テキストフレームでグローバルスウォッチの変更が適用されない。
OS/macOS10.13〜、Windows10 (20H2)
ver/25.4.4、26.0.3エリアテキストオブジェクトのパスにグローバールスウォッチを適用し、そのオブジェクトを複製した場合、描画がグローバルスウォッチの編集に追随しなくなる。
再現手順
1.エリアテキストを作成しテキストパスのみを選択して塗りにグローバルスウォッチを適用した上Command（ctrl）＋option（ALT）を押しながらドラッグし複製する。
2.選択を外した状態にし、適用したグローバルスウォッチをダブルクリックし編集に入る。
3.プレビューにチェックを入れた上でカラーを編集する。
4.コントロールバーやカラーパネルでの表示は変化するがテキストパスの塗りは変化しない。OKをクリックし編集を終了する。
5.スウォッチパネルなどの表示は正しく更新されるが1.のテキストバスの塗りは表示が変わらない。期待する結果
グローバルスウォッチを適用したテキストエリアオブジェクトのパスでも他のオブジェクトと同様にグローバルスウォッチの変更に表示を追随させる。現状の挙動
エリアテキストのパスに適用した塗りがグローバルスウォッチの変更に追随しない。対応策
一旦アウトライン表示に切り替えてからプレビュー表示を行うとグローバルスウォッチの値にて再描画される。この挙動を細かく見てみると複製したエリアテキストのパスに対する処理に問題がありそうです。１点だけだと再現しません。また、オブジェクト的にはカラー値は更新されていますので単純に再描画が行われていないように思われます。

Freeform Gradient Crashes Illustrator
If press V and I select seemingly any object in my drawing, press G to select gradient, and then I select Freeform Gradient, then Illustrator simply freezes forever until I force it to close. I'm able to select Linear and Radial gradient just fine. This only seems to happen with Freeform Gradient. I attached my file to this ticket. If you want a specific object to try, try the blue handle of the sword in the bottom right. But it seems to happen on any object.

pathfinder - unexpected behaviour inside script
when I select two compound paths and subtract, I get a fully selected group.
If I create an action consisting of just the pathfinder operation and run it from the actions panel, the result is identical.
If I call this action from extendscript, the group sometimes is only partially selected. - and the following steps produce unexpected results :(
It turns out that adding an extra object.selected = true can help.

Cloud Documents Do Not Open (Urgent)
There is a bug that I have been experiencing for some time with my cloud documents in Adobe Illustrator. Like any other day at work, I'll open up illustrator and go to open one of my cloud files that are accessible on the home screen under 'your files'. However, these files for some reason have become unresponsive to my clicking on them. Double-clicking on them to open results in absolutely nothing happening. slicing problem
I'm having a weird glitch with Illustrator. The program works fine until it suddenly the selection stops working. no matter which tool I select I get the same result- the cursor slices any shape that's selects. I can't pick anything or preform and other function, the cursor just slices the shape. If I close the program and restart it it fixes itself only to happen again a few minutes into the re-launch.

Stroke Aligned to Outside of Filled Shape and Fill of Shape Not Aligned
When aligning a stroke to the outside of a fill area, there are areas in which the fill area is incompletely filled, or the fill extends beyond the stroke.

Vectorisation doesn't work as with CS6
Before I could vectorise a file (for example this one "SourceFile.gif") and the relsult was like the attached one "VectorisedFile.ai" with the fonction "Image trace" and it works with the 2 following option "line art" or "technical drawing".
Why doesn't it work anymore ?

Selection tolerance too tight on high resolution displays in Windows
Selection tolerances are much too tight when trying to select a line rather than a shape - you have to be within 1-2 pixels to select properly, which makes it super hard to select lines.
This can be fixed slightly by changing the UI scale, but only works if you change it to 'comically large'. It works fine on my MacBook so looks like a Windows problem.
Smart guides don't help since smart guides don't work when snap to grid is selected for some reason.

Cannot create new file and every time I restart it asks me to repair creative cloud, its extremely annoying!!
This doesn't happen all the time, but most of the time I click "File -> New" nothing happens? its extremely annoying!!!!!! I have windows 10 with all the newest updates, it also asks me to repair creative cloud almost every time I start my computer. Everything else works smoothy except Illurstator.

Repeat Grid messes up variable width strokes
When the artwork contains asymmetrical variable width strokes, those are converted to symmetrical variable width strokes when a Repeat grid is applied with mirroring.

数字入力時のバグ
図形サイズや角度など、普段数字を入力するときはShiftキーなど同時に押す必要が無いが、逆にShiftキーを押しながら数字を打たないと、！や＄など約物を入力してしまう。キーボードの設定と逆になっていて大変使いづらい。

Path effects applied to a compound shape result a doubled stroke on expansion
- Draw two overlapping shapes
- Remove fill and stroke for both of them
- Hold Alt and press Unite shape mode button in Pathfinder to create a live compound shape
- Apply Offset Path effect (or any other path deforming effect, like Roughen or ZigZag)
- Expand appearance of the object Result: two copies of the same stroked object Expected: one copy of the stroke object

Images in clipping masks glitching and overlaying artwork when in GPU
This is similar to previous posts but not sure if the same.. apologies if repeating. In the latest version of illustrator, images within clipping masks are glitching out and making the file impossible to work with. These glitched versions of the masked image change constantly when zooming in or out, but do not disappear as they used to when illustrator bugged out previously. see attached screenshot. The orange metal flake texture should only exist within the frame of the bicycle. The lighter orange glitchy shapes do not exist.

Motifs are eaten on artboard on exit of using pattern tool
Hi please could someone tell me why this happens. When I exit the pattern tool by either clicking cancel or done. The motifs on the artboard are eaten away. Some times half of it or all of it, after exiting pattern tool. Sometimes text on the artboard gets filled with images. Like the text James was filled with the Noah image I have a video to demonstrate what happens but it won’t upload. .

While shift-dragging objects green plus appears and picture clipping file is created.
This issue is intermittent, but when shift-dragging an object in order to maintain vertical or horizontal position during movement, a green plus will appear next to the cursor and upon release, the object will snap back to its original position and refuse to be moved until you use the Cmd+Shft+B shortcut, which seems to clear it temporarily. However, if after that green plus appears you drag your cursor off-window to the desktop, a macOS picture clipping file is created. I have been unable to locate any settings for adjusting the behavior of mac's legacy clipping feature, so I'm hoping this…

Malwerkzeuge (Pinsel/Buntstift) übernehmen nicht die vorherigen Einstellungen
Ich möchte mit dem Bunststift zeichnen und habe dabei die Kontur, die Farbe und das Profil eingestellt. Beim nächsten Strich werden diese Eigenschaften nicht übernommen. Ich muss jedes mal die Eigenschaften neu auswählen... das kann ja jetzt nicht sein? Das hat vorher einwandfrei funktioniert.

SVG Export - Style Tag (Angled Apostrophe) Issue
Hi,
I have recently stumbled upon a random issue with exporting SVGs from Illustrator (Desktop). I am recycling some previously used assets that I know work fine and are fully compatible with Articulate Rise (the eLearning tool I import the SVGs to).
For some reason, within the last week or so, something has changed. Now when I try to import my SVGs to Articulate, I get an error saying the file type is invalid. Having investigated this with the Articulate support team, we discovered that during the export process, Illustrator is adding a random invalid character (this one (`)).

Live shapes loose their controls in Transform panel once they become a part of a compound shape
If I have a Rectangle shape and then subtract it from another path with Alt held (to make a live compound shape), I loose ability to change the width and height and rotation of this rectangle.
That is if I select it with the Direct/Group Selection tool — Transform panel does not show Rectangle Properties section, and Properties panel does not show anything from Transform at all — it has a no selection set of buttons.This is crucial because the rectangle I subtract is rotated, and simply editing width and height distorts it.

Repeat-> Mirror grayed out after expanding symbols
I used the symbol sprayer to spray image symbols. Then I expanded the objects (until I couldn't expand anymore). I selected all the object and tried to mirror them but the menu item is grayed out. All the menu items under "repeat" are grayed out, except for "options...".
