  1. Image Trace API is broken

    Please watch the video attached.
    1. Rename the attached .txt. file to .js (UserVoice does not allow to attach scripts directly)
    2. Select a raster image in Illustrator and try to run the script the way it’s shown in the video, with line 11 and 12 commented, mutually exclusive

    With TRACINGFULLCOLOR on it is expected to have the 'Palette' dropdown switch to Full Tone, but it gets set to Limited.

    On the contrary, TRACINGLIMITEDCOLOR should give Limited for 'Palette', but it gives Automatic.

    These are obviously swapped.

    Also notice how all advanced options become 50%.

  2. ヒストリー項目が正しく表示されない

    問題の説明:
    MacOS10.15.7　IllustratorCC ver.26.4.1

    オブジェクトは複製されますが、ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」となります。

    再現手順:
    1. ダイレクト選択ツールを選び、アートボード上のオブジェクトを選択
    2. キーボードのリターンキーを押し移動ダイアログを開く
    3. コピーボタンをクリックする
    4. ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」と表示されるがオブジェクトは正常にコピーされる

    実際の結果:
    ヒストリーパネル上で「取り消し」と表示

    期待された結果:
    「コピー」と表示される

    回避方法:
    ありません。

    その他…
    ・編集→カラーを編集
    ・リピートオブジェクトの編集処理
    ・グラデーションツールによる処理
    ・ブレンドツールをダブルクリックしてブレンドオプションダイアログを開き変更を適用する

    これらも「取り消し」と表示されます。

    ツールバー下部、塗と線に下にある塗り、グラーデーション、塗りなしのパッチをドロップして「塗」「線」を設定しようとするとヒストリーパネルでは「取り消し」になります。

    段落パネルの多くの機能（インデント・段落前後あき以外）とOpenTypeパネルは項目が二重に追加されたりします。
    全般的にヒストリーパネルの表示はおかしいです。

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  4. Wrong resolution calculation on pasting an image copied from Photoshop

    Windows only it seems like.
    1. Create a document in Photoshop, 100×100px, 72ppi
    2. Copy the contents
    3. Create a web/mobile-based document in Illustrator
    4. Paste the copied image

    Illustrator pastes 99.9875×99.9875px image.

    It turns out Photoshop uses pixels-per-meter (biXPelsPerMeter and biYPelsPerMeter) to define the resolution.
    72ppi is exactly 2834.6472 pixels per meter.
    Unfortunately, the value must be an integer (thanks to BITMAPINFOHEADER), so the convention is to use 2835 (which is 0x0B13 in hexadecimal).

    But Illustrator is going by the letter of the law (not the spirit) and converting 2835 to 72.009 pixels per inch.

  5. (MacOS) Finder window freezes when trying to save an Illustrator file

    When I try to save an illustrator file, the Finder window that pops up is frozen. None of the buttons are clickable. I've tried saving files with other apps, including Adobe apps like After Effects, and they can save files just fine - to the same folder even.

    Currently using the latest version of Illustrator.

    Things I've tried:
    - Resetting Illustrator preferences
    - Reinstalling Illustrator
    - Versioning down Illustrator
    - Deleting the com.illustrator cache folder
    - Relaunching Finder
    - Restarting the computer
    - Starting with a fresh Illustrator file
    - Opening an existing Illustrator file

    Any solutions? At the moment,…

  6. Dialog windows move / float to the left

    Bug Report: Floating windows drift offscreen (see attached video).
    Adobe Illustrator 26.4

    I tried reverting to older versions of Adobe Illustrator, but the issue exists for them as well; To me, that suggests the problem is related to the beta macOS. I am raising this bug now because the issue could present itself as users upgrade to macOS Ventura this fall.

    System Info:
    I am running MacOS, Ventura, Version 13.0 Beta (22A5311f) on iMac M1 (2021) with 8MB RAM.

  7. Circular Text Rotation different on newest update.

    Opening a file with perfectly centered text on a circle is now off center. Live rotating seems to make the text hop around the circle not conforming to the rotation.

  8. Exported files omit names of artboards

    When I selected the page range, the exporting file didn't have the artboard name. I am using the latest version on mac m1 max with the latest system. After reinstalling the older version, the problem has gone.

  9. Changement de couleur à la réouverture de de mon fichier

    Bonjour, depuis 2 ou 3 jours, à chaque fois que j'ouvre un fichier mes image en PNG sont comme en "négatif" ou avec un fond jaune. Pas toute les images c'est aléatoire.

    Je suis sur Macbook pro m1 13" de 2020. Ma version Illustrator est 26.3.1

  10. Window and panels moving when Mac goes to sleep

    There is an issue with Adobe apps while using Mac M1 with an external monitor. When put in sleep, the windows and palettes move to the bottom half of the screen.

    There are comments on this thread that confirm

    this is an issue with specifically Adobe apps(illustrator, photoshop and indesign at least):

  12. Rearrange artboard does not work with large artboards...

    Having an issue with the Rearrange All Artboards feature when using very large art boards. See attached screenshot. Two artboards, one 6x16ft and one 3x9ft. Rearrange All Artboards using columns only seem to give an error of: "Rearrangement would take some artboards out of canvas bounds." even though the artboard could be arranged manually with the same settings.

    Unrelated: Can you PLEASE allow uploading of videos again (specifically webm). It really helps when trying to communicate bugs and feature requests).

  13. SVGs exported with 0 decimals have incorrect viewBox dimensions

    When exporting the attached artwork as an SVG, the viewBox dimensions differ depending on whether or not the decimal precision is greater than 0:

    Precision 0: <svg viewBox="0 0 76 23">
    Precision 1: <svg viewBox="0 0 760 230">

    The contents of the artboard retain their original size; it's only the SVG's viewport that appears to be affected.

  14. Mauvaise gestion des timeout en enregistrement ou en impression à distance

    Lorsque je télétravaille, la connexion ADSL est lente et Illustrator se crashe avant la fin d'enregistrement sur le serveur ou avant la fin de l'envoi au serveur d'impression. Toutes les fenêtres disparaissent d'un coup et c'est lorsque je relance l'appli que ça me signale qu'illustrator a quitté inopinément... WTF ?
    Pour pallier ce problème, j'enregistre ou j'imprime en local, puis je transfère sous Finder vers le serveur distant, c'est nettement moins instable.

    버마어에서 합자가 분리되는 현상이 발생합니다. 일러스트 CC 2018에서는 텍스트 박스 크기를 변경하여도 합자가 분리되지 않습니다. 이후 버전에서만 발생되는 문제입니다.

  17. Non HTTPS default link in SVG export

    When Exporting SVG's from illustrator the SVG code output still links to the old http:// version of the w3.org website

    Ideally the output would be as follows <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><svg id="Layer_1" xmlns="https://www.w3.org/2000/svg"

    As it currently exports http://www.w3.org/2000/svg
    Google picks up non https links in your website code

  18. Pasting inbetween layers broken

    Pasting between layers broken. You've made my job impossible. I have no idea why I'm paying for my business to have this **** when Affinity exists. Every time you updated an app you break it. PLEASE fix this!

    Also, the requirements to 'log in' are dumb and exactly why Adobe seems to think it has to create problems so it can 'look good' by fixing things. STOP MESSING ABOUT.

    WIN11-26.3.1-Trying to paste images between layers-pasted image but instead it does nothing-Not point in showing an empty layer.

  19. Clicking Reset button in Recolor Artwork panel, sets 'Reset' as default button

    When using Recolor Artwork to adjust an artwork's colors, I click 'Reset' to return to previous colors. Then I adjust the colors again, and when I'm satisfied with the result, I hit Enter. This should apply the settings to the artwork. But it resets all of the settings, because 'Reset' is highlighted and hitting Enter activates it, instead of the 'OK' button, which is expected to work.
