1. Drop Shadows in Illustrator 26.4.1 won't export to SVG properly – they become displaced

   I made an Illustrator 26.4.1 graphic that used the drop shadow effect.
   When I exported it to SVG, the shadows became displaced. They were all moved a bit to the top-left. I tried all kinds of alternate exporting and effects settings, always to the same effect.

   I knew for certain that I had already done this in a previous Illustrator version, so I downloaded Illustrator 25.0 and tried the exact same thing – worked perfectly!
   Some time between those versions, something must have gotten buggy.

   When I noticed this, I was on Win10 (Win11 now).

2. Illustrator auto-close when opening an .ai file

   It closes automatically when I open an .AI file, whether I double-click the file or open it from the illustrator menu.

   I already reinstalled illustrator and the problem continues.

3. 上書き保存時に時々保存前のaiデータが勝手に複製される

   バージョンはCC2022です。
   「sample.ai」のデータを上書き保存すると「ai100000000sample.ai」（0部分は任意の数字）というファイルが時々勝手に複製されます。
   削除しようとしても「権限がありません」と出て消せません（再起動すると消せるようになることがあります）
   バグなのか設定の問題なのかわからなかったのでここで質問させていただきます。

4. Coordinates not showing in Overprint Preview

   On Intel Macs running Monterey (Issue does not appear to happen on Apple Silicon Macs), with the GPU Performance turned off the coordinates do not show when dragging an anchor point. If GPU Performance is turned on it does work but only in Outline View.

   Steps to Reproduce
   1. Create blank file, have GPU Performance turned off
   2. Drag to create a new square object
   3. Turn GPU Performance on and change to Outline View
   4. Drag to create a new square object (Coordinates now show in Outline View)
   5. Change to Overprint Preview
   6. Drag to create a new square object (Coordinates now do not show again)

5. Bullets and Numbering indentation changes

   Numbering moves away from the text when I make the text larger. It does not happen always. I have tested it a few times and found this issue.

6. Ai 26.4.1 no longer recognizes my Nvidia GPU Quadro P2000, no acceleration

   After 26.4.1 update AI says Compatible GPU not available. This has been working for 4-5 years. WTF!

7. Strange lag when opening files in Illustrator and Lightroom is running in the background

   When Lightroom is running in the background I am experiencing a lag when opening files in Illustrator. It takes about 40 seconds for the file to come up in Illustrator, even with smallest files.

   Had this issue for a long time now and with X versions of Illustrator in the past.

   • Keep lightroom running parallel to illustrator
   • Open File (double click or from the menu)
   • Blank file pops up and stays freezed for an amound of seconds

   • File opens completely

   • PC, Windows 10 pro 21H2, last X Versions of Illustrator

   More strange: When I send Lightroom to a systray icon with third party tools, so no icon is visible in the taskbar, the lag is gone!
   Also, when the file opening hangs and I switch to Lightroom for a second and then back to Illustrator, the file pops up (it ends the freezing).

8. Library Disappears

   After I use Illustrator for a while, the library disappears (seemingly without provocation). The library comes back if I restart illustrator (but then I have to close all the files I was working on and open them again).

10. Name artboard is not added to the file name when exporting (jpg or png, etc.)

    When executing the command "File - Export file as" and exporting, for example, to jpg, the name artboard 3 "preview" is not automatically added to the file name. Everything was fine in the previous version (26.3.1) of Illustrator.

    This is fixed in 27.1.0 Prerelease build-GM candidate build 2, available in Creative Cloud Desktop Prerelease section.

    As part of the fix, we have added suffix checkbox in ExportAs dialog to toggle on/off the functionality.

11. Image Trace API is broken

    Please watch the video attached.
    1. Rename the attached .txt. file to .js (UserVoice does not allow to attach scripts directly)
    2. Select a raster image in Illustrator and try to run the script the way it’s shown in the video, with line 11 and 12 commented, mutually exclusive

    With TRACINGFULLCOLOR on it is expected to have the 'Palette' dropdown switch to Full Tone, but it gets set to Limited.

    On the contrary, TRACINGLIMITEDCOLOR should give Limited for 'Palette', but it gives Automatic.

    These are obviously swapped.

    Also notice how all advanced options become 50%.

12. ヒストリー項目が正しく表示されない

    問題の説明:
    MacOS10.15.7　IllustratorCC ver.26.4.1

    オブジェクトは複製されますが、ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」となります。

    再現手順:
    1. ダイレクト選択ツールを選び、アートボード上のオブジェクトを選択
    2. キーボードのリターンキーを押し移動ダイアログを開く
    3. コピーボタンをクリックする
    4. ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」と表示されるがオブジェクトは正常にコピーされる

    実際の結果:
    ヒストリーパネル上で「取り消し」と表示

    期待された結果:
    「コピー」と表示される

    回避方法:
    ありません。

    その他…
    ・編集→カラーを編集
    ・リピートオブジェクトの編集処理
    ・グラデーションツールによる処理
    ・ブレンドツールをダブルクリックしてブレンドオプションダイアログを開き変更を適用する

    これらも「取り消し」と表示されます。

    ツールバー下部、塗と線に下にある塗り、グラーデーション、塗りなしのパッチをドロップして「塗」「線」を設定しようとするとヒストリーパネルでは「取り消し」になります。

    段落パネルの多くの機能（インデント・段落前後あき以外）とOpenTypeパネルは項目が二重に追加されたりします。
    全般的にヒストリーパネルの表示はおかしいです。

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

14. Wrong resolution calculation on pasting an image copied from Photoshop

    Windows only it seems like.
    1. Create a document in Photoshop, 100×100px, 72ppi
    2. Copy the contents
    3. Create a web/mobile-based document in Illustrator
    4. Paste the copied image

    Illustrator pastes 99.9875×99.9875px image.

    It turns out Photoshop uses pixels-per-meter (biXPelsPerMeter and biYPelsPerMeter) to define the reoslution.
    72ppi is exactly 2834.6472 pixels per meter.
    Unfortunately, the value must be an integer (thanks to BITMAPINFOHEADER), so the convention is to use 2835 (which is 0x0B13 in hexadecimal).

    But Illustrator is going by the letter of the law (not the spirit) and converting 2835 to 72.009 pixels per inch.

    2835 / 2834.6472 × 72 = 72.0089611152

    This is lame. If it sees incoming data spec'd as 2835 pixels/m, it should "know" that this is 72ppi.

    What integration and collaboration can we talk about, when two main graphic whales of Adobe can’t find a common language to exchange data? What a shame.

15. (MacOS) Finder window freezes when trying to save an Illustrator file

    When I try to save an illustrator file, the Finder window that pops up is frozen. None of the buttons are clickable. I've tried saving files with other apps, including Adobe apps like After Effects, and they can save files just fine - to the same folder even.

    Currently using the latest version of Illustrator.

    Things I've tried:
    - Resetting Illustrator preferences
    - Reinstalling Illustrator
    - Versioning down Illustrator
    - Deleting the com.illustrator cache folder
    - Relaunching Finder
    - Restarting the computer
    - Starting with a fresh Illustrator file
    - Opening an existing Illustrator file

16. Dialog windows move / float to the left

    Bug Report: Floating windows drift offscreen (see attached video).
    Adobe Illustrator 26.4

    I tried reverting to older versions of Adobe Illustrator, but the issue exists for them as well; To me, that suggests the problem is related to the beta macOS. I am raising this bug now because the issue could present itself as users upgrade to macOS Ventura this fall.

    System Info:
    I am running MacOS, Ventura, Version 13.0 Beta (22A5311f) on iMac M1 (2021) with 8MB RAM.

17. BUG GPU preview clips top of outlined text

    In the current version if Illustrator, 26 we have noticed a bug in GPU preview.
    Tops of letters, or shapes appear to be clipped at an angle. This is not present in a PDF created from the same file and goes away when switching to CPU preview. Can be recreated with any file and also on Mac running current Illustrator version as well.

18. Circular Text Rotation different on newest update.

    Opening a file with perfectly centered text on a circle is now off center. Live rotating seems to make the text hop around the circle not conforming to the rotation.

19. Exported files omit names of artboards

    When I selected the page range, the exporting file didn't have the artboard name. I am using the latest version on mac m1 max with the latest system. After reinstalling the older version, the problem has gone.

20. Changement de couleur à la réouverture de de mon fichier

    Bonjour, depuis 2 ou 3 jours, à chaque fois que j'ouvre un fichier mes image en PNG sont comme en "négatif" ou avec un fond jaune. Pas toute les images c'est aléatoire.
