  1. When saving AI as a PDF the text disappears

    When I save the AI file as a PDF on IPad the words seem to change to squares
    Why is that ?

    so Its really slow, im hard to work.

    Apple Silicon용 일러스트레이터 25.3 베타 실행시 GPU 가속 옵션을 켤 수가 없어서 많이 느립니다.
    일러스트레이터도 어서 빨리 Apple Silicon용으로 제대로 써볼 수 있게되면 좋겠네요.

  3. Can't input negative values in fields

    When trying to input a negative value (in leading, kerning, tracking, any transform, etc) or perform subtraction in an input field, the number either switches to a positive value or doesn't make a change and plays the system error sound. This is in the latest version of Illustrator on OS X 10.14.6

  4. Colour conversion values have changed?

    Our company logo uses 3 colours. 100% cyan, 100% magenta and 100% yellow.
    Had rgb values for these for years, but have done a conversion of the logo today and the rgb values are different to previously. Why would this be? In illustrator.

  5. Artboards not visible in list

    I have 3 artboards...but only one shown in the list.
    See screenshot, systemInfo.txt and AI file.
    Export for Screens also lists one artboard.

  6. smart guides not working in clipping mask

    I have had this problem for probably the last 3 versions or more ... but generally, when I've masked a number of objects inside of a clipping mask, then double-click to edit the contents inside the clipping mask, smart guides no longer function. Or, more correctly, very occasionally they will, but generally not.

    I always update to the latest versions of Illustrator. Currently I'm using 25.2.1

  8. "What's new" reminder will not stop appearing every time I start Illustrator.

    the 'see what's new' reminder in the upper right will not stop appearing every time I start Illustrator. Deleting preferences doesn't help. Clicking remind later is getting to be annoying.

  9. Colors Being Displayed Differently than in Color Picker

    I just decided to update to AI 2021, bad idea... I was working on a file and I realized that the color had changed from the original dark blue to a purple color. I do not know what happened, but I know it must have to do with the update because it happened right after this.

  10. Illustrator v25.2.1 some excess cut after using shape builder tool or pathfinder

    Im on macbook pro 2018
    2,3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
    8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
    Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MB

    Got some issue wheen i created shape using shape builder tools, or pathfinder, i found some excess cut, and the shape moved on a small pixels.
    in the outline view mode, the excess cut is dissapearing,
    and when i turned off GPU rendering in preference, the excess is dissapearing too,

    then i compared v25.2.1 and v25.0, i dont found this problem in 25.0
    becasue im trying to open the same file in different version of Adobe illustrator,…

  13. Just purchased new mac and Illustrator doesn't work

    My old 2015 mac finally broke today and I purchased a brand new mac, all updated to newest software versions and now I am having nothing but issues with illustrator.
    I used to run CS6 on my 2015 mac with 0 problems, now running CC and I literally cannot do my job.

    When I select an item it will not deselect unless I move the screen, If I move an item I cannot see where the item is until I move the screen. I cannot work like this, I use Illustrator to design and set up files for laser cutting…

  14. Flickering Background on resume

    Mac mini M1, grey background seems to stutter/flicker the Ai has been open and the Mac is woken up from sleep. Happens every time. Quiz and reopen fixes it most times. See video

  15. variable font

    There's some sort of bug in AI 25.2.1 where the variable font icon disappears after working for some time. A properly installed OT variable font doesn't have the icon to adjust its width axis.

    He guardado acciones para reproducirlas, pero cuando lo reproduzco no aparece todo lo que había hecho, de que sirve guardarlo si cuando lo vas a usar el resultado no es el que estas esperando, por favor arreglen eso, me estarían ahorrando un montón de tiempo, muchas gracias

  17. Colors not displaying correctly in Illustrator 25.2.1

    Colors are displaying brighter and incorrectly in CMYK color mode. I've color calibrated my monitor; restarted my computer; uninstalled/reinstalled Illustrator and still all files pulled into Illustrator are displaying this way.

    Mac Big Sur 11.2.3 Illustrator 25.2.1

    I have had trouble with a corrupted preference file in the past, but I also tried deleting the file and reinstalling with no change. I've uploaded a screen shot of how the colors are displaying.

  18. Rotation of a text while Snap to Grid is on

    You can't rotate a text with the Rotate tool when Snap to grid is on.

    Please watch the GIF attached.

    Then try to replicate.

    Open the attached document.
    Enable Snap to Grid.
    Select text.
    Grab Rotate tool.
    Hold Shift (or even do not).
    Try to rotate the text.
    Failure?
    If yes, move it a bit to the side (with snapping still on) and try again.
    Experiment a bit with different positions.

  20. Brush Pressure isn’t available

    Hi good night!
    I'm trying to do a drawing job by illustrator using my graphics tablet, but when changing the settings to modify the brush the pressure option that accompanies what I draw on the graphics tablet I can't choose the option because it appears but I can't select, the only available options are the '' fixed '' and '' Random '' options. PLEASE SOLVE THIS SOON, I NEED TO WORK.
