Illustrator utterly slow after 25.3.1 update
Running on late 2013 mac Pro with 64GB RAM
As per title, even menus take a while before opening. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, no effect. If I go back one version it works as before, at usual speed.

Repeat grid is ALMOST awesome.
The repeat grid is awesome EXCEPT for the fact that it puts all of the objects on the same layer when expanded. This doesn't work.
I'm trying to make stickers with a dieline. It laid and and spaced them wonderfully except now I have to go back and manually fix the dielines that are now on the same layer as the art. Lame. No thanks, going back to the old way by hand and replicating a correct object.

Photo exports come out faded
I recently updated Illustrator for the M1 chip on my MacBook Pro.
Now when I save an Illustrator document that contains photos as a press ready PDF (or any other file type) the photos become desaturated, and look faded.
This is a problem as I am often preparing files to be printed and my colors no longer look accurate. How can this be solved?2 votes -
canvas background disappearing
view goes from white to checkerboard out of nowhere recently... maybe in the last week or so? seems like a bug that needs to be addressed

Like clockwork. Adobe Upgrades keep disabling USER Align To Preferences.
Can anybody tell me why year after year, upgrade after upgrade, this KEEPS HAPPENING?

why did you just add 3 steps to a simple process
changing line weight in illustrator was simple: you have a 1 point line, you click the down of the up and down arrows on the left. It changes to .75, then .5 etc. Easy.
Now you click the down arrow on the left and it goes blank! So I click the only arrow on the right for the list of sizes (which is a down arrow for no apparent reason) and the list starts at 1 point so I have to scroll up to see the smaller sizes. then click the one I want. why? テキストにセットしたFOT-UD角ゴが正しく表示されない。（設定の狂った小塚ゴシックで表示される）
テキストにセットしたFOT-UD角ゴフォントが正しく表示されない。
ドキュメント内のすべてのFOT-UD角ゴに適用されるわけではなく、正常に表示される部分とされない部分が存在している。ドキュメントを開いた際に、FOT-UD角ゴではなく、UDKakugo LargePr6N-M-90ms-RKSJ-H*のアクティベートを求められることから、UD角ゴを指定した際に、フォントの英語名での指定にすり替わっているのではないかと考えられる。
ディアクティベーション後にリアクティベーションしても治らない。
ドキュメントをFOT-UD角ゴで作って保存後に閉じて開きなおすと、UD-kakugoがないとされて、表示が崩れる。
その後、FOT-UD角ゴを指定しなおしても、小塚ゴシックで表示される。
なので保存をするとUD角ゴを使っていた部分すべてが崩れる。
修正をしても保存したら崩れる。
Adobe Fonts側の問題なのか、illustrator側の問題かわからないので、ここに報告しておく。（フォントの内部的にUDkakukgoの情報が保持されていて、上書きができない？）

Paintbrush tool stops working while drawing - 100% GPU usage
Using the paintbrush tool, when drawing a continous shape/line, it stops drawing after a little while, even if I keep the pen pressed, or mouse button (same result).
If I use the GPU rendering/viewing mode, the GPU usage keep climbing if I keep drawing, until it reaches 100% GPU usage and stops working. And that is on a RTX 3090. On CPU view mode, it stops way sooner/faster, after 3 seconds almost. As soon as I let go and stop drawing, it completes the shape, but only up until the point that it stopped drawing.

Drop shadow jagged edge on placed images
When applying drop shadows on high quality png or psd images placed into illustrator, the edges end up jagged.

Get familiar pop over on Mac, comes up blank with no buttons to close.
Have seen this on the most recent two updates for Illustrator - currently on 25.3.1.
The help pop up loses its buttons and cannot be dismissed. Have to quit.

Illustrator 25.3.1 Will Not Open
At least two of the computers in our office are having issues with the latest Illustrator update 25.3.1. The program does not open when selecting a file and performing Open With>Adobe Illustrator 2021. The program does not open from the start menu. The program does not open directly from the Illustrator.exe file. If you try to uninstall Illustrator with Creative Cloud, it tells you that you can't because the program is open. If you go to the Task Manager with less detail, Illustrator does not show open, however, if you select more detail, you may see 14 or more processes…

Outline view (ctrl-y) crashes Illustrator 25.3.1 immediately.
I had this problem in verion 25.0, and then it went away with a couple of updates, and now it's back in 25.3.1
Right now, the way it works is that I'll make a thing - anything (eg. just a rectangle), hit CTRL-Y (outline view) and... Illustrator crashes.
Anyone else got this?

Illustrator Crash/Not Running
Operating System: Windows 10
Version: Adobe Illustrator 25.3.1After the last update, some of my documents on Creative Cloud do not open, unless I create duplicate and run the duplicate.
The updated Illustrator crashes more often, specially if I have a lot of layers.

Copy/paste vector: Illustrator → Figma (pastes as raster)
In 25.2 — graphics copied from Illustrator get inserted in Figma as a vector image. In 25.3 the behavior is broken and graphics get pasted as a raster image.
All the settings are the same.19 votesI am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Illustrator auto added a level 1 layer to wrap all layers after saving as SVG.
- Windows 10.
- Adobe Illustrator 25.2.1.
- Save any .ai file that has multiple layers as SVG then open the saved SVG file with Illustrator .
- Expected: Keep the same layers as the ai file. Actual result:All layers were wrapped by a new layer automatically.

I can't see my workspace
I open AI and all my tools bar, control bar and work space are disappear.
About tools bar and control bar I can reopen it but work space didn't work and I don't see it again.1 vote -

Beta 25.4 – Crashing when in isolation mode (Big Sur 11.4)
I'm running both the Apple Silicon Beta version (25.4) of Illustrator and 25.3.1 via the Rosetta emulator, and having the same issue across both. Huge amounts of lag occur when double clicking an object to enter isolation mode. At first I thought it was because the file I was working on had a bunch of linked images, but now even new files with a single vector object drawn will have the same lag issue. Illustrator file management system has has bug.
I categorized my all art work while drag and drop some folder get automatic duplicate my Internet connection is at good speed . This error i face most of the time .
File managing is good but with this bug am frustrated. And the cost that is charging is too much . Just wasting of money , i already had a lots of stuff to manage and this buggy management system of file.This is my last month on illustrator will unsubscribe the subscription,nor recommend any one.
