Editing size of library element is broken: modifying canevas size in CC library object changes the object's scale in existing documents
To replicate this, create a square with a fill and no stroke in a new document. Drag the square into the library panel to create a library element. Drag an instance of the library element you just created back into the document. You will have two identical squares, one which is just a plain square, the other which is a library element.
Edit the library element and make it a different height. Save the changes and go back to the document. The library element is now not the same width as the original square, although you didn't edit that. If…

Linked image cannot be moved by fill once it's scaled down to certain point.
An image file, size ~100cmx140cm, was imported into ai. Once it's scaled down to around 10mmx14mm, it can't be selected by its fill( even I zoomed really up close), I'll have to move it around by selecting it's bounding box. When I scale it up a little bit like 1mm, it fixes the problem. This is super annoying. Please fix it.
( I'm using the latest version to date.)
1 votethere is a zoom level on screen beyond which an object can become too small for all of widgets to be meaningfully operated on by the mouse cursor.
Please zoom in a little so that the mouse cursor can fit in between the bounding bog and be able to select a fill area. this should solve the issue.

brush pressure issue
so, i recently just bought this new tablet (GAOMON M106K), so i could make some drawings but when i started to use it with the pressure it randomly puts off these dot like ends for the lines. This is really getting me frustrated because i cant find anyone who has this problem, it inst the pen or tablet either because i have tried it on different software and its perfect. If anyone could get back to me that would be great

symbols are not displayed
I have a problem with symbols which I use frequently to have consistent UI.
The problem happens sometimes that when reopened a file (package) after some time the symbol is not displayed! Illustrator 22.1 hangs on start; reinstall only fix I can find
I have a late 2013 Mac Pro, running OS 10.13.5. This problem started about 2 months ago for no apparent reason. When I'm done with Illustrator for the day, I'll quit the application. It may be a couple of days before I have to re-enter illustrator. Most of the time this works, but now, randomly, upon clicking on the application on the launch bar, the splash screen comes up and then the app appears to load, but no start window appears. The illustrator menu bar is there, but is grayed out and you can mouse over the menu bar options…

So, I would expect to let straight lines look or be straight and not inexact, triangeled or non-point.

Illustrator is not frozen but you can't see anything you're doing to your work
Since the update I have had a lot of issues when creating art. Everything starts smoothly, I can see everything I'm doing in real time and can see which brush strokes I'm creating. A little ways through drawing, I can no longer see my brush strokes. I can click other options in illustrator (i.e. select layers, lock and unlock, hover over options etc.) and do other things in the process but I can't see anything that i'm actually doing to my artwork! I have to restart the program almost every ten minutes and it's driving me absolutely mad. Is there…

After Using the Calligraphy brush, after a couple of strokes, the artboard freezes until I save and reupload the program.

Devanagari scripts
The use of devanagari scripts in most Creative Suite is really laborious. It took me a long time before finding the way to have a correct display of simple copy/paste from Word or any other source of hindi or sanskrit texts by adjusting, in TWO différents dialog boxes the appropriate settings. Since I updated to High Sierra 10.13.5 Illustrator CC 22.1 freezes when I move items
Since I updated to High Sierra 10.13.5,
Illustrator CC 22.1 freezes when I move items.Especially when my selection is rather large, I easily end up with a blocked screen and the only thing i see is the rotating cursor.

How do I deal with the Adobe Illustrator error message "Adobe Illustrator has found an error it can't correct"? It shows up for one Illustrator file but not others. Why does it give me this pop up every time?
I'm running Win10 64-bit.

CMYK sliders don't work when decimals appear
Mac OSX High Sierra Version 10.13.5 Adobe Illustrator 22.1
I am new this month to Adobe Illustrator.
I have been able to use my app for only 3 days in the last 3 weeks. I have a 2 second wheel of death whenever decimals appear instead of the normal number percentages. A few things happen when the decimals appear, either trying to use the sliders freezes the screen as it fades, or I can move the sliders and the decimals disappear, (3 days only), or I have just the decimals and cannot change the colors. Thick Stroke and Spikes

1st Problem: Thick Stroke
Everytime I make an outline, its a huge stroke when it only says its suppose to be 1 pt. I don't know if I messed with the settings or something but can someone please tell me how to fix it.
2nd problem: I'm trying to make watercolor background and when I try to add a gradient to my brush strokes it completely ruins the stroke and freezes the program! Please help! Keyboard shortcut for Change Case > UPPERCASE is missing
- In version 22.1 there is no anymore option for Type > Change Case > UPPERCASE in Keyboard Shortcuts.
- I miss that Shortcut, that's all.

Screen Problems
Hi, There.
I use Illustrator CC 2018 and my OS is Win10 64bit.
Graphic Card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050Ti.
My illustrator have a problem comes up.
The problem is when i drawing or moved object and that gray is what breaks my screen.(like a images.)
I checked GPU Performance of illustrator Options.
but, This problem is over and over again!

"Create new..." does not work on Win 10 latest CC 2018 update, new subscription, first time using Illustrator. I've seen Illy used by many people up close, it's not me - it's the Create New feature, it's broken from the File > menu, the full screen app convenience tile menu, and also CTRL+N. None of it progresses past the initial "what new file setup do you want". And yes, I pressed "Create" not cancel.
Very disappointed, I just paid for a year of this, greeeaaat.

Not able to resize or draw.
I have created a new document but when i do Ctrl+0, it shows resized percentage but actual document does not resize. Even when drawing nothing shows up. But when i am closing the document, it shows everyting.

Live shape missing radius
When creating a shape, then deleting an anchor point, the remaining anchor point does not have radius transforming options available.

- In version 22.1 I can't close document window by double-clicking title bar like earlier versions.
- I am Illustrator user since 1987 and I really don't want to deal with this new feature.

New from Template...
In version 22.1 ”New from Template...” command works just like ”Open...” command. Earlier version ”New from Template” opens always template files from Cool Extras folder.
