1. No text selection on New Document window

   I have been experiencing a problem since Illustrator 2020.

   When in the New Document window, I can't select any text on the inputs such as File name, Height, Width, Bleed etc.

   I usually select by clicking and dragging, but it isn't working. The only way to select the entire text for me now is by clicking 3 times at the end.

   I reinstalled my windows 10 system for other reasons, but the problem persists.

   Everything seems fine on other Adobe applications, though.

3. Illustrator shutting down randomly without saving

   I am working as a Graphic Designer, so I use Illustrator very often. Lately it happens a lot, that Illustrator shuts itself down randomly. Guys this isn't fun...

   I am working on some projects for 2 -3 hours for nothing. Nothing is saved, not even if I do it manually from time to time. It's like playing russian roulette - will I keep my file? Won't I? Will I finish my project in time or will I have to start over AGAIN?! What is going on?

   If this keeps happening I am afraid I won't be able to use Adobe anymore. I've lost so much time already that nobody is going to pay me for...

4. illustrator and PS is not sync with each other

   When I tried to create a document and I have included an EPS file in photoshop. and after that, I modified the eps file it's not syncing with photoshop. it's asking for saving as in other locations.

5. Video driver error

   I have 2 video drivers on my computer, the base version and the fully upgraded one. Each time I open Illustrator, it warns me that my driver is outdated yet both drivers register as connected.

6. Libraries panel will not scroll after computer sleep

   Libraries panel will not scroll after computer sleep, need to restart illustrator to gain control of it again. MacOS 11.1 Big Sur, 2020 16" MacBook Pro Intel.

7. Pixelated patterns appearing across top of screen

   Since updating to Illustrator 2021 I get patterns of pixels appearing at the top of my screen and moving as the mouse moves. Not sure if anyone else has this, it doesn't happen in InDesign or Photoshop.

9. GPU Preview Disabled when Importing CMYK/RGB Vectors through CC Libraries

   In the latest version of Illustrator (25.2.1) If you try place a linked vector file through Libraries into a document that is in a different format eg. CMYK into an RGB document or RGB into a CMYK Document and it is a vector, GPU acceleration is disabled. This does not occur in Illustrator 24.

   I've tested this by opening a CMYK Document, placing a linked CMYK file and everything works as expected. If you place a linked RGB vector it will cause the GPU to stop working. The opposite works the same way, placed a linked CMYK file into an RGB document and the GPU stops working. The only work around is to "Place a copy" of the libraries image.

   In the latest version of Illustrator (25.2.1) If you try place a linked vector file through Libraries into a document that is in a different format eg. CMYK into an RGB document or RGB into a CMYK Document and it is a vector, GPU acceleration is disabled. This does not occur in Illustrator 24.

10. Filename field no longer first in focus when saving

    Mac OS 11.2.2
    Illustrator 25.2

    This actually affects Pshop as well I've noticed. Used to be when I save a file (typically done from the keyboard) the save dialog appears I can start typing the filename I want to save, and the field is already in focus and placeholder text selected. Now I need to leave the keyboard to click into the field or tab several times to get the field in focus. More of an inconvenience than it sounds to be but my workflow is dependent on timeliness and leaving the keyboard this much adds up, especially when I've been used to this feature for 24 years.

11. Adobe Illustrator 2021 desktop cannot open .aic file from cloud on Windows

    I saved a file I was working on to Adobe Creative Cloud two days ago and can't open it or an older version of it. When I try to download it I receive the message "Fehler beim Herunterladen" [Error downloading] (German PC), same with an older version. When I try "in Illustrator öffnen" [open in illustrator] Illustrator will start, but the file won't open and nothing else happens. If I already have another (local) file open in Illustrator, I will shortly see the message (screenshot 1)

    I may have had one or two unembedded linked files in the problematic file. When I save such a file I get the message in the second screenshot.

    I have not moved the linked files on my computer in the meantime, and I haven't tried to open the file on another device either.

14. SVG export

    Export Artboards as SVGs doesn't seem to work in the latest update (25.2.1). I often export svgs and pngs together from artboards and have never had a problem until this morning when using the updated app. It exports the pngs fine but doesn't export the svgs at all. I reverted my Illustrator back to 25.2 version and it works fine. I have a computer with windows 10 and have not experienced issues with this feature before.

    2. Selecting the 'Create New' button on home screen (without no documents opened).

    3. When configuring the document on the right pane of the New Document dialog box, I expect to be able to (consistently) select text (e.g. width and height values) in the text fields by doing a press-and-drag to highlight it on the right pane of the dialog box.

    4. However, I wasn't able to highlight the text in the New Document dialog box. Instead, I have to press Backspace on the keyboard to delete the default before I can change them. Several tests have been done, and the result is the same.

17. New Update (v25.2.1) crashes/restarts computer when opening up application

    Every time Illustrator is opening it is completely restarting my computer for no reason. It might be conflicting with a recent windows update or another program update.

19. Auto save recovery data not opening up files after relaunch

    Hi, the auto save recovery is not working in Illustrator 25.0.1 even when checked. My recovered files aren't opening when I open Illustrator after a crash. I'm running Mac Big Sur 11.1

20. Mistake in online help page

    Hi on page https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/cutting-dividing-objects.html under Trim objects using Pathfinder effects are swapped icons for pictures marked C and D. See attached picture.
