  1. Strokes rendering with varying thicknesses

    When drawing strokes, often the curves and lines have varying thicknesses. This is not the normal issue that arises from normal pixelation from physical limitations of a monitor.

    The attachments show a zoomed in and out of the areas.

    OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

  2. Stylize Outer Glow does not show

    BUG: When applying "Effect >> Stylize >> Outer Glow", the effect does not appear on object stroke or fill.

    This is constant between multiple files.

  3. Slow Saving of PDF to Network Share

    Whne trying to save PDF's to a network share the save time varies from instant to nearly 30 seconds. The size of the file does not matter, something small can hang with nearly the same chance of something large. The network share is gig e and the server and SAN are brand new and quite powerful. This issue only happens in Illustrator, no other program both Adobe and other vendor has this issue.

  4. Align Not Working

    Found the solution to the problem.
    Search carefuly what you have grouped together. If you have a guide grouped in your object then it wont aling. Find the guide and ungroup it from your object.

  6. Illustrator graphics from the Library are distorting when I "Option Click and Drag"

    First off this is only happening to me in Illustrator 2018. I just did an update over the weekend, and have been facing a number of bugs ever since. But the one I still havent figured out is this one. In my CC libraries, my team and I utilize it for vector icons. When I drag an icon into my file, it looks correct, but I cannot edit the colors. So when I "Option click and drag", it gives me the option to edit the icon, but it is distorting it by squishing it vertically. Has anyone else encountered this…

  8. Artistic effects converting artwork to black

    Attempting to apply any Effects>Effect Gallery will render the vector artwork into black and white. Thinking it was a Pantone conflict, I've tried conversion to CMYK with same results.

  9. Illustrator CC 2018, will not print after recent upgrade.

    Microsoft 10, Illustrator CC 2018, will not print after recent upgrade.
    Photoshop does and all other programs will print.
    What can I do to fix it or do you need to fix the bug.

  10. Illustrator CC 2018 crashes, when process runs in Batch.

    I have a programmed a project that involves opening document, doing some changes, saving and closing the document. And again this process repeats on around 500 documents. Illustrator crashes.

  12. pressure spike bug

    i am using a huion h640p tablet and the moment i touch the tablet with the stylus and graze the surface of the table in effort to make a thin line it will create a large blob then go on to make the thin line (please note that every stroke was drawn from left to right)

  14. Expanded shapes get an additional redundant anchor point

    Example:
    1. Draw a square with a stroke set to the inside or outside (doesn't matter which as long as the stroke isn't centred)
    2. Expand the square and instead of the 8 anchor points you would expect the compound shape to have, the expanded square has 10 anchor points.
    The top right corners have 2 anchor points each, created directly on top of each other.

    This happens with ANY shape with corners and a stroke that isn't centred.

    You can't see the extra anchor point directly because it is in exactly the same location as the correct anchor point.

  16. Circle size change when rotating

    When I rotate a perfect circle, the size changes up to .004”. A 15”x15” circle, when rotated 17.184° becomes a 15.004”x15.004” circle. I know it may sound trivial, but I’m creating technical drawings that have to be accurate to the ten thousandths of an inch.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 24.3.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  17. Transform and Transform again

    Older versions of Transform again would let you transform any object the same as the previous object. This function no longer works. If I draw a box and transform it, I want to be able to transform a text object the same without using percentages. Because I am not always transforming a percentage. I may be transforming different objects to be the same height, but the tool does not allow this anymore. Please bring back the original functionality of this tool.

  19. Eyedropping in Isolation Mode is Broken

    In isolation mode, I'd like to eyedrop a non-isolated ("grayed-out") object to select its actual color rather than the dimmed color that's displayed.

    Don't you think it's far less likely that I'd want to eyedrop the grayed-out color?

  20. Illustrator uses UI scaling for menus from main display in dual display setup

    Windows 10, version 1803
    Illustrator CC (22.1)

    I have a dual display setup. Display 1 is 109ppi (27", 2560x1440) set to 100% UI scale in Windows settings. Display 2 is 282ppi (15.6", 3840x2160) set to 225% UI scale in Windows settings.

    Illustrator is set to 'scale to higher supported scale factor'

    If Illustrator is placed on display 2, with display 1 set as the 'main' or primary display in windows settings, Most UI items within Illustrator display as expected but menus and some other items become unreadable, because Illustrator appears to take its UI scaling setting from the display set…
