fonts do not drop down. They did yesterday, but not today. Reinstalled to no avail. Drop down works in all other apps.

Keyboard shortcut for Change Case > UPPERCASE is missing
- In version 22.1 there is no anymore option for Type > Change Case > UPPERCASE in Keyboard Shortcuts.
- I miss that Shortcut, that's all.

Regional - Indian Font Issues
Google Fonts that work for hindi and other regional languages seem to get messed up when used in illustrator. Please help urgent. Tried Noto Sans, Sarala font..

Major Type issues
Having major dramas with type. I cannot select any existing type in any file. I cannot add any type either. On the rare occasion that any cursor may appear, it is so tiny as to be impossible to see anything. On typing, no text appears at all.

Font drop down doesn't work on CS6 all of the sudden
I have Windows 10 and Illustrator CS6. Worked great until a couple weeks back.
The font drop down does not work at all. Not in character map, not in type>fonts.
I unisntalled Illustrator CS6, Re-downloaded the file from Adobe, re-installed. nothing
I uninstalled windows 10 updates for 2 months... nothing...

Cannot use alt with eyedropper to apply sampled style to other sections of text
Cannot use alt with eyedropper to apply sampled appearance to other objects
Mac OS High Serra 10.13.3
Illustrator CC 2018 (22.1)I used to (in CS6) be able to copy a text style by using the eyedropper once and then holding alt to apply it to other sections (the eyedropper icon would be mirrored left-right when holding alt).
Now if I hold alt, I'm getting the hand (pan) tool.
How can I get the "apply style" tool instead please?
NB: it still works with objects (background of text area in the example video), but not with text anymore.

Illustrator CC2018 request font
1 - OSX High Sierra - 2.8 GHz Intel Core i5
2 - Starting Illustartor it request to download some font (see attached file)
3 - Tryed to download and Illustrator run correctly, but when I restart computer the messare is the same.
I alsto tryed to re-install Illustrator but the bug stay

illustrator text stroke misaligned in illustrator and when placed in photoshop as smart object
Strokes seem to be misaligned when working on live small text and cannot be placed into photoshop correctly to apply FX. Adobe CC

Bengali Dari Line Break Issue
The Indic 'dari' (U+0964, "।") reflows to the next line in Bengali, but it should behave like a period and not be allowed to start a line, especially if not preceded by a space. I am using v22.0.1 x64 on Windows 10. I have attached a file to show what I mean.

Adobe Fonts dont sync properly with Typekits fonts purchased.
My synced fonts don't show up in Illustrator. These are fonts that have been syncs for months. Restarting Illustrator does nothing. Unsyncing and resyncing fonts on Typekit does nothing

Freeze on First File Opened if it has Missing Fonts
Illustrator CC version 22.1
OS: Windows 10 Pro, version 18031) Launch Illustrator
2) Open Ai file
3) If the first file I open after launching Ai has missing fonts the program freezes before it populates the missing fonts dialogue box. I have to force quit the application from task manager and relaunch.Any subsequent files that are opened after the first file do not have this issue regardless of missing fonts. I am currently working around this issue by opening a file that I know has no missing fonts first before I'm able to open any files that may…

Most of the fonts cannot show and load in the list of AI CS6
Most of the fonts cannot show and load in the list of AI CS6 suddenly today. The down arrow button (red circle in the attached picture) of the font list is not working (no response), but I can still choose other fonts by clicking up/down keyboard arrow to choose around 10 fonts (my computer installs over than hundreds fonts!).
Also, all fonts are still working in Photoshop and MS Office. Can anyone help on this? Thanks!4 votes -

Weird Glyph problem going on. Basically we have registered "R"s on our artworks, and on some occasions the glyph is applying superscript to the superscript "R" making it half the size it should be. Font is Gotham Medium using CC 2018 macOS High Sierra, Suitcase Fusion. Even weird that its changing when I scoll around the artwork to the smaller "R"? any ideas as I'm lost. This was happening also in CC 2017

All Typekit fonts unavailable
All of a sudden Typekit stopped working through Illustrator/Photoshop. I cannot open the CC app on my desktop either. I cannot uninstall it nor reinstall it as none of these functions will work. I am effectively frozen out of my desktop CC app and typekit. When I access Typekit via the webpage it shows my snyced fonts but I cannot access them on my desktop (PC). Font Size resets to 12pt when new font family is chosen
Changing font face also changes font size.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select text with text selector tool
2. Select a new font face from the font face drop down menuExpected results: font face changes while all other font properties remain the same.
Actual result: font face and font size properties change.

Variable font remains static
I've been working on various variable fonts, which, while there are sometimes are some GPU rendering issues in Illustrator, work as expected.
However, my last creation remains static while changing the variable (see example). The font variation works perfectly in online environments, it's only in Adobe apps that this seems to be an issue.
