First time use of the Library bug
Hardly worth reporting but happens consistently for me: the first time I use the Library after opening Illustrator, upon choosing what I want to place, the library panel closes (before I can complete the place command). When I open the palette again and choose the item, it works fine. That's it.

Paragraph Style -> Library Bug (Stroke Weight Lost)
If you create a paragraph style with a thin outline (e.g. 0.25) different from the fill color, and then add that style to the library, the library does not record the weight assigned to the stroke (e.g. 0.25). See images. Note that "Annotations Red", and "Annotations Red Lib" are the same style, I renamed it to prevent an overwrite. As you can see, though the fill and outline colors are correct, the stroke weight resets to default.
Also your system doesn't allow me to upload screen shots (.jpeg). Not sure what that's about. Here's a link to the my screencaps:

CC Libraries Convert "/" to Groups Popup Prompt
CC Libraries Convert "/" to Groups Popup Prompt will not go away when "back to libraries" is selected after a click on anything in libraries pops back up again preventing any access to library. After much frustration, clicked "Convert" and has now destroyed the organization of my library by creating many empty groups and arbitrarily grouping other items.
This was a huge library that took a lot of time to build, so I would love if it could be restored to its original stated before this "improvement".

Cloud Documents won't open when using Illustrator on desktop
Illustrator v.26, running on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.
The cloud docs open only after closing the app several times and retrying. Once the app is open, I double click on the desired file, but nothing happens. Even using the 'open' selection window doesn't work. After the nth try, the cloud doc magically opens. This has been going on since before the latest update. Is it my laptop or a bug?

Color theme not matching color in document
AI Version 25.4.1
Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.1When selecting a color from a color theme, it appears faded/darker in the AI Document. Upon checking the RGB values, they do not match the values in the color theme. I have attached three examples plus what the document should look like (after manual input of the RGB values).

Font Missing from Library Asset: Infinite Loop
I tried to place an asset from Materials Library. A dialogue warns of a missing font, but I cannot recover from this as it infinitely appears with no option to cancel the attempt to place the asset.
There really needs to be a way to recover from errors / faults, UX 101, had to use Program Manager to kill processes.

Inability to add graphics in libraries
This is a bug. This is where Adobe informs me to report a bug. For the record this must be said right away.
I made a library and could initially add graphics to that library, but all of a sudden graphics wouldn't add itself whether I dragged or specifically selected "add ...".
It added an irrelevant fill color instead.

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Some process, probably library syncing, overwrote graphic updates
Almost lost half a day's work. Though I lost a bunch of time and productivity figuring out how to get it back.
A library graphic got overwritten by an older version of that library graphic by something other than a human being.
I was working in Illustrator 26.0.1 and Photoshop 22.5.2 at the same time on a Windows 10 machine. I had the graphic as a Smart Object in Photoshop. But since it's a graphic it was being edited in Illustrator.
I also had Illustrator 26.0.1 opened on my Windows 10 laptop cause that's where I do my pen work,…

CC libraries wont open after 2x reinstalling in AI in beta version for windows
I m trying to use the colors swatches in a project and now I guess ill have to do it manually . I have enclosed 3 screen shots
.CC libraries keeps saying it needs to be updated in the Beta version of A I(desktop) . I did the cleaner and install twice and the error still comes up

Fix Creative Cloud - files can't be retrieved but cloud says no sync errors
Operating system: MacOS Big Sur Version 11.6
Adobe Illustrator: 25.4.1Trying to open a cloud document but they don't seem to exist/can't be opened as I cannot access my docs in the cloud.
I have restarted, updated etc etc and still, when I want to access my cloud docs Illustrator says "Something went wrong, please restart the app and try again"
I've also tried accessing from the Creative Cloud app where I have gone to my library and my cloud documents, nothing loads up - it just spins seemingly forever.

Illustrator CC Library Freezes
I'm running Illustrator (25.3.1) on Mac OS Catalina (10.15.13). The CC libraries will freeze after 2-3 clicks and will not work again until I close Illustrator and open it again. The same thing happens every day, and because I can't keep closing and opening Illustrator all day, it just remains frozen for my entire work day. My libraries work fine in InDesign and Photoshop.
