  1. Literally Everytime I open it it shows a grey screen after the Adobe Startup.

    Im using AI and Photoshop 2020 and I cant open it at all. Though it shows no problem when I open a file. Its just I cant make new files, it doesnt work. My university work i have been postponed for 2 weeks because of this. Please help.

  3. Illustrator 2020 doesn't allow me to CREATE A NEW FILE!

    I need to open an existing and save as. It only is letting me download pre-saved templates. C'mon - that's not a bug - that's a fatality. And even if I'm reading the popup wrong, why make it so difficult? Switching over to Sketch...

  4. Auto recovery settings keep changing on their own

    My creative director and I are both having an issue where our auto recovery settings are resetting themselves. We don't notice (obviously) until a crash, and then reopen to find NO RECOVERED FILES, check our file handling settings, and the autosave option is unclicked. Again. As workers who use illustrator daily, we would never purposely unclick this. I just lost a file yet again.

  5. Issues with using Assets Export in Isolation mode

    If you enter the isolation mode of any objects and try to export any artboard by using Assets Export, it will eventually generate the wrong assets. However, if you exit the Isolation mode and try again to the same process, it will be all fine.

  6. 塗りブラシツールで使用しているブラシが勝手に切り替わる仕様について

    adobe illustrator2020
    塗りブラシツールにて
    ユーザー定義のライブラリから設定したブラシを使用して線を描画
    ↓
    選択ツールなどに切り替えて移動などを行う
    ↓
    もう一度塗りブラシツールに切り替えると、基本ブラシや別のユーザー定義ブラシに勝手に切り替わる

    この仕様かバグの修正をお願いしたいです。

    illustrator2018にはこの仕様はありません。

    環境はmacbook pro 2016 OS10.15.5 です。

    イラストの仕事で一番頻繁に使うのが塗りブラシツールなので
    これが修正されないとillustrator2020にいつまでも移行できずにいます。

  7. Image Washed Out When Uploaded to Illustrator

    Whenever I upload an image, the color gets washed out and is completely different than the original image. Color Settings doesn't change anything, nor does changing the image type before uploading the image.

  8. UI input boxes show text with low baseline shift

    Operating System: MacOS Catalina 10.15.6
    Illustrator version: 2020 v24.3

    Most input boxes show text that "hangs" low, making it difficult to see what is being typed in.
    This also occurs in InDesign but not in Photoshop (all apps are up-to-date).

  9. Opening Recent file shows "Fle does not exist" error

    Doing a File > Open Recent File is giving me an error "File does not exist". I have worked on the project for good number of hours and now I have to work all over again. Do you have an idea on how to retrieve back the file?

    OS: Windows 10
    Steps: File->Open Recent Files->Click the file name
    Expected: Opened file
    Actual Result: File does not Exist pop up message

  10. Illustrator 2020 24.3 Extremely slow performance and lagging on Windows 10

    Extremely slow performance and lagging making Illustrator unusable under win 10 pro. Massive lag (sometimes 10 sec) when moving, selecting, objects or zooming, sometimes when selecting tools.

    I had v23.4 installed on the same machine with Win 7 a week ago and had no issues. New install of Windows 10 with the same version of illustrator is unusable even though my machine spec is above requirements and has no other issues.

    I've installed the previous version of illustrator to test but had the same performance issues.

    All drivers updated, and ran through performance troubleshooting in adobe support pages.

  11. svg repeated symbols are invisible

    When attached svg is opened in Adobe Illustrator 2020 - second usages of glyphs (B, 2, 0) are not displayed properly like in attached screenshot.
    Is this an issue with original svg (it looks fine in Chrome or Firefox) or Illustrator?

  15. PDF書き出しをすると時々、反映されないオブジェクトがある

    10コほどのレイヤーがあるイラストレーターをスクリプト：「レイヤーごとにPDF保存」にすると一番最後に書き出されたレイターの一部だけPDFに反映されないことがある。データが重たいとよく起こる。

  16. can't open new file or work on the app at all.

    I just downloaded Illustrator 2020 on my PC. The PC is a little old but has all the required specs to run the program. However whenever I open Illustrator and try to open a new file (after selecting my preferences page size etc) nothing pops up I still see the "welcome to Illustrator" home page but can still select the tools and see the blank artboards I just created however nothing gets applied to them visually but if I throw in a big black triangle I see it only on the thumbnail from the Layers panel which is obviously too…

  18. BUG - perspective grid - ground plane widgets disappear

    The Left and Right ground level widgets DISAPPEAR when the vanishing points are adjusted moderately far apart. There seems to be no way to make them visible again, which makes it hard to move the entire perspective grid to another location.

  19. BUG - perspective grid planes disappear permanently

    If the grid cell size is adjusted -- while some planes are turned off (with temporary SHIFT-hide function) -- the hidden planes cannot be made to reappear.

    1. Select Left plane. Hover grid tool over an intersection in Left plane.

    2. Press SHIFT. The right and ground planes disappear.

    3. Adjust cell size with diamond widget.

    4. Now try to make right plane or ground plane visible again -- gone forever.

    This bug seriously interferes with using the Perspective Grid tools.
