  1. Stop showing the "billing error" screen on launch

    Every time I launch Adobe I get a "billing error" screen that tells me to "please update [my] billing information to avoid losing access to Illustrator CC."

    My account is paid for until June 22. That's 247 days from now. I shouldn't be harassed like this until MAYBE the last couple weeks of my membership.

    Please fix this.

  2. Paths disappear when exporting to jpg

    When i export to JPG, or PNG some paths just disappear.
    I'ts not the first time i have this problem.
    I have updated the OS and Illustrator yesterday:
    Illustrator Version: 23.0
    OS: Mojave

  3. Rectangular grid tool malfunction in 2019

    When drawing a grid, the rows are squeezed asynmetrically.
    Columns are good.
    Bug came in version cc2019.
    The default skew is now -500%. Normal is 0%

  4. Swatch name doesn't show

    In the new update v23.0, in the swatch options if the spot color is a book color you cannot read the swatch name.

    In the new update v23.0, when you select individual points the distribution tools don't work correctly.

  6. Illustrator CC2019 using palettes sometimes makes palettes disappear and reappear on the left side of the screen

    Every time this happens I have to reset my workspace.

  7. An installed font doesn’t get found when its name is typed in a search field

    I'm missing fonts that used to show up in my list. What happened to my favorites? I started typing the missing font name in search and it showed up briefly and then disappeared. From then on every time I tried to search for it again the cursor jumped around and started typing nonsense.

  8. Image Trace over a white square on color mode with 2 colors crashes Illustrator

    This is a bug that happens on all versions of Illustrator, even CC 2019, and regardless of OS.
    It's very specific, but here are the steps:
    Create a new document. Color Mode doesn't matter.
    Draw a square with only a white fill.
    Rasterize it. Resolution and color mode doesn't matter.
    Run Image Trace on it
    In the Image Trace settings, set the Mode to Color and the number of colors set to 2.
    Illustrator will crash.
    Try it out! The expected result is probably just the same as if the number of colors was set to 3 or anything else…

  9. Random selections and wandering selection tool

    When selecting and deselecting layers, the software will select and deselect other layers on its own. The selection tool and text tool will wander on its own all over the screen when trying to select or add text.

    I just upgraded to Illustrator 23.0 and I can't save any templates I get an error message (see attachments) Also my folder with my own templates is missing really annoying Adobe!!!

  11. Sellection tool won't let me resize shapes

    I installed the new version of illustrator and since that I can´t resize shapes, text boxes, basically everything...
    I've alredy tried to uninstall and reinstall and I can´t still resize shapes
    can anybody help?

  12. Illustrator CC18 is alwais, yet, unusable with Hight Sierra !!?

    I have read many posts on bugs, I read that many problems have been solved. it does not work for me at all.

    please find real solution

    these the problems with illustrator
    - the program is very very slow, almost still
    - the pointer selects paths of objects without a voluntary action
    - the pointer makes endless selections on the sheet
    - the top menu does not respond or does so after many attempts
    - almost impossible to open color setting panels
    - very slow response keyboard functions (eg show as a path)

  15. Selector tool glitch — element selected and deselected at once

    Sometimes, elements will incorrectly be deselected, getting them into a strange state where they are seen as unselected in the layers panel, but being displayed as selected on the canevas. Most operations will not affect it (move and scale), but some, including align, will produce strange, incoherent results. It either stops at random or does not, needing a restart of Illustrator to be able to resume editing.

    It has happened multiple times already over the last weeks, and I cannot see a pattern to it's occurence. Just now it happened while navigating the history where elements were being grouped/ungrouped and…

  16. Visible Text unable to be edited.

    While trying to edit a line of text in illustrator, i couldn't select it. While i could see the text in preview mode, in outline mode it does not show. After saving and reopening the file, the text is editable again and visible in outline mode. This has happened to me for years, it just happened a lot today and got on my nerves. pics below of the issue. same section of the file, just different view modes.

  18. Animated zoom and smart guide STUCK!!

    Smart guide didn't work, then i try to press Ctrll+U. The screen splash and animated zoom is disabled.

    When I reopen a document with clipping masks the masks are released. It is very frustrating remaking all photos each time I open to make edits.

  20. Currently selected artboard not automatically highlighted as per normal

    Running Mac 10.13.6 and AI 22.1

    In all previous versions of Illustrator the artboard you are currently on remains highlighted so you know which on you are on.

    In this version, the artboard is only highlighted while working in it. If I click into a menu item (say 'Object') then the highlighted artboard disappears and I no longer know which one I am on. Clicking on the blank artboard, which usually highlights that clicked on artboard, doesn't work. The only work around is to click onto another artboard and then back to the first.
