White disappears on export
White disappears on export. Trying to save a jpeg.
This is not the first time I've experienced this.
I HATE that you insist on calling BUGS — IDEAS.
Adobe is the buggiest software on the planet.

v24 buggy
new version, will hang for no reason....
(when you try to save a pdf for example)

wasatch soft rip
wasatch softrip has hot folders. save a PDF in the folder, and it processes the print. Illustrator 2019, worked fine. Save to folder, keep document open. Illustrator 2020 keeps the file LOCKED. Program has to be QUIT in order for the lock to be released.

Cannot press TAB to select font weight in Properties
On the Properties panel, pressing the TAB key when you are in the fonts dropdown jumps directly to the font size, NOT the font weight as it should.
In the Character panel the behaviour is correct.

Cannot save document when title is blank
In version 24.0.2 when creating a document with no title you are unable to save.

After latest update, Illustrator opens and is half off-screen. It is frozen there and can't be moved or resized, and menus are often missing
It would be great if the program would open and actually be usable. With half of the program off-screen, and being unable to move or resize it, I can't get my work done.

Linked images are broken when open a AI file on a different computer
I work with a AI file and some placed image as links.
If I try to open that file on a different computer i shows all the images links as broken. I need to fix each path evrytime.

Unwanted emails from Adobe
Why am I getting spammed twice a day with 20-60 illustrator bug messages.? My company quarantines these unwanted messages. I get nothing out of them and I cannot turn them off.

Problem with tracing feature
Hi.
I have a problem with tracing feature. Never have I been able to use this feature, not once. Each time the error message appears: "Can not be fully executed because an unknown problem has occurred (CANT)".
Why is that?

Free transform tool is broken
When using the free transform tool to resize a text box, the transform isn't smooth, it jumps by huge amounts when dragging, and produces completely unpredictable results. After that, the outline of the text box disappears, but is still selected.

Artwork in Clipping mask doesn't resize
Illustrator 2019 on PC Windows 10
When I resize artwork sometimes anything that's inside a clipping mask doesn't resize. The shape I created for the mask resizes, but the artwork 'inside' stays static.
If I undo and retry a few times it will eventually work. I'm using the 'black' arrow to select the object and resize with the handles. I'm not using either of the white arrows. So I don't think it's a selection issue on my end.

Illustrator only showing one of 3 previously opened docs after crash and no tmp-files - total loss of many hours of work.
Well, well well. So Illustrator crashed (stupid me did believe adobe saying it was more stable after the update some days ago) and after killing via task manager and re-opening it only did show one of the three opened documents. Unfortunately it was only one file I needed to copy and paste an element from and it was not important.
The file I was working on originated in an One Drive folder. Maybe there´s the issue. There should have been any temp-file somewhere, though.
Autosave is on and saving every 2 minutes, default.

GPU Issue in Touch Mode on Surface Pro (2017)
Hello,
I have been having a repeated issue with Illustrator leaving checkerboard artifacts onscreen when drawing in Touch Mode on my Surface Pro. After drawing for a while, Illustrator will crash. I've included a clip displaying the artifacts I'm talking about.A related issue happens at random when drawing, where the outline will display in red while I'm drawing it, then the line won't actually get drawn. Sometimes when selecting or scaling objects they will similarly display the scale happening, but then nothing actually happens. Usually Illustrator crashes after that.

Trim view not persistent when leaving isolation mode
When viewing a document in Trim View, and then isolating an object/group, leaving the Isolation Mode resets the view mode to the default, instead of returning or remaining in Trim View.

Libraries Panel Disappears and cannot be accessed once reopened when you use Ctrl + [ after selecting a swatch or asset from it.
When editing objects colors using swatches, or pulling in an item from the library, if you immediately use Ctrl+[ to change the layer your selection is on, it closes the library panel. When reopened, none of the items in the library appear in the panel, and you cannot save changes to any assets you have currently open

Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
