Artboard resizing bug
Artboard bug causes a wrong or erraticaly behavior. Just trying to change the artboard height and when I click [ok] and check it again, the value remains the same. Please, check the movie.
This time I have it on video, but this issue remains until the first CC version, maybe more.3 votes -
new document jumps to last page instead of first page
Occasionally when I create a new document in Illustrator CC, it jumps to the last page. Then once that document is closed and opened, it does it again.
Am I missing something? Never use to do this.

1 voteWe open a file to the last saved view. So by design Illustrator will open to the artboard(page) and zoom level that was when the file was last saved.

Installing new fonts don't automatically list in Illustrator unless I restart the App.
When I activate a new font in my font management app (in this case FontExplorer), the font doesn't show up in Illustrator. I have to quit Illustrator and reopen it in order to see the new font. In the past I didn't have this issue only in recent updates to Illustrator. Is there a way to fix this?

gpu view shows nonexistent shapes
when i view using GPU it shows nonexistent triangular shapes which i can't even select

Complete system crash when using Puppet Wrap tool
Upon first time using Puppet Wrap tool, complete system crash. All programs and entire machine turn off. Now if I have Illustrator open for 5+ mins my machine shuts off.

File Bloat
I was tearing my hair out working with a file using multiple images containing patterns inside snowflakes. Every time I saved the file it got bigger and bigger even when nothing had changed except I was trying to rasterize images which was suggested to reduce file size. Finally after reading many other illustrator forum comments on this issue, someone suggested copying all the content and pasting it to a brand new file artboard. I did this and started an entirely new file with the same artwork, and when I saved this new file it it went from 240 MB to…

New Project Screen Overflows Window
When I create a new document in Illustrator (either by clicking "Create New" or by using Ctrl-N), the New Project screen overflows the window so that the document setup bar is cut off. When the window is smaller, the leftmost edge of the bar is visible; when the window is fullscreen, none of the bar is visible. (See attached screenshots.)
This has been going on for several weeks. I have tried restarting Illustrator and restarting my whole computer, but neither helps.
I am running Illustrator 22.6 on a Windows 10 laptop.

Subtracted hole looks smaller than the same shape put above
I'm noticing when using the pathfinder subtraction feature I'm getting a loss in pixels in the subtracted object. In this instance I have a design that will be printed on a black shirt. I'm subtracting my top black layer from the layers below. I have attached a screen shot for reference. You can see if you compare the subtracted shape to the top black layer there is a loss of line quality. Basically, you cannot get an EXACT subtraction from one shape to another. V23.0.1 Unable to drag artwork from Illustrator to PowerPoint and be able to ungroup the artwork.
Yesterday I was able to drag and drop my artwork from Illustrator to PowerPoint and ungroup the artwork. Today after I updated my Illustrator software I can't do this. The drag and drop places an uneditable image.

Stroke panel doesn’t show details
Stroke panel does not work correctly. No details are shown and only after multiple workspace changes, does it sometimes appear.

Illustrator 2018 Crashes
I have Surface Studio, 32 Gig, Windows 10. Today I installed the CC Updates and now Illustrator crashes every 2 or 3 minutes. I uninstalled Illustrator and reinstalled it, but the crashes continue. Finally in desperation I uninstalled Illustrator 2018 and reinstalled Illustrator 2017. At least now Illustrator is stable.
I sure would like to know what to do to fix the problem. You know it wouldn't be a bad idea if one could reach support with install problems.

New guide
When I try to make a new guide it seems to be lock out. Every other command like hide guides, lock guides, etc work. The only one that doesn't work is make guides.

Links showing up when image is placed but not when file is opened
- macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and Illustrator 23.0.1 (and previously 23.0.0).
I've opened a client supplied illustrator pdf and it shows that all the links are missing. When I place that same file into a new artboard (instead of using file>open) it has all the links embedded and high resolution. I have restarted and updated illustrator with no change.

graph
When changing data in the graph data panel, it's changing the style of the graph itself. I'm used to the graph tool being rubbish, but this is now applying a gradient swatch to all the axis lines when it was previous set to no colour.

Importing a small PDF file takes 2 minutes
I just opened 6 50kb PDF files and it took 1 minute 50 seconds. Why is it so slow? It has been this slow for a long time and I am sick of it. It makes me wonder why I should pay for this.

Customizable Toolbar - accidental change
Great, these tear-off custamizable toobars!
But when a tool is pressed long, it can be stacked to another tool by accident easily. Getting the icon back to the previous position is not as easy.
Should be nice if this can be done as easy ase stacking two tools.1 vote
