  2. Imported colors from Creative Cloud Library appear twice on the swatch panel

    I am running on Windows 10 (intel i7 8565U, 16 GB RAM) and Adobe Illustrator 25.2.

    Whenever I try to import colors from the CC library (select colors, right click, add colors to swatch), the colors then appear twice on the panel (see the attached video). I have tried to reset my illustrator preferences, but still experiencing a similar issue.

    I checked my InDesign and Photoshop by doing similar steps, and they work just fine. Is there anyone experiencing related issue? What did you do to make this work? Thank you.

  3. Intel HD Graphics 4600 unsupported video driver

    We've updated to the latest available driver from Intel for this integrated graphics card on our laptop.

    However, Illustrator still warns of incompatibilities every time we launch it. We've set our discrete NVIDIA graphics card as the preferred GPU, and it's listed in the Edit > Preferences > Performance > GPU Details. However, Illustrator still appears to be trying to verify the Intel drivers. There's not an option to disable the onboard graphics chip in our BIOS (MSI laptop). We tried disabling the onboard graphics in Windows Device Manager, but that didn't appear to make any difference. We saw…

  4. All PNG's exported are blurry

    Every time I export a file to PNG, it comes out blurry. It also appears blurry when I turn on the pixel preview. I have never experienced this problem until I recently updated my version of Illustrator. Exporting to PDF does not cause an issue.

    I am using Windows 10 Pro version 19042.746, with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500T CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz, Installed ram: 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

  5. DWG file won't display after Open... in Ai

    Want to import and edit a DWG drawing that functions perfectly on Autodesk website file preview page. (I don't use Autodesk.)
    All 67 layers and hundreds of sub-layers are listed on Layers panel and selected but Ai shows only a blank white page.
    System is Dell AW17 laptop with nVidia 1070 graphics; Ai reports Intel 530 graphics card 'unsupported driver' on startup but I am not using it; Windows 10 and Ai fully up to date

  6. ドロップシャドウのデフォルトのカラー設定がK100%ではなく4色になっている

    発見はMacOS Catalina（10.15.7）ですが、Windows10でも同様でした。
    Illustrator2021（25.2）のドロップシャドウにおいて、デフォルトのカラー設定がK100%ではなくC93%、M88%、Y89%、K80%になっています。RGBベースのカラー設定がCMYKモードに持ち越されているものと思われますが、印刷において事故の原因となりますので早急に修正願います。

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  7. AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 4750U Radeon GPU not recognized (but works in Premiere, Lightroom)

    Illustrator does not use the GPU (Setings->Performance says "Compatible GPU not available", even though below the device is listed under "GPU Details".

    However, all other Adobe CC apps (Lightroom, Premiere) do recognize and use the GPU without any problems.

  8. Jittery mouse cursor before changing state / hovering over links when Adobe application is open

    MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
    Processor 2,3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
    MacOS Big Sur 11.2.1 (20D74)
    Memory 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

    I'm experiencing a jittery/buggy/flickering mouse cursor when my cursor's about to change mode, to type mode or other different pointers.

    This also occurs in both Safari and Chrome while I'm opening any Adobe application. It also occurs in other non-hyperlink instances of the mouse cursor changing, such as hovering over the drag handle when resizing Finder columns.

  9. Pencil tool fidelity issue when smoothing lines added anchor points NEW AI VERSION

    The pencil tool is not responding to the fidelity even if is 100% smooth it will add anchor points making the drawing really wobbly. I noticed this only happens on the new Illustrator2021 version running on Mojave 11.1. Seems to be a common issue currently See link below:

  10. I dont have a macbook. I am getting a saving to a legacy format error when trying to save

    I am using Microsoft edge on windows and I created projected for assignment and getting saving to a legacy error when I try to save it.

  11. Eyedropper making everything white

    When I select a shape and try to use the eyedropper tool to make it the same color as another shape it turns white. All of my layers are unlocked and visible so I am not sure what it going on.

  12. Slack & Illustrator freeze each other

    Sometimes Illustrator freezes on save and f I click Slack, I notice that it also has frozen. If I force quit Slack, Illustrator sometines unfreezes without having to force quit it.

  14. Illustrator keeps shutting down

    My Illustrator keeps shutting down. It tells me I have an unsupported video driver. Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. It has been doing this all week. I have never had this problem before. And now I have to sign in every time it starts.

  15. "View Using GPU" Greys Out Using Images with "ProPhoto RGB" Colour Profiles

    AI Version: 25.2
    OS: MacOS 11.2.1
    Using GPU Preview
    MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

    Problem:
    - "View Using GPU" is visible and enabled
    - Adding linked images (in this case a JPEG) with a "ProPhoto RGB" colour profile applied to the image file will cause "View Using GPU" to become disabled and greyed out.

    Expected Behaviour:
    - Linked Images with any colour profile applied should not effect the ability to use the "View Using GPU" setting.

    Workaround:
    - Open the image in Photoshop and convert it to another colour profile like sRGB IEC61966-2.1 then save the image. …

  16. Importing CAD DXF files: Unknown Format and Cannot Be Opened

    I am using Illustrator 2020 on a Windows 10 computer.
    We import CAD files in DXF format to create AI files for our graphics department to use. We are successful when importing ACAD2000 DXF files, but have problems with more recent versions. Elements drop off when importing ACAD2004, 2007, 2010 DXF files. When trying to import ACAD2013 and 2018 CAD files I get the message "Unknown Format and Cannot Be Opened".

    Bonjour,

    Il y'a un bug dans les unités de mesure.
    Lorsque nous créons un espace de travail de 1000 x 1000 mm celui-ci une fois exporté en Pdf fait 100 x 100 mm. Les unités par défauts sont indiquées en cm plutôt que mm et la conversion n'est as bonne.

  18. [M1 Mac Mini] Area outside artboard flickers when mouse is moving

    This is a weird one, because everything works just fine when you first launch the software. However once your computer goes to sleep and log back in, the area outside the outboard within your file window flickers as you move your mouse around.

    A workaround is to quit Illustrator and start it back up.

    I'm running Adobe Illustrator 25.2 on my Mac Mini M1 with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD.

  19. Illustrator öffnet nicht richtig

    Betriebssystem: MacOS Version 11.0.1
    Ai: Version: 25.2

    Nach dem Öffnen von Illustrator (auch InDesign) erscheint nur das schwarze Feld und nicht die sonstige Bedienoberfläche. Auch das Öffnen mancher Dateien ist nicht möglich. Außerdem kann ich weder in Illustrator noch in InDesign eine neue Datei erstellen.

  20. Round corner not showing, object select not showing multi-select

    round corner only shows with regular select tool but not direct select tool
    when using direct select tool, would not outline selected object
    round corner mod would only show up for default shapes, if anything is divided or combined the round corner stops showing.

    Why do we need to vote for bugs to be fixed?
    shouldn't all bugs be fixed?? i mean it's not a new feature we are requesting.

    This happens when edges get hidden.

    Enable them back with View > Show Edge (or Cmd/Ctrl + H).


    Also, you can edit your corner values precisely with Corners field in Control and Properties panel. The Shape section in Transform panel allows you to do the same for live shapes.
