1. Slow Mouse & shaking Cursor

   Slow Mouse & shaking Cursor on Canvas.
   Please remove this bug which is on illustrator since a long time (perhaps 2014/2015 version or before :/ ). It would be time to give a better UX on it because it's really boring.

2. Using Batch... and "Override save/export commands" does not work

   Example: I have an action that prepares a logo file, then saves to ai and svg, and exports to png and jpg.

   I have it recorded as an action, and it runs great.

   If I try to use "Batch..." to run it on a folder of images I have options to "Override Action 'Save' commands" and "Override Action 'Export' commands" that will let you point the save/export commands to a new folder. This is great in theory, but does not work right.

   After running the batch, I only have 2 files. Not 4. The Save as AI then SVG steps leaves me with just an ai-file, and the export as svg and png leaves me with a single file with no file extension. Clearly not supposed to happen - is a fix likely?

3. Appearance panel - Stroke on rectangle shape

   I have a rectangle shape in my appearance panel. When I try to add a stroke to it, I get a row saying "outline stroke" (underdotted as if it should be able to change) and popup tips saying "click to edit effect". But nothing happens when trying to click to open stroke settings. So I'm not sure if this is a bug, feature request or simply me doing it wrong. Anyway, it seams to be meant to work, if not it would be great if you could add things like strokes to these shape rectangles/circles.

4. Option+Drag with Artboard tool to duplicate Artboard copies art twice and drags places in the opposite direction

   When I Option(Alt)+Drag to duplicate an artboard. Illy places another copy of the boards artwork on the opposite side of the original artboard.

   It's happening in Illustrator CC 2019 (23.0.3)
   I'm on a 2017 iMac running:
   MacOS Mojave 10.14.4

5. Saving as PDF with no editing capabilities should not allow you to edit

   Currently, if you are working on an AI file, and then choose File / Save as / PDF (and select PDF output options that have NO editing capabilities), once the PDF is saved it then remains open.
   The bug is, that although the PDF is set with no editing capabilities - the file will still allow you to make changes and add items outside the Artboard area.
   The problem with this is that once you save and close. if you open the file again - there is no way to access the content outside the Artboard area.
   So you could spend hours editing content outside the Artboard and then successfully save and close the file, without receiving any warning that you will lose content.
   Solution: I suggest that if a file is saved as a non-editable PDF, that it should provide some type of warning either during post-save editing, or when trying to click a subsequent Save - that the content is not going to be usable.

6. Tilde shows up in text box

   Illustrator CC 23.0.3 Precision 5820 Tower,Intel Xeon W2102
   16 GB RAM, 64 bit, Win 10 Pro

   Working with any text box, the tilde character shows up at insertion point. Even if no typing is happening.

7. Twist effect does not act on a group as a whole

   When applying Effects > Distort and Transform > Twist to a group, the effect is applied on an individual object level and not on the group as a whole.

8. Can't open .dwg files all of a sudden

   Ai CC 2019 - Can no longer open dwg files - the error is "unknown file format" the old work around used to be to save the .dwg & all xref's to a 2010 version and it would open. Super frustrating as this has occurred in the middle of a project. How to get the dwg's compatible again?

10. Pattern Editing Mode Swatch Width and Height max out at 4000px

    Pattern Editing mode lets the user create swatch tiles over 4000px, but does not give you the size of the tile over 4000px. I noticed this first with rectangular pattern that was forcing my computer to crash on edit. I confirmed this behavior by opening a new file creating a 60 in by 60 in square. Pattern was created fine, but the width and height of the swatch still maxed out at 4000px. AI 2018 22.1

13. New Document Delay

    When creating FILE > New… the 'New Document' pop-up appears immediately, but it's blank and the content/fields don't display for a good 7-8 seconds later.

    I expect this to be visible immediately. I know there was a similar issue in Photoshop CC that you could avoid by using a legacy New Doc preferences.

14. Expand Appearance is greyed out in 2019 compare to CC2018, same doc, same selection, it is enabled.

    I have a document which, when I select certain objects in CC 2019 - Expand Appearance isn't available and Expand, when used, doesn't give the expected result. Exact same document, exact same selection in CC 2018 and Expand Appearance is available, and when clicked, works perfectly and as expected.
    FYI - the selection has a number of Transform effects applied to it.

15. Split into Grid draws guides wrong on multiple artboards or with custom origin

    Tdlr: horisontal guides made with "split to grid" go onto the first artboard, when they shouldn't.

    I use split to grid to make myself a grid to work on and it works fine on a single artboard. But if i try to make split to grid on any other artboard than the first one, it sends the horisontal guides to the first artboard and keeps the vertical ones on the correct one. The lines stay grouped and can be moved, but it takes extra time and effort.
    This happended on different machines.

    Writing this on a phone, but I can make a screenshot if asked for.

17. Stop asking about switching to the Touch interface

    I have a laptop with a touch screen (that I never use, and never intend to use). Every time I open Illustrator, it tells me that it has detected that I am using a touch enabled screen and asks if I want to switch. I would be VERY appreciative if you could make this pop up with a "don't ask me again on this computer" checkbox as it is really annoying as it not always obvious that it has popped up and it makes the screen unresponsive.

18. Long delay before PDF dialog when large images present

    It seems that when there are any large linked images present, Illustrator locks up for several seconds or more before the Save Adobe PDF dialog appears. Often the delay is long enough that I end up switching to another task while I wait.

    This never used to happen in previous versions — I believe the problem started with an update in late 2018 or early 2019. Based on the delay before the dialog appears, it seems like Illustrator might be refreshing/re-reading the images in the background, because the delay seems to increase with more/larger images.

    All my working files are saved on a very fast NAS, so I tested my theory by watching the performance tab in Windows Task Manager. Sure enough, ethernet spikes while Illustrator locks up. However, I don't think this problem is related to the files being loaded/saved over ethernet, because I often experience the same delay on my Mac at home when saving PDF files from Illustrator. On my Mac, all working files are saved on my internal SSD, yet I still get the same long delay when large images are present.

19. Mouse scroll animated zoom is broken when in Pixel Preview mode

    I just updated to Illustrator 2019 on a Windows 10 PC

    Given I have any size project open
    And my "zoom to selection" preferences are on or off
    When I turn on pixel preview view mode
    And I have alt selected
    And I use my mouse to zoom in and out
    Then zoom chooses a random center point to anchor it's zoom

    I have no issues when in "Overprint preview" mode, or when using my keyboard in "Pixel preview" mode.

20. Anchor Point tool doesn’t reshape straight segments

    Anchor point tool does not allow me to bend the straight line by dragging the path to convert it to curve. is this a bug?

    Direct Selection tool won’t reshape straight segments but move them, but Anchor Point Tool should work on these.

    Can you recheck this, please?
