Gradients with opacity act as a clipping mask for objects behind them
When working with complex groups and gradients, often times an object with a semi-transparent gradient ends up removing the graphics from grouped items below it.
The solution I've found is to ungroup and regroup items, but I feel this shouldn't happen in the first place. It also disrupts my workflow and how I group items in the first place.
I don't know how to describe the steps to recreate it, other than "it happens sometimes." I think it happens more often if I've created Blends, even if those blends have been expanded.

Recovery file missing regardless of auto save feature turned on
The Auto save feature is on but I dont have any version of the file autosaved even after 6 to 8 hours of working on the file.

Editing a repeat object unhides unrelated objects
When editing a repeat object in isolation mode then after exiting the isolation mode, other (unrelated) objects that were formerly hidden, get unhidden.

'Share a review link to your file' advertisement dialog still pops when disabled
Sometimes, when I save a PDF file (at least in Illustrator Beta), I get this dialog.
I would like to see it go away forever.It pops up in the most inopportune moment — when I already decided to save a PDF and when I need to SAVE my data, and not to TRY something new. 'Come not between a user and his saved data'. Saving a file is an emergency operation — always, each time — JUST DON’T INTERFERE.
Even though I already chose to never see it again, I still get it. Just use 1KB of your Cloud…

Take long time when create new file / open file / save file on local
I'm using macbook m2, I just downloaded Ps and Ai from Adobe Creative Cloud. Ps is normal but Ai always loading (about 3mins) when I create new file, open file and save file. Please help me fix it.

Automatic hyphenation with + instead of -
Sometimes (not always), the automatic hyphenation divides the word with an "+" sign, instead of a "-" sign, which it should be. It appears with various fonts, it is NEVER reliable, sometimes I write a PDF for the customer, it has the + inside, I see it, I open the AI again and everything if fine again, without restarting anything or changing anything. Sometimes it gets not written correctly for weeks and I have to hyphenate myself, which we all know, is a drag in Illustrator.
Where is the Problem located, and how do we fix it.

Image resolution differs depending on image orientation
When placing an image in Illustrator, the image format is HEIC, and in portrait mode or landscape: The landscape picture shows the amount of ppi as 1 logical number. The portrait mode picture shows 2 numbers for ppi, and they are totally different.

Blurry Image
It's probably a bug, when I move around the sheet it often happens that the object becomes blurry like the attached image, I work with a latest generation Mac Pro, but this problem occurs on all the PCs I have, what could it be? Thank you

"Load paragraph styles" or "Load all styles" doesn't overwrite styles with same name
I have a set of 9 template files that I need to update. Each file contains an identical set of about a dozen paragraph styles. I want to update all the paragraph styles in all of the files.
I updated the styles in the first file (correctstyles.ai) and changed kerning from Auto to Optical. When I open the next file, (e.g. SHED-2023-5-simple-columns-narrow.ai), I use "Load Para Styles" and choose the first file (correctstyles.ai). When I check the style definitions, kerning is still set to Auto. The kerning value should have changed to Optical to match the style from…2 votes -
Blank PNG export
Files exported as pngs in the newest version of illustrator are coming up as blank and will export as 0 bytes. This is happening on desktop and laptop for Mac, unsure if happening on PC/Windows.

Envelope Distort using a shape with 4 points as a top object generates an unexpected envelope
Text and envelope distort bug still needs work.
I've seen this reported before but it is strange why it has not been addressed in the latest version of AI, the envelope distort with top object will warp text for example, incorrectly, if the bounding object is at a certain angle. The workaround is not satisfactory because the bounding object must be rotated more horizontally to the text, resulting in an env. distort that's not the intended effect. 3D Extrude & Bevel
I've been working with some of my previous design clients and noticed that when I add the extrude and bevel to a rectangle shape and I choose the draw hidden faces function it just don't show up when I do the expand appearance. I tried to edit by going back to the appearance panel and deactivate and then reactivate it then it worked. Has anyone got this before or it's only me ?

ファイル保存時のオプションダイアログの位置が保持されない Save dialog gets shifted left each time

IlklustratorCC ver 26.5.1ファイル保存時にファイル名を指定した後オプション設定画面が開きますが、このダイアログの位置が保存を繰り返すたびに左に移動します。最終的には半分見切れる状態となり、設定を行う為にダイアログウインドウ自体をマウスで移動させる必要があります。
再現方法
1.ファイルを作成する。
2.「ファイル→保存」でファイル名を任意に指定し、保存ボタンをクリック。
3.従来のオプションダイアログは表示領域の中央に表示されましたが表示位置が左にずれています。
4.1〜3を繰り返すと、最終的には半分見切れる状態まで移動してしまいます。期待する動作
従来のバージョンの様にダイアログの位置が意図に反して動かない。現状の結果
ダイアログが保存するたびに移動し、見切れてしまう。対応策

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

First colour value should be highlighted by default
When SHIFT-clicking the colour swatch to bring up the Alternate Colour UI, the first selectable value should be automatically highlighted so that I can type a value in without having to first focus on the entry field with either a mouse click of by hit the TAB key.
A near identical request as this one I recall from a while back:
The UI should operate this way by default for any pop-up type dialog/panel.
