Bug: Illustrator 22.1 Not Usable Since Mojave Update
Mojave update on latest Illustrator CC version 22.1
Basic usage of Illustrator
Use Illustrator normally
Random mouse clicks, movements etc making illustrator unusable. It's as if the interface and cursor just has a mind of its own sometimes. Even happening with Illustrator CS6 - Photoshop and InDesign CC have no issues at all.

I can't change the color of the Neon Glow effect in Effect Gallery
Every time I try to change the color of the Neon Glow filter, it always goes back to black. I've tried a lot of different things, but nothing works. I looked on the internet if there's a way to fix it, but seems that everyone has the same problem with Neon Glow.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Character scroll bar
The character scroll bar stopped working. If I click to change the font there is no scroll bar, nor is there a size option. I am on Windows 10 (64 bit Home) using the latest Illustrator (23.0.0 64 bit). I uninstalled and reinstalled and still have this problem I am using two screens, and have found that if i move the character window to the other screen and reset it, I can get the scroll bar back temporarily so this seems to have to do with dual screen setup

Installed Fonts Not Being Updated
I've tried the forums but this issue is still not solved & I've not been able to find a solution anywhere. Allow me to clarify.
This issue affects both the font menus and fonts in the entire document & actually across unlimited documents after unlimited numbers of app restarts and system restarts. I assume this can be fixed because I have proper behavior on one machine & improper behavior on another.

macOS Mojave-10.14.6 / Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator CC 2019
Though item on art board is activated by selection tool it shows no indication of being hi lighted. There are no corner control buttons and no outlines on the perimeters of object. I see no reference to the situation in the menu.

Copy and paste doesn't always work
I've been experiencing problems with Illustrator. When I copy an object with the ctrl + c button and try to paste them it randomly doesn't work.
The problem is that I can't replicate it on command. At first I thought it had something to do with the laptop that I used, but it also happens on a freshly installed desktop.
My version of Illustrator is 22.0.1
I also checked the copy paste functions under the edit tab, and when I copied something it didn't show the ability to paste it. It could also only have something to do with copying…

All toolbars gone - Illustrator CC 2019
As soon as I open the Illustrator today, every toolbar was lost. Even if I click the workspace presets, it doesn't do anything. I already returned all the lost tool bars manually but when I opened Ai, they're gone again. Please fix this. Thank you.

Every time Illustrator start, CEPHTMLengine steal focus by constantly being killed/crash and restarted
This is a bug, not an idea.
I'm using Illustrator 2019 with full Adobe CC over Windows 7 pro, Since the update from 2018 every time I start Illustrator all other windows loose focus every 20sec, including Illustrator. I can not even type a full sentence when illustrator is ON. Once Illustrator is closed, the normal focus returns.
I noticed that the CEPHTMLEngine start when Illustrator start and its being killed or crash every 20sec and then is restarted, This restart steal focus from any program running in windows. The cycle continues until Illustrator is closed.I'm behind a corporate…

Changing leading up and down in Character panel makes it 1 or 1295 pt
When the leading is set to (Auto), using the up/down arrow UI buttons in the character palette to change the leading results in weird leading sizes. Toggling up from Auto using the up arrow in the UI produces a leading of 1 pt. Toggling down from Auto produces a leading of 1295 pts!

font finder/Missing font box keeps loading and unable to activate missing fonts
Find Font box not working. Example i am missing fonts and when i open that menu it shows the fonts used in the document but the missing ones just have a loading circle next to it and it never stops.
Also the Missing font box. When i do have the fonts and want to Activate them they will never activate, It just loads for 10mins and stops with out loading the fonts.

Applying 'line' freeform gradient crashes Illustrator
Trying to change any freeform gradient's 'Draw' setting from 'Points' to 'Lines' results in an immediate crash, no matter what shape it's being applied to.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled Illustrator multiple times, and completely reset all user configuration settings, and this behavior remains unchanged.
Illustrator version: 23.0.6

BUG- Illustrator crashing at least once a day- usually when saving a normalized pdf
Use illustrator to apply art to Artios files- save file as normalized pdf, and it crashes almost every time it is saving. Have to restart. Recent files are not up to date, at least 5 day lag. Illustrator also very slow to open files.

ExtendscriptToolkit is 32bit-only, OSX Catalina is 64bit-only
I use a script I wrote for an important business function. For the last couple OSX upgrades, it has been warning me that ExtendscriptToolkit is not compatible with future versions of the OS. Specifically, OSX Catalina, which has been seeded to developers, will only support 64bit applications, and ExtendscriptToolkit is a 32bit application. Is that going to be addressed before the OS is released?

Art board freezes, then disappears
I use a Wacom to draw my art on Adobe Illustrator 2019 cc, 23.0.6 64 Bit. I haven't had any problems drawing, but today I am only able to draw a few items before the art board completely freezes and I can't draw anymore. HOWEVER, when looking at my layers, everything I draw shows up. I just can't see it on the actual art board. The things I was able to draw, I am unable to move or change. Then trying to fix it, the whole art board disappears, but it still says it there on the Layers tab...

Option + Enter (on keypad) doesn't work anymore to produce a copy

When using dialogue boxes for scale, rotate move etc, after inputting numbers i used to be able to hit option + enter (next to the keypad) and it would create a copy of whatever I element i was scaling, rotating, moving. This doesn't work anymore. nothing happens. I have to hit option + return for this to work. It used to work a few versions ago. Can you please change it back. it's super annoying inputting numbers on the keypad and not being able to hit the enter key next to the keypad to create…

After unlink vector art from symbol, handles and points never appear again - CC 23.0.2
I see that this bug was supposedly fixed but it's back.
I made a vector shape and dragged it to the symbols palette.
Then I placed the symbol in my artboard, and unlinked the placed art from the symbol.
Now when the shape is selected, no handles or points are ever visible again - I can not select all or any handles or points with the direct selection tool, because they are gone. The shape can not be manipulated.
It does not matter if I cut and paste it, expand it, ungroup it, double click it, or paste it into…
