CC Libraries doesn't work and has a black partial background
Can't select or move up/down the CC Libraries panel. Also a black background appears.

2021 Workspace isn't working
Workspace is not showing up and automatically defaults to the "tracing" workspace when I try to change the workspace at all. Illustrator 2021 on windows is up to date.

Print settings not saving with document
In the old versions of Illustrator, the print settings, including the lpi/resolution settings, would be saved with the document. For several versions now, however, the lpi/resolution settings are not being saved and just get changed to the default settings every time I go to print.

Title tag in Illustrator Editable PDF is not updating on save with "Press Ready" setting
I notice this when I open the Illustrator pdf in Google Chrome, it is using a title tag within the pdf to display the title. If I save the file as pdf with the preset "Press Ready" as is optimal for preparing print files with linked bitmaps, this tag is not being updated and chrome displays the original title. Often I will make files from other files as templates and it will show the name of the original file, which is confusing for clients who see sometimes another company's name in their file name. Unable to open old Illustrator files

Moving object into perpendicular direction not working
When I moving object in perspective grid with perspective grid selection tool into perpendicular direction while pressing key 5. it's not working. I have also not enable to move object by dragging to switching plane by pressing it's respective keys 1,2,3.
The same thing working on another computer.
I have windows 10 latest update installed on My Computer.

Illustrator crashing when mac goes into sleep mode
Hello,
I'm using Illustrator 24.3 on a brand new Macbook Pro.
Several times a day it crashes. It seems to happen most often when:
- my computer goes into sleep mode and I reawaken itQuite often it happens for no reason, even when I am using another program.
I have spent a lot of time on the Adobe community page trying various solutions but nothing seems to have worked. I have 'problem reports' from the crash.
Can anybody direct me to somebody who I can work with to try and resolve the issue?

Rectangle tool draws slightly rotated rectangle
Update 24.2 - When drawing a rectangle (by selecting the rectangle tool, clicking on the artboard, and entering desired dimensions), the resulting rectangle is slightly rotated, skewed or tilted. It's not noticeable until it's viewed in outline mode.
To confirm this, I create a 1" x 1" square with the rectangle tool. Then drag the ruler origin to the top left anchor point. The transform palette confirms this anchor point is at x=0, y=0 (as expected). Then I select the top right anchor point and see that its coordinates are x=1, y=-.0022. The y-value should be 0.4 votesAs per the comment, the solution might be to check the Constrain Angle value in Preferences > General (Cmd/Ctrl + K) — it should be 0.

3D - Extrude - Isometric Top is skewed so edge does not run parallel with Isometric - Right
I made a square out of vertical rectangles of alternating colour and wanted to make it into each face of a cube.
However, 3D - Extrude - Isometric Top (with no bevel or shading) effect is slightly skewed.
Therefore, I cannot connect each anchor point to make a cube. See screenshot to see how the top's edge veers away from the right side.
OS: Mojave 10.14.6

Sometimes command+ ~ key does not work, which is the function for moving pattern swatch only within an object. Some of my colleagues are experiencing it, also.

Illustrator 24.2 not saving changes!!!!!
Since the last update it already happened twice, and I am mad as ****!!!
I just had another file that I worked one day before, and when I opened it now, the file has a lot of missing changes! Pretty much hours of work are gone! And I will have to do all over again! Luckily I had saved a copy as PDF to show to the client, so some graphics I could recover, but all the text elements I will have to redo!

Network corrupting app repeatedly
I have read articles about how Adobe doesn't like to work with networks but my issue is my company does not allow for me to use anything off the network. We have extreme security settings so there is no option at all to work around it. Because of this, the app corrupts at least once a month and IT won't help. I'm the one stuck with reinstalling the app and all the settings constantly. Please help work on a solution for designers like me whose hands are tied with how we use the software. It's extremely time consuming and frustrating…

1 bit TIFF files still importing inverted after all these years
It's been a while since I needed to import a 1 bit tiff file into Illustrator (maybe two years?) And I was so surprised to see this problem still occurs even in version 24.0.3
Does anyone know a fix bedside inverting it in Photoshop before importing it?

Text cursor on Mac with Retina Display incredibly thin
The text cursor is extremely thin on a Mac with Retina-Display. In an empty text box the cursor is nearly invisible, having the same width as the frame of the box. On a regular display, the cursor has a much better visibility. You should auto-detect the screen resolution and choose an appropriate width for the cursor or you should let the user choose a size in the preferences.

This causes two issues:
1. hidden/locked groups of text shouldn't be selected at all by this command. (It won't actually select a hidden group of text if the TextFrame(s) inside the group are also explicitly hidden individually).
2. In a case where everything is unhidden/unlocked, this command selects the GROUP of TextFrames, not the TextFrames directly. This command will actually correctly select TextFrames in a group directly if there is another type of object sharing the group, like a pathItem, for some strange…6 votes
