  1. Sierra (macOS 10.12.6) GPU rendering issues for Illustrator CC 2018

    I recently upgraded to CC 2018, and I've been having issues with pathfinder as well as how paths are being displayed. Attached is a shot of what's occurring...this phenomenon not only happens in new edits since udpdating, but is showing up in files that did not display this way previously.

  2. Optimize Illustrator

    I've already optimized Illustrator for my graphics card. I keep getting the notification for it, even though I've done it.

    I could turn off the notification, but I'd rather get important Adobe update news.

    Can the message be automatically deactivated if we've already optimized?

    Ideally, you should get this message only once and not always. Which version of Illustrator are you using?

  4. High Sierra 10.13

    Es imposible trabajar con la aplicación ya que todo se colapsa por un lag extremo. Todas las herramientas se ven afectadas y ni siquiera crear un simple objeto resulta fácil debido a la lentitud. Mi equipo es un Macbook pro Mid 2014 intel i7 2.5 GHZ 16GB DDR3 de memoria Iris pro 1.536 MB y NVIDIA GT 750 2GB. Necesito ayuda urgente por favor,

  6. Illustrator 2018 not working

    Illustrator 2018 is not working. How can I downgrade to 2017?
    The whole artboard is flashing everytime I move the mouse. The rulers are flashing. Portions of the vectors are just disappearing. I have rebooted my computer twice. Illustrator 2018 is not working.

  7. Fit to window (apple-0) doesn't take into rulers into account

    Using 'fit artboard to window' on mac Illustrator 2018 doesn't work properly if rulers are shown.
    Expected: whole artwork to be shown, fit to window.
    Result: top of artwork is 'cropped off' by rulers if they are shown. If rulers are hidden, 'fit to window' works as expected.

  8. Changing font by typing first character isn't working illustrator cc

    Changing/selecting font by typing first character is not working
    or scrolling with arrow has no preview.

  9. Macbook completely crashes with Illustrator 2018

    Hi, I'm using Illustrator 2018 and quite frequently my MacBook Pro 2017 crashes completely when I'm moving objects around or copying objects. It happened with the 2017 version as well. I can only hard reset my computer, which NEVER happens with other apps.

  10. Create New

    I have Illustrator 2018. Whenever I click create new, I'm expecting to see the full range of canvas options, but instead it's cut off at web (instead of including Art & Illustration canvases etc.). Resizing the window still cuts it off, and sometimes it'll fit but there will be white space instead of filling the window.

  11. Drawing Tablet not working properly after update

    Since the 2018 update my drawing tablet that works properly with every other program on my system not requires me to press down abnormally hard to do anything at all in Illustrator. This is killing my work flow and I regret updating.

  13. UI bug

    illustrator CC 2018 (ver. 22.0.1(64bit) / windows 10 Falls creator

    UI gets 'mangled', rendering it unusable, displays 'eating' each other or disappearing or not appearing, usually starts in 'control' area. Happens after various length of time, no special event triggering it.

  15. CC Libraries will not work

    I have tried a few of the temporary fixes and sometimes it would work but now it is just telling me that Something Went Wrong Initializing Creative Cloud Libraries. I use the libraries every day for work and it is very frustrating to have to open up an old document with the color I need just so I can use it. It will not work no matter what now.

  17. recent screen: thumbnail vs list view

    Since this last CC update, the LIST button does not work on the recent screen when the application first opens. It is stuck in thumbnail view. This affects ALL the adobe software that I use, illustrator, photoshop, indesign, premier.
    Please advise if a fix is in the works.

  18. AIGPUSniffer quit unexpectedly.

    Adobe Illustrator CC 2018

    When trying to open Ai files through Bridge, I get this error:

    'AIGPUSniffer quit unexpectedly.'

    and the file fails to open. I don't experience this issue when opening the same file through finder or through the 'Open' dialog box.

  19. Print menu resets to default when loading Pantone colour book

    Bug - Print menu resets to default when selecting a Pantone colour from any book
    This in turn causes print tiling, page size etc. to disappear. Then have to return to print dialogue and set everything back to A3, page tiling etc.

    Been persisting with this bug for over 6 months, very annoying.

  20. CC 2018 PGN Exporting looking worse than CC 2017

    When using Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 back then, exporting a HUGE resolution, Inked Lineart via File->EXport As->PNG-> High 300 ppi + Art Sampled + Transparent..

    Whenever i open that file on Photoshop CC 2017, the line art looks CRISP, stylish, soft, with no dead pixels like showing off..And Photoshop CC 2017 detects it with a 19kx20k Resolution.

    NOW, when using THE SAME EXPORT SETTINGS but on illus' CC 2018, the exporting looks instant...Oh yeah, great... But when i open it on PSCC2017....The lineart looks VERY THIN, 1px like, with greyed out dead pixels.

    Please do NOT break out what's working…
