[Illustrator 2025, 29.0][Win11 Pro 23H2] Polish Characters (Alt GR + A, C, E, O, X) Not Working in the Artboard Name Field
When I try to type a Polish character in the artboard name field - using Alt GR + A, C, E, O, X - nothing happens. The only one that works is Alt Gr + Z.
Interestingly, Polish characters work just fine in text boxes and in the layers panel.

Move Tool Malfunction
I can't select the move tool properly-- or any other tool in this case. The main selected tool is stuck in the hand tool. After a while, it switches to the move tool and it gets crazier!!
Whenever I select a layer or an object, there's a 1-3 second delay. Can this be fixed? My projects are affected. I tried resetting the app already.

Edges are misaligned at high zoom level
After zooming in on a rectangle, the actual rendered appearance is misaligned with the edges of the rectangle.

ファイルを開き直すとカーニングがリセットされる
.aiファイルでデザインを作成し保存、ファイルを一度閉じてから再び開くと、特定のテキストのカーニング設定がリセットされます。
発生条件は不明ですが、今のところファイル中に1つだけ現れています。
ただし、いろいろ設定をいじって一つを解決すると、別の場所に新たに発生する可能性があります（これは作業前に全ての問題を把握してから取り掛からなかったのではじめから2箇所の問題があったのかもしれません）。現時点では対処法が見つかっていないので、目を皿にして入稿チェックデータを確認し、見つけ次第直し、の繰り返ししかありません。
後から修正のできない印刷物にとっては重大な問題ですので、調査と修正をお願いしたいです。

The small Generative AI marketing window won't close.
When starting work this morning, a small marketing window popped up inviting me to try Generative AI. I click on the little X in the upper corner but it wouldn't close without restarting Illustrator. These marketing windows are interfering with production and are useless, please stop using them.

3D RGB vector object pasted via clipboard in Photoshop becomes CMYK when editing its content
Hello! I encountered this error: a vector RGB object with 3D effect, pasted as a smart object from Illustrator to Photoshop via clipboard, opens as CMYK when its contents are edited. Screen recording attached.

Can't add new items to my CC Libraries when working from home
Here is my issue, I have two Mac computers both running the latest version of the Ventura operating system (13.6.7 at the time of this post), one of them is at the office and the other one is at home for work I do when away from the office.
I have a teams account with Adobe provided by my employer. I log into CC using the same ID on both machines. On my computer at the office, I can add new items to any of my Adobe Libraries in any of the apps. However, on my home computer I can't…

Left mouse keeps registering double clicks in Illustrator 2025
My mouse keeps registering double clicks when I only click once. For example when I select multiple object to align to a key object, Illustrator opens up isolation mode on the key object. It is not a hardware issue as I have tried 2 other mouses, same result. I do not experience similar issues in any other programs, just Illustrator. I also reset my preferences and still the error persists. This is so frustrating as I I cannot work effectively and before I updated to 2025 version I did not have this issue. Please assist.

Text stroke disappears
Illustrator 28.6 on Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2
I'm not sure whether it's an Illustrator or Photoshop problem.
I have text with white strokes in the background, but when I open the .ai in Photoshop (300dpi) , the white outlines have all disappeared.
They don't appear in the Art View (preview) of the .ai either. Nor if I open the file with Preview or Adobe Acrobat. That's why I'm thinking it's an Illustrator issue. Zooming in with Acrobat actually makes it crash…

Sequoia 15.1 (24B83) 29.1 doesn’t export type with stroke applied
Illustrator doesn't export stroke applied to a text element, it shows without the stroke. It only worked when stroke is outlined. Does anyone knows a way to fix it?

Contextual Task Bar Preventing Artboard Creation
Normally when you click on an object you can create an artboard to fit to that graphic. However, when the Contextual Task Bar is open it bugs out and doesn't allow this.

Significant Performace Issues after Updating to V29.1
I'm having significant issues using Illustrator 25 v29.1 and it's very frustrating as I'm using the program for work related activities. Any time I try to alt+drag and artboard to copy it, I get the spinning wheel of death on my Macbook Pro. Even if I try to Command+C and Command+V paste the artboard, I have the same issue. And when I look at how much memory is being used, it's not alot so I don't undertand what is happening. Tools don’t get removed from a toolbar when using Edit Toolbar to edit it
Recently updated to the most recent version of Illustrator. When I try to edit/customize the toolbar the way I like, some items will not go away.
Version of Illustrator: 28.7.1
OS: Mac Sonoma 14.6
Steps Taken: Used three dots at bottom of toolbar to edit. Dragging items off into drawer.
Expected Result: Tool will be removed from toolbar.

ドキュメントのラスタライズ効果設定が300ppiの場合でもApple Color Emojiが低い解像度でラスタライズされる
macOS Ventura / iMac27inch i5/32GB/1TB
Illustrator ver.28.3（カラーフォントに対応したバージョン全てで同様の挙動だと思われます。）問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
1. テキストツールを使いアートボード上をクリックしテキスト入力モードに
2. 字形パレット上で任意の絵文字をダブルクリック
3. アートボード上のポイントテキストに絵文字が入力されるので、サイズを15pt程度に設定する。
4. メニューより「書式→アウトラインを作成」を実行する。
5. ビットマップ系のカラーグリフのフォントなのでビットマップに変換されるが、アウトライン前の表示に対して著しい解像度低下が起きる。想定していた結果
アウトライン化後もアウトライン前と同程度の品質のビットマップとしてラスタライズされる。実際の結果
72ppiでラスタライズした状態になる為、ドキュメントのラスタライズ効果設定にて300ppi等の高解像度設定を行っている場合、想定した品質のものにならない。AppleColorEmojiフォントは各グリフをpng形式で持つカラーグリフフォントです。Illustratorはこのフォントを表示するために、当フォントが数種類内包するサイズ違いのStrikeの内のもっともピクセル数の多いStrike8を利用してレンダリングします。これは各グリフが160px×160pxのサイズで、上記の手順での表示品質を充分担保できるサイズと言えます。
しかし、アウトライン化の際、Illustratorはこのフォントが持つpngデータを利用せず、一律で「RGB/72ppi/アンチエイリアス無し」の設定でラスタライズします。そのせいで本来フォントが持つディテイルが失われます。「ドキュメントのラスタライズ効果設定」が300ppiの場合15piのグリフは60px×60px程度のサイズでラスタライズされることが期待されるのですが、72ppiで処理される為に半分程度のサイズとなります。
アウトライン化という意味では埋め込み画像を生成する際にフォントが持つpngを読み出して配置するのが理想であると考えます。しかし、ドキュメント解像度にあわせたラスタライズ処理を行うという処理も合理的ではあります。
いずれにせよ、データの品質を担保する意味でもドキュメントのラスタライズ効果設定に応じた処理をお願いします。13 votes -
Layer duplication

I have asked why JavaScript was not showing a layer that I know exists here:
Working with Thom Parker it was determined that the failure to show a layer was due to multiple layers. In that thread, I discuss a work around that prevents Illustrator from creating multiple layers such that only single layer instances are saved and thus JavaScript shows and hides layers.
Previously, when adding a PDF as a graphic element to FrameMaker or InDesign I would get a "Layers don't match" error. This had no effect and so I never looked into it, until now…

Illustrator window moves behind all other windows when you reposition the frame
When selecting a window in Illustrator it immediately falls to the background as I move it around. VERY obnoxious.. this is also happening in Photoshop.
Mac Studio, 64gb, Ventura 13.2.1, latest version of AI and PSD.

Panels (Layers, Libraries, Properties) are empty when docked, and get rendered only when opened from icons
Panel on the right doesn't work when it's extended, it's only working when it's reduced.
