  1. Imagens, letras, preenchimentos e fontes sumiram

    Ao aproximar o scroll do mouse na prancheta o arquivo do illustrator travou, e não suportou realizar a aproximação na imagem. Texto, preenchimentos, imagens, tudo sumiu no meu arquivo. E quando desligo e reinicio o arquivo ele continuar nesse formato corrompido.

  2. Previewing a Type object's Font Size or Tracking in the Properties panel causes the action to count towards undos

    In a new document, create a new type object. When expanding the dropdown for the type's Size or Tracking in the Properties panel and hovering over the options, clicking out and not confirming any of the values, then attempting to undo will step through all the values hovered over, even though they were never applied. These seem to be the only fields that behave this way, so it seems like a mistake.

    Interacting with the Character panel's controls will fix this issue until Illustrator is closed and re-opened.

  3. Bug in pencil tool

    My Windows is 11 Pro, version 22H2. My PC is Dell and is only 1 week old. I installed Illustrator v. 27.3 and the mouse stays all the time on the pencil tool, I can't access any other tool. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but the problem persists.

  4. GPUプレビュー

    数バージョン前から突然GPUプレビューが使用できなくなりました。
    ファイルを開いたときはGPUプレビュー、そのあと、ペンツールなどを使うと強制的にCPUプレビューになってしまいます。
    バージョンを戻しても直らなくなってしまい困っています。

    【私の環境】
    Windows10 Pro 64bit
    Illustratorのバージョン27.2
    CPU：AMD Ryzen5 3600 3.59GHz
    RAM：48GB
    ビデオカード：NIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12GB

  5. Image trace bugged + presets

    Presets are not working as before, constant error when turning on the preview mode.
    Also, when I try to re-edit a traced image, I get a continuous error [UKCO].

    hi, I have a bug in Illustrator.
    when I try to export an image by "save for web" method, the images becomes very sharp and text is unclear and little blurred and pixeled even when I edit it and scale. please fix it as soon as possible since I need to slice some parts of the artboard and I can't do it another way...

  7. 画像を置き換えで配置すると、操作がおかしくなる

    私だけですか？例えば、WEB製作中、スライダーの画像をいくつか選ぼうとします。１つマスクをかけて、作成します。
    それをコピーして、一つは候補として置いておき、１つの画像を選択し、候補の画像を入れ替えます。ほぼ、１回、前回は２回でそれ以降、イラレがスムーズに機能しなくなります。
    WEB制作で仕事で使っているので非常に困惑しています。
    本日バージョンアップしたのに、治ってなくてがっかり。

  8. Colour Change when pasting object from one document to another

    I have an object with colour #D96581. If I copy this object from an RGB document and paste it into a new RGB document, the HEX colour changes.

  9. Can't adjust leading with Alt+arrow keys.

    When trying to adjust text leading with ALT + Up/Down arrow keys as usual, it doesn't seem to work. It's inconvenient to adjust leading from the character menu.
    Illustrator 2023.

    This got solved by checking the 'Size/Leading' value in Preferences > Type. For some reason it got changed. This is not the first time something like this happens, and the reason behind this value getting altered is unknown... so it can’t be marked as 'Resolved'. If you have this problem too — please vote and comment.

  10. 縦組みのアキ量設定が水平比率の影響を受ける

    ver.22以降（確認できた範囲）
    macOS 10.13〜11.6.7（確認できた範囲）

    縦組みのテキストに対して「アキを挿入（右・下）」を設定した上で水平比率を操作するとその比率に応じてアキ量が変化する。

    1. テキストツールにて縦組みテキストを入力する。
    2. 文字パネルにて「アキを挿入（右・下）」を設定する。 3.. 当該テキストに対して水平比率を設定する。
    3. 文字の縦幅は変わらないがアキ量が水平比率に比例して増減する。

    期待する結果
    縦組みのアキ量は水平比率の影響を受けない。

    実際の結果
    縦組みのアキ量設が水平比率の値によって変化する。

    回避手段
    アキ量設定を使わずにトラッキングによる調整を行う。

    これは単純なバグです。縦組み時に水平比率を調整しても文字の天地は変化しません。しかし、アキ量（上・左）、アキを挿入（右・下）ともに水平比率の値の影響を受けます。横組みと縦組みを同様に処理していると考えられます。

  11. Illustrator template previews in New file are all blank

    Illustrator CC 2023
    Dell Windows 11
    64GB RAM (DDR5)
    Go to view templates' previews for New document and all previews show as gray after clicking Preview button
    Tried using Legacy "File New" preference with no success
    Tried renaming UXP folder to UXP old with no sucess

    illustrator 27.2 Mac M1 版　　書き出し　で　アートボードごとにpngなどで書き出しすると、1枚目のアートボードのみ、書き出されているが、サイズが０バイトになる。

  13. Lenovo Ideapad opens Display settings instead of Align panel when Shift + F7 is pressed

    Help. I can't use the shortcuts properly. I press shift + f7 to open the align tool but it keeps open the display setting pop-up of the laptop.
    I'm using Lenovo ideapad 5.

  14. quick keys for arrange disabled (but menu selection of arrange commands still operate)

    Mac Pro (late 2013) - ai 27.1.1 macos 12.6.3 -

    no conflicting system quick key found
    online forums suggested quitting safari, which did not work
    quitting everything else did not work either
    next step is system reboot, but this is a bug if it requires a system reboot.

  15. Zoom with Alt+wheel is way too sensitive in new v27.3 to the point of being unusable

    This has just started with the new update to v27.3 using the Alt and the scroll wheel now causes intermittent massive jumps in zoom. Updated all my Logitech software. Running latest everything so reverting to 27.2 as this makes Illustrator unusable. How on earth did this get through any sort of testing?

  18. The pen tool isn't connecting anchor points on new shapes

    When I try to create a new shape or path using the pen tool, it keeps creating single anchor points without linking them together. Is there a setting or something turned on that I'm not aware of, or is this a glitch? It's really impacting my work!

  19. Text gets reset to the default style when pasted (looses its formatting), on Mac

    Team I am not able to copy paste a modified style for the text. Can you look at the issue. I am using IMac.

  20. the documentation website shows the documentation for a brief moment then redirects to a ******* sign-in page. I hate that

    i just need to read an answer to access some basic functionality in this baffling inscrutable ever-changing nightmare monstrosity, and the official documentation site has started redirecting to a sign in page and the back button doesn't work. i feel like you should know humans experience this and experience anguish because of it every day. i /know/ that this happens because someone needed to make a number go up in a spreadsheet. sincerely, **** that person with all my heart. thats my idea
