15.7 and am able to consistently reproduce this bug in both AI CC 2021 but as far back as AI CS5 running in Mac OS 10.6.8

   When a fill is applied to a clipping mask, the eye dropper will pick up incorrect CMYK/RGB values. This is especially problematic when a pure black is replaced by a 4 color process build in the printing industry.

   I would expect to eye drop the exact values applied to the object I've clicked on.

   Hooray, this issue has been fixed in the latest Beta release 29.6.51. Color now gets picked correctly from filled clipping masks now. Please try it and comment back.

6. Color changed automatically

   Posts screenshots of saved files every 3 days. It is a clipboard without any additional work. The color automatically darkens slightly. An ever-increasing problem is causing major problems with our schedules. Please come up with a way to solve it.

7. Clicking an object force drags it wherever my mouse goes

   Anytime I click on an object in Illustrator 25.2 it "sticks" to my cursor. If i'm using my mouse (a Logitech MX Master), it sticks for about 1 second, and drops the object wherever my cursor is positioned. If I use my Macbook's trackpad, it stays stuck until I click again.

   This has made Illustrator completely unusable in every way, and I rely on it for my career. I have no idea what to do, please help me!

8. 配置画像のリンク切れ

   macOS Big Sur ver.11.5.2 Illustrator ver.25.3.1 M1Universal

   intele MacでパッケージをしたデータをIllustrator ver.25.3.1 M1Universalで開くと画像のリンクが全て外れます。
   またリンクフォルダから1つ配置し直すと本来は全て自動的に読み込み再リンクされますが、これもされず全画像リンク処理をしなければなりません。
   改善策をおしえてください。

9. Can't open the illustration. The file is locked or in use

   We are getting an error message when we are loading our .aip file on Adobe Illustrator that says: "Can't open the illustration. The file is locked or in use." ID:-54
   Approaches (we followed to resolve this issue) :
   Uninstalled and reinstalled AI several times.
   We have checked the OS dependencies and verified with latest OS as compatible with AI.
   We have created plugins again and tried to load same in illustrator but problem remain same.
   We have rechecked and updates some build configuration but same issue again.
   We have verified the path of output folder and checked with via doing rename also.
   We have set the breakpoints also in our code for debugging purpose.
   Checked the access privileges also.
   We have checked with sample SDK project also. We have generated the .aip file after doing the build process on Xcode and tried to load on AI but same issue happened.

10. Menus aren't opening, or opening and closing fast. Isn't possible click and anything.

    On opening screen, it's not open Preferences menu or choose any options at document presets. The tab open and closes very fast.
    It's not access swatches, write the name of the file, access export menus, nothing.

    This problem started at version 22. Seem corrected, but the issue back after some minutes or hours of use. It's totally random.

    The issue is happening with other people at Adobe Community forum.

12. Paused tutorial video, can't play again

    Trying to use tutorials to learn Illustrator. Pausing video to try things within the program results in me being unable to press play to continue the video. This requires me to restart my computer if I want to watch the video again.

14. The GPU preview renderer glitches out on distortion meshes when the canvas is rotated.

    See title, really. It might just be on distortion meshes inside of clipping masks; that's where I found it and I didn't bother checking for any further details.

15. Voreinstellung Einheit Allgemein Millimeter wird nicht gespeichert

    Beim Schließen von AI sollte die Voreinstellung Einheit-Allgemein-Millimeter sowie alle anderen Voreinstellungen gespeichert werden. Das ist leider nicht der Fall.

    Meine Systemangaben:
    Windows 10, AI Version 25.2

    Wenn ich die voreingestellte Allgemeine Einheit von punkt auf Millimeter ändere, dann die geöffnete Datei speichere, AI schließe, wieder öffne und irgendeine Datei öffne, oder auch AI durch den Aufruf einer Datei oder der vorher geöffneten Datei öffne, ist die Allgemeine Einheit wieder auf dem voreingestellten Wert "Punkt".

    Ich erwarte mir, daß der Wert dann Millimeter ist, weil ich ja die Voreinstellungen geändert habe.

17. Random movement in text layers

    After saving and exiting Illustrator (26.0.1) on Mac OS Monterey (happened on Big Sur as well) when I open the file later the text layer have moved randomly. While not a repeatable bug, it does happen more than 50% of the time.

19. Text disappearing when outlined

    When outlining text in Illustrator, some of the text is disappearing, as though under a clipping mask, The text outlines are present but the text is not visible.
    Turning the fill to overprint stops this happening, but I can't overprint white text....

    I have tried on a brand new file, so there are no formatting issues. The typeface is irrelevant it happens on all types .otf or .ttf...

20. Rotation of a text while Snap to Grid is on

    You can't rotate a text with the Rotate tool when Snap to grid is on.

    Please watch the GIF attached.

    Then try to replicate.

    Open the attached document.
    Enable Snap to Grid.
    Select text.
    Grab Rotate tool.
    Hold Shift (or even do not).
    Try to rotate the text.
    Failure?
    If yes, move it a bit to the side (with snapping still on) and try again.
    Experiment a bit with different positions.
