2. Panel Options not displaying on click and hold

   In the panel selection for all the tools (natively on the left) as a click and hold on a tool (ie. The rectangle tool) it does not show any options to select anything else such as the ellipse tool. This issue exists on all of the tool buttons as well as trying to selecting font sizes, in the character panel. Another example is the transparency dropdown. The dropdown just doesn't show up when I click it.

3. Touch Bar Color Controls are Broken

   Touch bar controls do not change the color of objects when using sliders, and swatches save to touch bar but not to actual swatches panel. Cannot delete swatches from Touch Bar.

4. Scaling bug in Illustrator 22.01

   Hi, I'm working on files in which I have to scale objects down precisely with multiple digits behind the comma.
   When scaling the artwork in multiple (3) layers down to 18,602% everything looks good. But when using one digit more, 18,6023%, the artwork is scaled down much more, which is incorrect. I need to use even more digits, but that's impossible like this. I've attached screenshots.

   I'm on an iMac Retina 5K, 27 inch, 2017 running MacOS X 10.3.3 with the latest version of Illustrator, 22.01.

   I'm using mm als units, so maybe it's a rounding issue. I can reproduce it on a simple file with three layers, so it might be the effects used in the artwork.

5. Cannot open multiple files

   1. Version 21.1.0 (windows)
   2. Selecting multiple files, right clicking to open all files
   3. Expected results that all files open the same way I have been opening files for years.
   4. Only one file opens and locks illustrator, need to close out program through task manager, restart computer and that sometimes fixes the issue. If not I have to uninstall and reinstall illustrator and that fixes the issue for a day or two.

6. Pathfinder Trim with Gradients does Divide instead

   Version: Any

   Steps taken: Make a file with a gradient fill on top of an object with a solid fill. Apply Pathfinder Trim.

   Expected result: Object underneath gradient object is removed while gradient object stays as one solid object.

   Actual result: Gradient object is cut and solid object remains underneath.

   Further comments: When using pathfinder in Illustrator to trim objects that contain a gradient the objects underneath do not get removed as they should and instead appear to be divided. This seems to be an issue with how Illustrator makes gradient as if overprint fill was applied to the object. The workaround is to put a solid color underneath or apply the gradient as a fill in the appearance panel instead of using the tool bar, but that is not an intuitive way to design.

   Version: Any

7. Cmd + Opt + Space to call Zoom tool is broken

   The shortcut for the Zoom, "Space + Cmd + Opt" is broken... It's a selection's tool which appears, I don't change my shortcuts.

8. Right Click does not work

   This is not an idea, it is a bug complaint! My right click does not work on Illustrator on anything. I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Illustrator Version 2017 21.1.0 in hopes to correct the "right clicking" issue that was in my older version (version prior to 21.1.0). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program and the same problem still persist. My right click does not work! This is slowing down my work and it's definitely not time efficient. Help me fix this now!

9. Illustrator CC 2018 (Mac) "Beachball of Death" Crash Anytime I try to Save! HELP!

   I've seen this issue in other spots but can't understand why it's not resolved. I've attached an error log in Word.

10. Wacom Cintiq major problem

    Wacom Cintiq and Illustrator 22.0.1 doesn't work. Cintiq cursor is stopping to respond after 2 seconds. In other apps it works without problem. Issue appeared after latest update.

11. [PARM] error?

    I have Windows 7, 64bit, running Illustrator CC and all of a sudden today I am not able to use the text tool and when I try to use the select tool on certain areas of the file the error message comes up that I attached to this.

12. AI CC2017 has flatten my work file into an image automatically

    1. Illustrator 21.1.0

    2. I use a lot of paths and layers to create effects in AI, once done I saved it. When i reopen it to edit some features, I was shocked that it flatten all my paths into an image! Nothing I can do but re-do it, painful experience!!

    I re-do (painfully), saved, reopen.....it works fine. I used that AI file to do adaptation, by copy the whole layers (file A) and paste to other AI file art board (file B).

    But when I reopen file B to further edit, file B has turn into a flatten image....again. Luckily file A still working fine.

    I tried copy file A to file C (new document file).....the result is even weird. Some group in layers has flatten, but some are not.

    I use the same save/ export steps like CS5. I didn't touch any setting in save dialogue. I was not able to figure out why it flatten when I close the file.

    1. I should be able to amend the AI CC, the software shouldn't flatten it automatically. It caused me into a big trouble.

    2. AI CC flatten my paths, groups, layers....randomly.

13. Decimal delimiter gets ignored in values

    When i want to choose the thickness for a line for example 0.25 mm / 0,25 mm AI automatically turns it into 25 mm.
    In Denmark we use " , " and in USA they use " . " for decimals. I'm pretty sure.
    I have Windows 10 whit english UI but danish system settings and Danish keyboard. And all my Adobe products in English or US. I'm not sure.

14. Troubleshooting with anchor points

    While trying to add a new anchor point to an intersection it adds it in another place, some pixels to the left. Basically, it happens whenever I try to use the pen tool. At the same time looks like whenever I move an object it doesn't go exactly where I want it to. Basically, no overlapping or adding anchor point to an existing vector.

15. Bounding Box Persistence while traversing history: failure mode

    Hello, this is a very light bug that has been pestering me.
    I'm running Ai CC 21.1.0

    Bug Summary:
    While traversing the Ai history using (Cmd+z and Shift+Cmd+z) the bounding box loses track of which elements are being manipulated between the different states. This may depend on number of elements, which will then point to performance limitations but I am running on a 2016 MacBook Pro, 16 GB Memory, 2.7 GHz i7 processor, Radeon Pro 455 and Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB for graphics.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Take a mixed sample of marks, shapes, type.
    2. Make unique edits on each, ie. scale a shape, change font size on type.
    3. Attempt traversing the history to see if bounding box remains on the latest edited elements from that history state.

    Expected Result:
    Bounding box encompasses only the elements that have changed/are the ones changing/went to through a change while traversing the document's history.

    Actual Result:
    Bounding box will encompass the last edited elements/the elements that are changing in the current history state for a few steps through the history, however quickly loses track.

17. EPS saving as AI or PDF bug

    Hi When saving an EPS file to either AI or PDF downloaded from a stock site I have had issues with both the on screen preview and print from InDesign. When I save it as an EPS again it appears to regain the proper appearance both on screen and in print. Is there a transparency issue when converting an EPS to AI or PDF?

18. Join tool still drops selection.

    It was reported already and reported as fixed, but in 2018 CC the bug is back, Join tool drops selection every time after it was used not allowing consequent connections without reselecting the whole curve every time.

19. Windows Panels resize at applications restart

    Not sure if this is a Windows issue or a new AI 2018 issue. The problem I am having with all 2018 Adobe products is that when I enter back into AI after restart my Window Panel properties are all collapsed even though my saved work-space is saved with all of them always expanded. This causes me to go through every window panel and expand it. Not a huge deal but super annyoing and a time waste. This is happening consistently. I am running Win10- pro with the latest AI CC update.

20. Type reverting & doing all sorts of weird things

    The new Illustrator's type feature behaves strangely. The font reverts to the 1 I chose previously when I do some things such as discard the Offset Path setting I've set for it it in the Appearance Panel.
