線を細く設定した際の表示バグ
線の太さを0.001pxなどに設定した場合、設定は出来ているのに実際の線の表示位置と、選択できる線実体の位置にズレが生じます。

Radial gradient not properly centered on some objects.
Radial gradient should be centered on object's center, not on it's bounding box. It is possible to move the gradeint's start point and to scale the endpoint circle, but there is no way to move the center of the endpoint circle.

Broken overprint preview in 28.7.1
Hi, the overprint preview is broken in the newest version of illustrator.

Eyedropper cursor blinks while held
If you pick Eyedropper tool and hold it to sample a color continuously — it blinks, jumps, tries to change into a default pointer arrow.

Non-global swatches in cloud libraries don't retain names when added in new documents
I have a large cloud library with like 800 swatches for customers that I need to use in multiple different documents. Most of the swatches were uploaded with the global tag so when I use them later on, they still have their name when I add it to the documents. However, some of my swatches are missing the global tag so when I add them later on, they just automatically convert the selected object to CMYK and doesn't add it to my swatch panel.
If it matters, my workflow is selecting the objects that need the new swatches, then clicking…

What’s New screen pops up every time I close all documents
Illustrator wastes my time by making it necessary to close the annoying splash screen whenever I close a document. Really annoying. Please get rid of it or make it optional.

Upside down text stroke disappears when exporting
When I go to export files in illustrator any upside down font with a stroke that has not been outlined shows up in the jpeg without the stroke.

Preview Only Text rendered as moved compared to the original
The new Preview Only Text feature is bugged. Attached is a screen shot of a comparison of the original document and Illustrators Preview Only text. The copy actually moves quite a bit from it's original position. The text is area type and within a box if that is a clue. This should be a huge concern for anyone trusting the preview only text.

More than 32,000 anchor points can be added to a single path
The pathPoint limit is 32,000, and if we try to continue drawing a path from the end of a PathItem with the pen tool, a dialog box will appear and refuse to add anchor points, but we can add anchor points to the segments in between.

Export Assets (Elements) as SVG results in additional content in exported file
When exporting assets as SVG using Asset Export panel, additional content is added — content that I exported weeks ago. When using "artboards" to export everything is correct.

29.5 hanging on startup
29.5 is hanging on startup for me, won't get past loading in plug ins, then it just sits there... system is OS 15.4, Mac Studio M1 Max 64/512. SwatchLibs.aip seems to be the issue, won't load anything past that. Wacom Tablet is installed, latest driver in place as well.

Back with a vengeance: Constrain (holding Shift key) doesn't work with Smart Guides turned on, for Scale, Rotate, Reflect
This is an older bug that was fixed a while ago but seems to be back with a vengeance.
It is now happening in Adobe Illustrator 28.4 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1.

When smart guides are on none of the constrain features (holding down shift) work properly, whether it's rotating, reflecting, etc. It just sort of jumps back to one position, often the original position, and won't move. 16 votesA current 'workaround' is to disable Transform Tools option in Preferences > Smart Guides. This removes the 'uniform' guide, making the smart guides less useful, but it stops it from jittering.

Sizes of exported PNG files differ depending on the method used
Using "Export as" and "Export to Multiple Screen Formats" to export PNG format, with the same settings, there is a significant difference in size after export.

Changes made in acrobat PDF not reflected when opening in Illustrator
Sometimes, text and graphical changes made using Adobe Acrobat on PDF's are not reflected when opened in Illustrator. For example, a client sent a PDF file of a banner with a phone number on it, when viewed in Acrobat the number is different than the one in Illustrator because the client made the edit in Acrobat. It would sure be a great feature if a file would open properly in across different adobe products.

This problem has been consistently occurring since the introduction of Illustrator CC, and continues to affect all subsequent versions.
This is a severe UX and workflow-breaking bug. It makes it impossible to use the most natural way of opening files on macOS. Users are forced to adapt inconvenient workarounds.

Bottom of Artboard controls entry fields and text descenders cut off
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new or existing Illustrator file
2. Look at the bottom left of the screen where the Artboard controls are
3. Observe how close the entry fields/text are to the bottomResult:
OBSERVED:
- The bottom of the entry fields is cut off (see screen shot)
- Entry fields still work as expected
- Resizing the window does not fix the issue

Bug - Variable Concept fonts do not show on screen or in output

Plugins: Esko DeskPack Essentials 24.07; extensis Connect Fonts 27.0.0Variable Concept fonts do not show. The text box is visible when I change to View Outlines. I can select the text lines and see the colour and font information; the text does not appear on screen or in output. Our only solution is to quit Illustrator and restart. This seems to fix the view issues, but we now have to quit/restart multiple times per day.
