Certain colors generate #000000 HEX values in Color Picker dialog
Bug in 2023 (v 27.1.1) Illustrator. Certain colors, when examined with the Color Picker, shows HSB rightness of 0, RGB all 0, and Hex code of #000000. See GIF.
This is a pretty severe bug with other downstream consequence. Dragging these "broken" colors into swatches, for example, generates pattern swatches instead of process color swatches.

Illustrator 2023 performance issues in Windows 11
This performance issue often occurs when I open Illustrator and Photoshop at the same time, making my PC perform extremely slow and lagging. it's enough to make me feel annoyed while working.
I've tried reinstalling Illustrator and Photoshop, changing the graphics performance for the Illustrator & Photoshop app to "High Performance", updating the latest GPU driver, cleaning temporary files, updating windows to the latest stable 2H22 version. but the result is that the performance issue is still not fixed.

Bug. Opening a file only opens the file window. Workspace missing (all other info windows)
Double clicking on my file (when illustrator isn't loaded) opens just the file window. All tools and other windows don't open. I have to manually open a workspace or the individual windows I need. Does anyone else get this?

Translation error (German) 2
There is a translation error in the German version of Illustrator 27.1.1 on Mac OS 10.15.7. The English word "Level" was translated to "Tonwertkorrektur" instead of "Textebenen" in the dialogue for bullet points.

Vertical Type Tool Not Working Properly

When using the vertical type tool, it used to make a word have the letters stacked over each other. (like in column 'B) Now when you click with the Vertical Type Tool to type anything, it appears as image 'A'. I do not think its supposed to look like a word that has just been rotated 90 degrees? Illustrator not saving properly
Saving our work is a MAJOR issue! Since updating, I'm having different ones. Sometimes when I command/save, then reopen that file, the last change I made is gone. Now, when I do a save as, Illustrator only saves part of the file name I typed in..
Attached are screen shots showing the file name I try to save it as, and the incorrect file name it saves as.
WTF is up with this stuff? I'm no programmer, but how is it that major bugs like this come up with every new version? I am spending more time working around Adobe…

Find/Replace Fonts hangs/spins/beach balls when trying to replace missing font with system font. This also happens when trying to viewing any of the local system fonts. Can only force quit Illustrator and cannot replace the missing font. If you open the NHS Spring VG 2023 Quarter Page Ad.pdf file in Illustrator and try to substitute the font with the Adobe Font GarageGothic it is not possible. - macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 Apple M1 chip with Adobe Illustrator 2023 version 27..1.1

Arrow keys used in Color panel don’t force canvas to update in version 27.1.1 (2023)
Whenever Arrows or Shift+Arrows key are used to quickly increment the value in a field in th Color panel, without GPU (or with Overprint Preview, which is done with CPU), — the color does not get updated on canvas, while in 26.x version it works just fine.
The CPU canvas now gets updated only when Tab or Enter get pressed. Pressing an arrow key, with or without a modifier, is a finite operation, and should trigger the redraw event too!
It used to work! In CS6 (no GPU at all) it works, in CC2017 (v21), with GPU disabled, it does…13 votes -
CMYKのパラメータで触ったもの以外が勝手に0％になる。

CMYKの異なるオブジェクトを選択後、CMYKのいずれかを同じ数値にしようとすると、選択したもの以外のパラメーターが全て0％に変更されてしまう。
以前はそのようなことはなく、選択したもの以外のパラメーターはキープされていた。
例えば、C:10,M:20,Y:30:K40とC50:M:60,Y:70,K:80の2つのオブジェクトを選択し、両方のYの値を90に同時に変更しようとした場合、CMKの3つの数値はキープされず勝手に0に変わってしまう。3 votes -
選択したオブジェクトのバウンディングボックスがずれる
いつもお世話になっております。
非常に便利なソフトを開発し運営し続けてくださっていることに心から感謝いたします。本日Illustrator使用時に以下のようなバグが確認されましたのでご報告させていただきます。
シェイプを選択時に最大まで拡大をした時にバウンディングボックスがオブジェクトとずれている。
ver 27.0.1の時にはこの現象は起こっておらず、ver 27.1.1にアップグレードした後に確認された。【添付画像参照：Illustratorbugimg.jpg】

表示されない形式はaiとpdfです。

Cannot input color code in Websafe RGB
When i try to add the color code for R, G and B in websafe RGB scheme, as soon as i enter the value for R and move to G, both the fill and stroke becomes null. I can only enter the color code in the bottom text area which has the entire code

pattern swatches using raster artwork creating glitch
I am using a mac studio, M1 Max chip, Ventura 13.1, and Illustrator 27.1.1. Issue occurs when using GPU view.
I use pattern swatches extensively in my work to create a digital foil effect. My pattern swatches are made from raster images placed into Illustrator. I have been using this for years with no problem and am only experiencing this problem since upgrading my computer and my software.
When I move artwork that uses the pattern swatches, splotches of my pattern appear in my document, sometimes even on my artboard covering my artwork.
This directly interferes with my workflow.

Objects are rasterized when pasted from the buffer history
When I paste a vector object from the history of the clipboard it is pasted as a raster object. This bug is contained in versions 27.1.1 and 27.2 (Beta)
I use the program for Clipboard Manager "Unclutter".
Because of this bug, it is impossible to use the program normally
No such bug is observed in Illustrator 26Mac OS 13.0.1 (22A400)

Crazy rays produced when selecting a path with many anchor points
When selecting a path with lots of anchor points (1000+) I've been getting crazy rays bursting from the path in all directions in a huge multitude of colors. It's been happening for about a 2 months now. Mainly happens when using group selection tool. All functionality and visibility of the art is lost when this happens and I need to deselect all art in order to carry on. I've attached some images of what the screen looks like when this happens.

A size of a selection with a certain object inside is calculated wrong
Take a look at the GIF attached and the document.
When the text object is selected, Illustrator fails to calculate the size and coordinates of the selection and uses the previous values.- Open the file and display both Transform and Control panel (I don’t know if Properties panel does the same, because it’s just completely empty for me — another bug)
- Select the object with numbers — both panels display all zeroes (but Control has editable fields, while Transform have them disabled)
- Select any of two rectangles the document — panels display correct size (150×450 mm) and proper coordinates

The top of my screen is glitching out whenever I open Ai ver 27.1.1
I have attached two images but the top of my screen moves around with these small dots and strange green glitches whenever i move the mouse or do anything. The whole software is being really buggy too.

Illustrator 2022 changing stroke with changes the width height
Every time I change the stoke width of a line, it scales the height or width - even if in scale I've unselected 'scale strokes and effects'
