1. AI2Key plugin not showing when exporting

   Using Mac OS Big Sur 11.2, on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), 4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4 GB

   The option to export Illustrator files to Keynote files: File > Export > Export as... doesn't show the Keynote file Option any more. I am using the plugin created by Christian Holz – @cholz – for over 5 years but it doesn't show up since the last updated of Illustrator a couple of weeks ago and it last update v.25.1 from yesterday didn't fix it. Will it be possible to fix that? As a work around I also installed in my computer the previous version of Illustrator v24.3 that, so far, recognizes the plug in and works perfectly.

2. selected points don't appear to be selected

   When I use the Group Select, or the Direct Select tool, often the "anchors" will don't appear to be highlighted when you click to select. If you then hover your mouse over the points, they once again appear to be selected.
   I've also seen instances of the opposite--when the top left (control panel) states "no selection," yet anchor points appear to be selected. (The points are NOT selected, as any attempt to modify using a menu choice yields a message such as "make a selection first.")

3. Info panel displays nonsensical data when selecting part of a graph

   When selecting part of a graph (with Group Select tool), the Info panel shows values that don't make sense. For example, when I select one bar in a graph, X and Y are both 697p, and the width and height are both -2730p6. (The dimensions of the entire graph are 34p11 x 9p5, according to the Info panel.)
   This was present in earlier version (and was reported), and it's still a problem.
   For those of us who use the graph tools, it makes it extremely difficult to work with precision.

4. brush reverting every time

   brush keeps dropping selection and reverting to what ever it feels like using. Spent weeks trying to find solution online...tried turning on off "keep art basic appearance". Nothing works. You shouldn't be able to charge absurd subscription for software you can't produce work with. It feels like adobe keep bringing out new updates to justify cloud software but I have reached the end of my tether with adobe. The ipad version doesn't sync....i lose work, problems with desktop version. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!! please please please just go back to one time license software were things work as they should.

6. Workspaces don't load when CC updates

   Every time CC updates AI, my custom workspaces don't work. Either:
   a) the toolbar on the right side of the screen doesn't load at all, and going to the Window menu and clicking on the palettes I want shows them checked but they don't show up, or
   b) the right toolbar shows up collapsed, but clicking on the palette's icon does not open it up. I have to expand the entire toolbar to use the palettes.
   This is really annoying, especially since it happens every single time AI updates. Sometimes quitting and reloading AI fixes the problem; other times I have to restart my whole computer. I'm on the clock for clients and I don't have time for this nonsense on the regular. Please fix this issue that's been plaguing me and other users for literal years.

7. Inaccurate graph size

   Have seen this in versions of Adobe Illustrator since cs4 to cc 2021
   Currently running on Mac OS 11 Big Sur.

   When you click with the graph tool the graph generated does not match the dimensions entered. I have had results that vary from 1 to 2 points smaller but not always the same though always 1, 1.5 or 2 points. If it is one of the circular graphs it is even worse with the graph being 12.5% smaller plus -1.5 points. I have clients who request exact graph sizes and it takes 2 or three attempts to get it right without having to manually scale and distort the graph to fit. First graph is not always, though sometimes, the same as second graph in the same document with same settings. After second graph they all seem to be the same amount smaller than specified. A file with two graphs created at 200 x 150pt is attached to illustrate what I mean. Created first graph, drew the grey rectangle snapping to the points of the graph area then created second graph with IDENTICAL settings and again drew the grey rectangle behind that one. difference is 1 point smaller on the first and 2 points smaller on the second. Usually further graphs are then consistently 2 points smaller but always have to check to be sure.

8. When changing UI scale, dropdownlist is shown inverted and the bottom item is not shown.

   macOS 10.14.6
   Illustrator 2019, 2020

   Dropdown list is shown inverted when changing UI scale.
   It seems to display correctly when I mouse over it, but the bottom item is not actually displayed.

   These defects can be resolved by making the UI scale the smallest.
   This is a very troublesome problem as a script developer.
   I expect an immediate fix.

   Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

9. Graphics Glitching and Slow Response

   Using Illustrator 2021 and experiencing image/ graphics glitching when using tools (zoom, arrow, pen). The program is also running sluggishly. I am running this on a 2021 Macbook Pro.

10. Auto Spell Check not working when ai file is converted to newer version

    I noticed when an older .ai file version (ex. CS4) is converted to a newer version (illustrator 2020) the auto spell check will not work on text and text boxes. The only way I found to fix this is draw a new text box and copy the text from the old box to the new one.

11. Editing 3d Extrude In Existing File Loses Some Values

    MacOS 10.15.7
    Adobe Illustrator 25.2.3

    The shading/lighting and depth options are sometimes saved, but the style is always lost upon accessing the 3D Extrude filter options on an existing file. Problematic for teams that may not be aware of a particular style/value since this effect is finicky to begin with.

    Illustrator別名保存でファイル名入力時に、
    意図せず[control]+[option]が押されることで、
    表示できない特殊文字が入り、CC同期でエラーになる
    上記コンビネーションで、文字が入力されないようにしてほしい。

14. Crashing daily on Big Sur, losing all image links every time

    Illustrator (25.2.3 and previous version) crashes every day after the machine has been in sleep mode.
    2021 Macbook air (M1). Big Sur 11.1
    The image links break every time and I have to relink all images in the recovered files. Please fix asap.

15. Illustrator Crashes in Big Sur, Intel 2019 Macbook Pro

    Illustrator crashes 2-3 times a day now that I've upgraded my Intel MacBook Pro to Big Sur 11.4 and updated to Illustrator 25.2.3. Illustrator opens just fine, but while I'm working or saving a file, it randomly crashes, so I can't figure out how to avoid it. I don't have any plugins. I've never had this problem with Catalina. I save to Google Drive (that has not changed.) Thankfully files are recovered, but this is a major productivity hit a point of great frustration.

16. Corner features display in the selection tool, not in direct select

    Occasionally, the corner options features do not display in the direct select tool, meaning I cannot round corners (fillet/ chamfer). They do display in the selection tool, but they obviously don't work there (it invokes object rotation).
    This occurs on Windows version 25.3.

17. Strokes in intermediate blend steps don’t inherit Gradient Along / Across Stroke property

    When blending 2 gradient (along / across stroke) paths, the newly generated paths do not keep the gradients 'along / across stroke' but switch to gradients 'within stroke' - can you fix it so the new blend retains the gradients along stroke?

18. Guides and SmartGuides not showing in Illustrator 25

    Guides and SmartGuides are not activating. I have tried every fix suggested in forums, all the way to uninstalling, cleaning with the provided cleanup tool, and reinstalling. Still, the guides don't show. Have toggled every snap feature in every possible combination, they still don't show up.

19. Stalling on launch

    Using Windows 10 25.2.3 (64 bit)
    Stalling on start up if opening a single file, opens from desktop shortcut.
    Recommended diagnostic does nothing.

20. Bug in Illustrator v 25.2.1 - Under Type > Font. Font menu option inactive

    Upon clicking the Type>Font menu option, nothing happens. Used to bring up list of fonts. Apparently, the person responsible for menu functionality wasn't thorough enough to include it the latest update.
