  1. Corner features display in the selection tool, not in direct select

    Occasionally, the corner options features do not display in the direct select tool, meaning I cannot round corners (fillet/ chamfer). They do display in the selection tool, but they obviously don't work there (it invokes object rotation).
    This occurs on Windows version 25.3.

  2. Issue with Illustrator starting page screen

    Since the last 2-3 days whenever I open illustrator, the starting page screen is appearing this way (see attached image). I don't know what I can do to fix it.

  3. Illustrator fills trash with "Recovered files"

    Illustrator 2021 on OS X Mojave keeps filling my trash with "Recovered files". So what's going on with it? I don't know what the issue might be as there is no crash or something else. It seems like a bug from Illustrator.

  4. Stalling on launch

    Using Windows 10 25.2.3 (64 bit)
    Stalling on start up if opening a single file, opens from desktop shortcut.
    Recommended diagnostic does nothing.
    Anyone else experience this?

  6. Selection in the right pane

    Since a recent update of Illustrator, it has been very difficult or even almost impossible to select data in the right panels with the mouse. The cursor is stuck, and you must either use the keyboard to erase data and change their value or double-click on the data and replace its value.
    This bug was not present in the former versions of Illustrator (Windows).

  7. Exportation of Devanagari in SVG

    There is an annoying bug in the export or save as... SVG, when the artwork contains devanagari script.
    I attach to this post 3 screenshots of a very simple artwork made of 1 background picture and 2 texts, one in Hindi, the other one in French. The fonts used are the beautiful Adobe Devanagari fonts (bold and bold-italic).
    I have used either save as... or export as... and reopened them in Illustrator, with different results, then made a copy of my screen..
    If you open the 3 files for example in Photoshop, you will see that they are all different!!!…

  8. Unable to activate fonts

    I am unable to activate new fonts using the find more feature in AI. When I attempt to activate a font, it attempts to activate but does not complete. However, the font is indicated as active on fonts.adobe.com, yet still not available in AI.

  9. Screen goes white as soon as I draw something

    As soon as I open an Illustrator document and draw or touch an object, the screen goes white. I switch between gpu and cpu rendering, nothing changes.

    M1 MBP, newest os and illustrator version, not the beta or pre version, rosetta 2 mode.

    The team is aware of a similar looking issue, where this is due to Anchor Point Size preference set to Max value. Please check if changing it from Max to any other value resolves this and comment back.

    The investigation continues to get the root cause of this preference corruption.

  10. Impossible to select a point under another point or line in outline mode

    Selected objects have their points accessible even if they are below other objects but only in prewiew mode.
    In outline mode clicking on a point under another point or line over it selects the object above.
    This bug makes working in outline mode very unpractical and cumbersome, mainly in projects with many aligned and superimposed elements.

    Summary of problem: CLOUD LIBRARY Panel from Adobe Stock does not open AI documents for editing.

    To reproduce problem:
    Buy some VECTOR assets from Adobe Stock, open up illustrator, open up a new document, save it to the cloud. Open up the LIBRARIES panel, double click the assets you bought, click on the EDIT button, they wont open, instead AI just reopens the document you already have open. This was not a problem before the Libraries panel was updated, last version worked fine, I could just "double click" the asset, presto,…

  14. All Illustrator workspaces and control area disappears

    All Illustrator tools panel, workspaces, saved workspace windows and control area disappears at startup. A complete reinstall of the program does not fix bug.

  15. Illustrator 25.3 Crop

    Export File creates uncontrolled artboards and more then one - usually only one is selectable the other is not. Did this with jpg, pngs. Save as pdf works fine but export versions do not.

    One artboard frame is correct but the second unselectable version is smaller but taller and localized around one object in the image.

    They both carry over with the file to other programs.
    Files opened in photoshop display properly but png has extra clear space.

  16. Gradient along a stroke blend

    When blending 2 gradient strokes (gradient along stroke) the blend orientation does not stay consistent with the 2 original strokes. I know I can get the required results with gradient within a stroke or converting outline path etc. but I need to get it to work using 'gradient along stoke' for my purposes.

  17. Object\Filters menu item lacks hotkey

    When you press Alt-O, you can't access 'Filters' submenu with a key (the item has no underlined char).

  19. プリセット

    Illustratorのバージョン:25.2.3
    使用デバイス:Mac book pro（mac OS,M1）

    ・新規作成の際にプリセットが出ず、テンプレートのみ出てくる

    新規ドキュメントを作成の際、通常であれば印刷やwebなどさまざまな媒体に合わせたプリセットが出てくるはずだが、それが一切出てこない。テンプレートの提案のみ出てくる。

    パソコンの再起動、アプリのアンインストールや、creative cloudのログアウトなどを行っても改善されず。

    非常に困っています。検索しても解決法が見当たりません。よろしくお願いいたします。

  20. Sharp corners of a convex curve get displayed wrong with GPU Preview

    I've noticed on this newer version of Illustrator that some corners are showing an odd line overlap. Noticeable when zoomed in. I've attached pictures.

    It is also applying this to shapes made in older versions.
