Automatically Overprint ON in Gradient
We have disabled Overprint in Gradient stroke for the particular eps. But once we save the eps file and again open the same eps in illustrator, automatically overprint enabled.
Due to this we have received quality issue in Printer. So please let me know how to disable overprint for Gradient Stroke.

Combining Unicode Diacritical characters aren’t displayed

Color blend control panel
Trying to change a fill in a preexisting color blend. Control panel only allows shifting the current blend, not adding or changing color. Any time the color pallet is selected, the blend control box disappears. Adobe is adding more features is cool, but taking away the basic features we've had for years is uncool.

Mad Color (Colour)
Colours are altered opening older files. The colour (color) settings are completely wrong—the idropper doesn't select properly. I tried to do a screen grab to get a sample from it but all the colours fade. The screen grab brought into illustrator then screen grabbed again fades all the colours again!!!! This doesn't happen if I screen grab anywhere else.

Print Area doesn't adjust according to Print Driver
Once you print and click on setup, then proceed to set your printer up for custom sizes the print area in the print dialog box doesn't change. In order to get it to match the artboard and what you have inputted into the printers driver, you have to click on setup again and print. This adjusts the print area but this extra step is a bug.

The stroke has a brush applied to it, which can also define cap.
Check it in the Appearance or Brushes panels. You can remove it from both of these panels, or Control, or Properties.

CC library window blanks out after trying to edit files.
Adobe Illustrator CC 23.0.2, WIndows 10 Enterprise version 17032.
Tried right clicking onto a file in a CC library file to 'edit', CC library window closes immediately. Tried to open again from the Windows tab, CC library window is void of any files and folders. It appears blank.

Entered hue color value changes
Setting a hue to 90 degrees while in sRGB will convert the hue to 88 degrees after you click OK. This same behavior does not occur in Photoshop.

Illustrator CC constantly crashes in Touch Workspace
I switched to a Surface Pro 2017 (i5, 8GB RAM) a few days ago and Adobe Creative cloud is driving me crazy.
The issue I'm having is that Illustrator CC 2018 (V23.0) keeps crashing every few minutes when I'm working in the Touch Workspace - which badly needs a layers panel by the way. To use CC like this is the sole reason I got this Surface Pro!
Things that didn't work:
- Restarting
- Updating all my drivers
- Downgrading to Illustrator CC V22.0
- Re-installing Adobe CC completely
- Re-installing Windows completely from a Microsoft Surface Recovery USB…

Illustrator makes mouse curser go slow (not a lagging issue)
Lets start by saying that Illustrator isn't lagging, It's just the mouse curser that goes slow when on the canvas.
I use an extra monitor connected to my Macbook macOS Sierra pro 10.12.4 (16E195)
I have noticed this a few times when using illustrator. It does not happen to any other program, Photoshop, sketch, Chrome etc.
This might be worth investigating as it is slightly irritating

An installed font doesn’t get found when its name is typed in a search field
I'm missing fonts that used to show up in my list. What happened to my favorites? I started typing the missing font name in search and it showed up briefly and then disappeared. From then on every time I tried to search for it again the cursor jumped around and started typing nonsense.

Templates
I just upgraded to Illustrator 23.0 and I can't save any templates I get an error message (see attachments) Also my folder with my own templates is missing really annoying Adobe!!!

LogTransport2 locks app after failed requests to hbrcv.adobe.com
I have a corporate web filter that always tries to authenticate port 80 or 443 traffic. Illustrator is reaching out to hbrcv.adobe.com and because there is no traditional web interface to handle this request, if the library can't communicate without issue the entire user interface locks and becomes unusable. Any ideas how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Panels are Grouped, e.g., Properties can't be detached from Layers
I want to set up a new workspace to have separate windows. Illustrator is forcing them to be attached, and it takes up a lot of screen space, blocking my view of my artwork.
I am using Windows 10 v1803

Illustrator Lag
Illustrator super slow and laggy even in outline view on Mac. Started after last two updates. Have restarted both Illustrator and mac. Takes forever to save and move objects, have to click multiple times for it to actually select the object.

Differences in safed SVG
There are several differences in the produced SVG depending on the way a user takes for export or safe.
A little example:
I need for technical reasons the properties Width and Height for the artboard size. When i export from AI to SVG using 'export' this property is added if the checkbox for export the artboard size. Now, open the produced SVG again and simply pick safe, and the properties are gone.
There are many more differences.Would you please change the SVG generator to make more common results?

pressure spike bug
i am using a huion h640p tablet and the moment i touch the tablet with the stylus and graze the surface of the table in effort to make a thin line it will create a large blob then go on to make the thin line (please note that every stroke was drawn from left to right)

Kerning on extended selections can only be set to Auto or 0 message
My kerning worked just fine about an hour ago, but now every time I try to add a custom kerning value it gives me the warning: Kerning on extended selections can only be set to Auto or 0.
I can't seem to get this to go away.
I uninstalled & reinstalled Illustrator and it is still happening.
I tried many fonts of different types, and it still won't work.-Chris

Cannot create or load documents, the canvas goes black / white / transparent / empty / transparent
Whenever I try to open a new document or a pdf or ai file the screen shows up blank white. It is not because the white part is the art-board since I tried zooming out already and it didn't work. I also tried updating illustrator and that didn't work either nor any other questions I found on here.
