  1. フォントのアウトラインを取ると中が塗りつぶされる

    あるフォント（DFP中太丸ゴシック）の「管理部　部長」をアウトライン化すると「部」の文字の一部が塗りつぶされる。添付参照。
    他のフォントや文字では発生しない（自分が調べた限りです）
    現象はwindows版のイラレでのみおこり、同じファイルをMacのイラレで開いても起こりません。

  2. Bug - Blank Workspace

    When I open an AI file there seems to be a 80/20 chance that it will not display properly. As the file is opening I can see everything but the moment it's fully loaded the workspace goes completely blank (gray without an artboard). I can still see toolbars and can move around the workspace. I can even select all and delete unseen assets but I can't draw new ones.

    I have to close and reopen the file multiple times until it happens to show up. I've already tried:
    • Resetting Preferences
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling Illustrator
    • Renaming the UXP/other…

  3. Illustrator自動バックアップ用にファイルを保存できません

    ipadで作成したデータをデスクトップ版（Illustrator Beta版）で開きパソコンに別名で保存後作業すると“Illustrator自動バックアップ用にファイルを保存できません”というダイアログボックスが現れます。

  4. アセットの書き出しパネルによるSVG書き出し

    アセットの書き出しパネルからオブジェクトをSVGで書き出そうとすると、必ずクラッシュします。PNG等の画像書き出しは問題なくできます。

  5. Text gets launched into the ether

    When moving text in any sort of way (keyboard, click and drag), it would completely disappear from the artboard and launch itself either to the top left corner of the boundary or way outside to the light grey area. Screenshot of the latter is attached. The text outline/boundary box shows up where it is supposed to be on the artboard, but it is untouchable and out of bounds.

    Copying and pasting the text seems to have temporality fixed the issue. It's not the biggest problem, just kind of funny and a little annoying after the 5th time.

  6. Dimension tool doesn't measure correctly

    So, I went to measure a dieline with the Dimension tool and it measured 9". However, when i selected the dieline and went to the Properties it said it was 8.5". When I actually printed it out and measured it, it was 8.5". This tool is not working correctly. See attached images for further explanation/verification.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong? Can't figure out what that would be though. Thank you for looking into this!

    The problem was in the '0' picked as the Precision value in Dimension Tool Options instead of default '0.00'. If you have this value changed by itself, without you ever changing it manually — please comment.

  7. Dimension markers on drawings are not displayed when opening dxf files in Illustrator 2024

    When drawing data exported from CAD software by dxf conversion is opened in Illustrator 2024, dimension line markers are not displayed. 2021 displays them. This may be a bug.

  8. Bugs when saving PDF files: Adobe Illustrator has stopped working

    When saving a file as Ai or PDF, it often happens that Illustrator hangs/stops working and displays the message: Adobe Illustrator 2024 has stopped working. Please verify the error, because we cannot save projects, sometimes it works, but most of the time the program crashes.

  10. libraries changes my units from inches to pixel

    Everytime I put an asset into the library and then open that asset the units are in points instead of the original inches it was created in.

  11. SVG Imports with missing/changing colors

    This svg file opens correctly in browsers and even converts correctly in Inkscape, but in Illustrator all the colors change.

    I'm using the latest illustrator as of May 2024 on Windows 11.

    I tried attaching the SVG file but it gets removed for not being supported, nice...

  12. Illustrator 2024 Freezes When I Click Save

    Anytime the Save button is pressed, it opens the dialog box and immediately freezes. All of the buttons are grayed out besides the option to save to Creative Cloud itself. I cannot save to my computer or hard drive (both have tons of memory). I tried to use Illustrator 2023 and it didn't work either.
    I'm running a Macbook Pro 2019 with 32gb RAM and Version 12.3.

  15. 3D Rotation object misses the light source in version 28.5

  16. Application crashes when pressing back arrow when inside symbol

    OS: Windows 11 Home
    AI Version: 27.8.1

    Context:
    The application crashes when I press the "back arrow" button while editing a symbol. The symbol I tried to edit was one that I had created myself and added to the list of symbols.

    Steps:
    1. Double click on the created symbol in the symbol menu to start editing it.
    2. Click the back arrow in the top left, as seen in the picture provided.
    3. The program will crash anytime that arrow is clicked.

  17. Constantly freezes up

  19. does not export SVG

    Illustrator 28.4.1 (64 bit) does not export SVG through the Export for Screens window. The start of svg export window appears, but nothing is saved or exported

  20. Converted text won't change color. Eyedropper nor manual change not working (even though "fill" panel picks it up)

    I tried resetting everything, and updated Illustrator, which didn't help. Then I installed the new one and told it to remove old versions. So I now have the new illustrator 2024, and eyedropper still doesn't work. Exact same bug between versions of illustrator.

    Note, it seems to specifically be happening with text, even after changed to outlines.

    I saw a release note that this had been fixed yesterday, but I am having the issue right now, with the brand new install.
