PROBLEM Mixing and changing swatches colours in the file...
We are currently designing on about 250 designs witch we have in the same file as different art boards. In the swatches panel we have created two different groups of colours (each group has 8 swatches). We design in each art board (for example Art 1) with one of the group colours (lets name it A). When we finish colouring Art1 we copy the design in the next art board Art2 and now we colour it using the other group (lets name it B). Edges of a fill are rendered rough and innacurate
Smaller circle is roughen, not smooth. This is really annoying since I'm working on a logo for a client and it has to be precise.

Illustrator freezes at the moment of saving a file with "Save as"
At the moment of saving the file with "Save us" the pup up window freeze and the whole Adobe Illustrator also stops working. To be able to do something I need to "Force quit". But the action of "Save as" will not work, therefore I can not save my documents.

Illustrator 26.2.1 LAGS on EVERYTHING. Unusable.

Slopes of anchor points corrupted after opening PDF file
When I open a PDF in Adobe Illustrator that was created in Adobe Photoshop, the slopes of the anchor points of a shape are corrupted. The interpolation between the anchor points doesn't seem to work properly at some point, see screenshot "Illustrator-Photoshop-Comparison.jpg". As a result, the shape looks deformed and egded, as if drawn with a shaky hand.
I don't know if it's due to the export from Photoshop or the import in Illustrator. The PDF is displayed correctly in Adobe Acrobat Pro. When I open the Photoshop PSD file in Illustrator, the paths are correct.
Does anyone know this…

preview for tif images does not change after embedding
I use Illustrator 2023 27.0 on Mac book pro with macOS Monterey Version 12.5. When placing tif images the preview shows a low resolution image (individual pixels are blurry). This should normally be corrected once the image is embedded. But in the case of tif images this does not work it stays in the preview stage even after embedding. However, when printed it shows the correct image. Therefore there seems to be a bug which does not show the correct state of tif images after embedding. This bug is specific for tif images since it does not show the same…

Regression in version 27.0 - SVG tspan not handled correctly
Hello
When I place the following SVG
<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" viewBox="0 0 500 500" width="500" height="500"><text><tspan>60</tspan></text></svg>
And then try to export the object back to SVG, I get
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="36.86" height="39.2" viewBox="0 0 36.86 39.2"/>
The tspan content is gone.
Without the tspan it works ok. It also works fine in AI 26.5
The example is an extract from a larger SVG object created through the Datylon plugin
Seems like an AI regression bug. Any chance it will be fixed in later versions?

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Point type alignment trouble
I have an issue with Adobe illustrator, and the online help service didn’t help me at all
Here’s the deal:
When I type in English left to right, I can align the text to the horizontal center of the artboard.
BUT when I write in Hebrew (or Arabic), right to left, using a point type, the text will not align.
If I convert to area type, or if I change orientation of the txt to left to right, the text will align fine.

All elements disappearing the more I edit. They show in layers panel, but not on artboard or in exports.
I'm working from (an up-to-date version of) an Illustrator file with five differently sized artboards. They all are using the same elements and symbols, just arranged different for different layouts. When I click on one of the artboards and select a group to scale down, the elements begin disappearing and have not reappeared.
I exited the group and more elements in the artboard disappeared. Clicking out of the artboard group itself made the entire group disappear. When I click back into the artboard, selecting an element reveals the outlines and bounding boxes, but the artwork itself is not visible. Opacity…

CPU and GPU preview aren't working correctly
This is the difference I have while viewing through CPU or GPU. The correct en smooth view is CPU and the other GPU. I never had this problem before with illustrator until a month ago but then again only with DXF files. Now it also jumped into my regular files.. I can't visualy snap lines to each other because they appear to be off but when viewing with CPU they aren't. How can this problem still be there, I saw messages appearing from 2018 with the same reports... Also attached my mac's specs.

Square brackets hotkeys don’t work when input language is non-English
If you have default [ and ] keys set for Increase/Decrease Diameter, you have to have English input language set to make these work (at least on Windows).
In Russian these keys on a keyboard occupied with 'х' (Russian 'ha') and 'ъ' (Russian hard sign). Pressing them does not change the diameter.
But these do work in Photoshop, and basically elsewhere... except for Illustrator.
Sam happens for other input languages like Turkish, and for other commands, like Arrange (Bring / Sent Froward / Back).

[Bug] "Print As Bitmap" (unchecked) checkbox is not honored.
When I uncheck "Print as Bitmap", it is not honored at all, in any circumstance:
a) In the Summary, it gaslights me.
a) When I press Done and reopen, it's checked again.
c) When I print, the graphics come out jagged, which tells me it is being processed with Print as Bitmap.I'm on AI Version 27.2, just updated.

Bounding boxes disappeared
Since updating to Version 27.2 all the bounding boxes have disappeared. To resize objects I can only put numbers in the Height and Width text boxes or click and drag individual anchor points with the Direct Selection tool. There is no way to click and drag an entire object to resize it. Late yesterday, even the anchor points disappeared, but closing and reopening Illustrator brought them back.

Color UI won't stop auto filling in shapes with a last used color
I don't know if this is a bug or not, but ever since updating to Illustrator 27.2, the color picker in the color UI (after holding shift + click) won't stop auto filling in selected shapes with the last applied color used to fill in a previous shape. This is very frustrating and significantly bogging down workflows.
Running on MacOS Monterey version 12.0.1 using Illustrator version 27.2

Repeated items become invisible when I close and open Illustrator
I made a file in Illustrator with a few shapes that get repeated in a grid, but when I close and open the file again, some shapes become invisible. When I click on them enough so they get in isolation mode, they appear again, but everytime I open the file they are invisible at the start.
I tried to copy and paste these in a different document but that doesn't help.
My operating system: Windows 11 Home
Version of Adobe Illustrator: 27.1, but when I used 27.0.1 it was also there.1 vote
