  1. プリントに選択したページは全て空白です

    Illustrator 2025（29.3）で、アートボードを印刷しようとすると「プリントに選択したページは全て空白です」 というエラーが出て印刷ができない。リンクオブジェクトにリンクを配置した際、リンク元となるデータが.aiのファイルで、かつそのリンク元のレイヤー内でリンクオブジェクト（確認したケースでは埋め込みリンク）のみが表示されており、その他のパスなどの要素が表示されていない場合にこの現象がおきた。

  2. Subject: Issue with Type Tool - Font Changes Automatically After Pressing Spacebar

    Dear Adobe Team,

    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I am encountering with the Type Tool in Adobe Illustrator.

    When I select any font and start typing, the font automatically changes after I press the spacebar. This issue occurs regardless of the font selected, and I am unsure why this is happening.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I would appreciate your guidance on how to fix this issue or if there is a setting I need to adjust.

  3. Recolor - Color Theme Picker not working with recolor tool

    When trying to recolor an asset, the color theme picker doesn't function as normally.
    This feature was working normally last week.
    I've attached a video to demonstrate the issue.

    Windows 11 system. version 24h2
    Adobe Illustrator Desktop v29.3.1

  4. 合成フォントを使うとaiファイルのPDFデータが空白になる

    「PDF互換ファイルを作成」をチェックONにして保存したaiファイルには「ネイティブデータ」と「PDFデータ」の2種類の異なるデータが格納されています。

    Illustrator環境設定「ファイル管理 > バックグラウンドで保存／書き出し」をONにして合成フォントを使うと、aiファイルの「PDFデータ」が空白（PDFのコンテンツストリームが空）になってしまう場合があります。なお「ネイティブデータ」は正常に保存されます。

    ●PDFデータの確認方法
    拡張子「ai」を「pdf」に変更してAcrobatで開く。拡張子「ai」のままAcrobatで開いてはいけない。
    または、InDesignドキュメントにリンク配置する。
    または、macOSならクイックルックで表示する。

    再現手順

    ●前準備
    1. Illustratorを起動
    2. 環境設定「ファイル管理」の「バックグラウンドで保存」「バックグラウンドで書き出し」をチェックONにする
    3. 合成フォントをすべて削除する
    ●再現操作
    1. 新規ドキュメントを作成
    2. 合成フォントを新規作成
    3. テキストツールで文字を入力
    4. 2の合成フォントを3に適用する
    5. ファイル保存
    6. 合成フォントの設定を変更する（ウェイト変更など）
    7. ファイル保存

    2020（24）は5の時点でアラートが表示される。
    2021（25）は5の時点でアラートが表示される。
    2022（26）は5の時点でアラートなく保存されPDFデータが空白になる。

    2023（27）は7の時点でアラートなく保存されPDFデータが空白になる。

    対処方法

    環境設定「ファイル管理」の「バックグラウンドで保存」「バックグラウンドで書き出し」をチェックOFFにする。ただし抑止はされるが完全に防止できるわけではない。

  5. Macのスクリーンタイムでの利用時間カウントが正常でない

    1. お使いのオペレーティングシステムおよび Adobe Illustrator (デスクトップ版) のバージョン：
      Mac OS 13.6.4（22G513）
      Illustrator 29.3.1

    2. 問題が発生したときに実行していた手順：
      アプリを起動した状態で、Macをスリープした状態（操作は行っていない）

    3. 想定していた結果：
      Macのスクリーンタイムでは、Illustratorの使用時間がカウントされない

    4. 実際の結果
      スリープしている時間も、ずっとIllustratorを操作した時間としてカウントされている
      （添付画像はある日のスクリーンタイムのスクリーンショットです。
      　深夜2時から朝の11時にかけて、スリープ状態でしたが、Illustratorを操作したことになっています。
      　1度きりの発生ではなく、毎回このような状態になっています。）

  6. Contextual menu popping up far from cursor

    Canvas right click contextual menus are showing up far from the cursor (see video).
    Changing the window size dramatically changes distance from curser (bigger = further away).

    Tried to fix by:
    - Restarting Illustrator
    - Restarting machine
    - Checked for updates (none)

    Setup:
    - Mac OS X 15.2 (24C101)
    - Illustrator 29.2.1
    - MacBook Pro 15" M1
    - LG Superfine 5K
    - AORUS FI27Q-X 27 1440p

  7. 画像トレースのグラデーションが適用されないバグ

    バージョン 29.2.1で、［画像トレース］パネルの［グラデーション］をONにしただけではグラデーションが適用されません。
    ［滑らかに］のスライダーを操作すればグラデーションが適用されます。

  8. When does Adobe plan to update Illustrator to new Windows 11 (24H2)?

    I can't install Illustrator on my new Windows 11 (24H2) computer.

    I understand that this 2024 operating system is not yet compatible with Illustrator. When does Adobe plan to update?

    Currently compatible Windows operating systems 11 v23H2, v22H2 and v21H2, Windows 10 v22H2 and v21H2

  9. Text converting to outlines when exporting and/or saving as SVG in Illustrator 2025

    Text is getting converted to outlines when exporting and/or saving as SVG in Illustrator 2025, even though I am NOT selecting that option. This is bad for SEO and accessibility and needs to be fixed asap.

  10. Problemas para presentar pantalla

    Hola, tengo problemas al querer presentar pantalla en Adobe Illustrator (última versión, aunque me estuvo pasando con las últimas 4 actualizaciones). Cuando aprieto Mayús + F o aprieto la opción de Modo presentación, la pantalla se bugea y hace glitches. Desde ya, gracias por su ayuda y atención.

  11. Bitmap (1-Bit) Image downsampled to 300 dpi in PDF Export - スリープさせるとレインボーカーソル化

    MacBookPro OS 13.6.4
    Illustrator 29.3.1

    Illustratorを起動したまま、画面を（物理的に）閉じると、次画面を開いた時にIllustratorがレインボーカーソルのまま動かなくなります。毎回強制終了して再度起動しています。
    ブラウザなどの他のアプリケーションはレインボーカーソル化しません。

    Illustratorを28にしていた頃は起こらなかったです。

  12. Error Illustrator no encuentra los archivos enlazados

    Illustrator está fallando al reconocer los archivos enlazados, no los linkea en autámatico al abrir el archivo por más que esté empaquetado. En oficina ya son 3 computadoras Macbook Pro M3 que estamos teniendo ese problema desde la última actualización.

  13. Incorrect Zoom Label when Disabling "Display Print Size At 100% Zoom" Preference

    With an artboard zoomed to 100%, and after disabling the preference "Display Print Size At 100% Zoom" preference, the zoom level is incorrectly reading "52.55%" until I switch Pixel Preview on and off again. See the attached screen recording for the exact steps to recreate this issue with a 1080px x 1080px artboard.

  15. Add Discretionary Line Break

    Each time I need to insert a discretionary line break in Illustrator, I forget there is none. I go through menus, hoping to finally see it, but nope, it’s something InDesign has only.

  16. Wireframe Conversion of 3D objects distorts the paths, straightens curves

    Converting 3D text to a wireframe often doesn’t show the curves of fonts correctly. During the process, these curves often turn into straight lines or rough shapes, losing the original look of the font or the 3D preview.

  17. Adobe Illustrator 28.7.3 does not load AIBeautifulStrokes

    Adobe Illustrator 28.7.3, at least the macOS version, does not load AIBeautifulStrokes suite in my plugin (error 29550). All other versions, including up to 28.7.2, work fine. I am using SDK build 142, the version of the 2024 SDK now available for download.

  19. Character colors set for character/paragraph styles loaded from another document are lost when the file is saved and reopened.

    別のドキュメントから読み込んだ文字スタイル・段落スタイルに設定された文字カラーは，ファイルを保存して再度開いたときに失われてしまいます。

    1. macOS & Windows OS, Illustrator all versions

    2. 再現手順
      ① ドキュメント上で段落スタイルを新規作成し，文字カラーを設定後，保存する。
      ② 別のドキュメントの段落スタイルパネル「段落スタイルの読み込み…」より，①.ai を読み込む。
      ③ 読み込んだ段落スタイルを適用したテキストオブジェクトを作成し，保存する。
      ④ ③のドキュメントを再度開く。

    3. 望む結果：　　①で設定した文字の色が，段落スタイルの「文字カラー」に設定されている。

    4. 実際の結果：　　段落スタイルの「文字カラー」は「なし」になっている。

    読み込んだスタイルを適用したテキストオブジェクトの見た目は黒くなり（カラースペースがDevice Grayになり），カラーパネルの表示は「？」になります。

    上記手順では「段落スタイル」について書いていますが，「文字スタイル」で設定した場合も，同様の不具合が発生します。

  20. Align art to pixel grid applied by default when adding vector images to CC libraries

    Steps to reproduce: Select a vector graphic in an Adobe Illustrator file and click the Add ("+") icon at the bottom of the Libraries panel. Choose "Graphic." (note: the Illustrator file containing the graphic does not have "Align art to pixel grid" applied.)

    Expected result: The newly created library asset should not have "Align art to pixel grid" applied.

    Actual result: The library asset has "Align art to pixel grid" applied.

    I'm forced to uncheck "Align art to pixel grid," close, and then re-open the library asset. This removes "Align art to pixel grid" about half the time.
