2. Type and Text Sizing

   Illustrator CC 2017

   I was adding a Type/Text box into my design when Adobe Illustrator stopped working and not responding. Then when I was able to get it back up I could place a Type/Text box in my design but the box was filled with lines and lines of unwanted text. I got that fixed but now the text comes up at barely 1/16th of an inch and I am unable to change the font size. I have done everything that everyone has suggested and I have also uninstalled the program and re-installed it and the problem is still occurring. I really need to get this fixed ASAP

4. Printing to PDF = Can't print the illustration. File I/O error has occurred while it's printing

   Adobe Ilustrator CC 2017.1.0 Release

   I have a 93in x 117in artboard which I am trying to print to PDF. I go to File > Print and choose "Adobe PDF" as printer. Illustrator starts saving the file then prompts me to say, "Can't print the illustration. File I/O error has occured while it's printing."

   Please help.

5. Illustrator CC 2017 (macOS 10.13) crashes unexpectedly in High Sierra.

   I was creating a second artboard and about to save my file when the program just crashed. This is the third time this has happened since I upgraded and before I realized there was a compatibility issue. Also, when opening Illustrator first thing in the morning after turning the computer on, it is back to taking a long time to open, usually getting hung up on the Perspective.aip.

6. My subscription got prolonged automatically

   I have a problem. I bought program Illustrator last month just for one month and your company charge me again this month.
   I want my money back. I didn't use this program this month. I don't understand why you charge from my account again, if I bought Illustrator just for one month.

7. High Sierra: "Package" function doesn't work

   Hi everyone. On High Sierra the "Package" function doesn't work properly (Illustrator 21.1.0). The fonts are packed completely, the links sometimes too, but often there are a lot missing links. The document itself is not saved into the packed folder. A message appears, that the packaging couldn't be done.

8. Artboard list drops off when saving

   With multiple artboards setup. "Save a copy" to EPS and select "Use Artboards" Select "all".

   EPS's export fine, artboards still in there, but artboard listing drops all but top artboard. If you click around a bit, they re-appear.

9. Rendering and performance issue

   Terrible!!! It generate non stop file can not be displayed not enough memory! there is enough memory on my iMac also no other application running at the time! it can not even run a simple vector line ...not even huge! its only 24" x 18''!!!!!

    Fresh install (never had Illustrator nor Photoshop on this Mac), on OSX 10.12.6. Downloaded and installed okay, both Illustrator and Photoshop, but neither of them successfully launch. Both abort out before the splash screen appears with an uncaught exception.

11. Crashes on "Cancel" in Keyboard Shortcuts Window

    1. Illustrator CC 2017 (21.1.0)
    2. Pressed "Cancel" in the Keyboard Shortcuts window.
    3. Expected Keyboard Shortcuts window to close without saving changes.
    4. Illustrator crashes

    No plugins installed.

    Removing preferences resolves the bug, but something in the process of re-setting my preferences makes the bug return.

12. Text selection not showing highlighting after macOS High Sierra 10.13 download

    When selecting any text, the text is not highlighted, thus removing my ability to know what I have selected. I am running a mid 2010 MacBook Pro. All was working well until I updated to macOS High Sierra 10.13. I have done all work arounds with no success.

13. File preview is corrupted, when bottom layer is hidden

    All Round Join/Round Cap strokes are incorrectly shown as Miter Join/Butt Cap in preview on MacOS when file is saved with bottom-most layer hidden. Contents or name of bottom layer do not change behavior.

17. Shadows Render as Boxes on Re-Open
