1. Illustrator Crashes on external monitor

2. Cannot view 150% zoom level

   1. Illustrator CC 20.1 (64-bit); Windows 10-64
   2. Trying to zoom to 150% by selecting the preset option from the zoom drop-down menu, or using Ctrl++
   3. Expected result: document is shown at 150% zoom (actual size due to DPI scaling issues)
   4. Actual result: zoom preset goes to 200% and document is shown at 200%. This only happens with this document and not others; it contains both vector and raster data. For some reason I can zoom at every other preset except 150% (true actual size)

3. Illustrator CC is in Overprint mode super slow

   While working in overprint view , Illustrator slows down and starts freezing

4. Lags horribly...I cannot do anything because of this. This was before and after update. This happens with Adobe PDF too.

I haven't tried other CC apps but Pages (not an Adobe app) works fine and so does the internet. I removed Windows Bootcamp from my Mac thinking that it was a space issue. At this rate I am unable to get any work done. Very frustrating

6. Illustrator won't export SVGs - V. 23.0.1

   When trying to export (for screens) artboards and/or assets, it does create subfolders but won't export any SVGs.

   It does export PNGs etc but not SVGs.

8. File > New or Cmd/Ctrl+N fails to create new document

   After opening Illustrator, I'm only able to open existing files. Trying to create a new file by clicking "File > New" in the menu, or clicking "Ctrl+N" results in a brief pause, but no new artboard or new file appears.

9. Not enough memory to place the file + can't export files Illustrator

   Hi,

   Hope all is good.

   When trying to add any file over approx 50kb to an Illustrator project (to an empty one or one with existing layers), if that's a png, jpg or psd, error message comes out ''not enough memory to place the file'', or nothing happens at all.

   At the same time, when I try to export a finished project (of any size), these methods don't work:

   'Export As' PNG = the operation cannot be completed because of an unknown error. [!now]
   'Save for web (legacy)' = can't even open the option panel, error message comes up straight away 'Could not complete this operation. An unknown error has occured'
   'Export for screens' can export to all file types except PNG again.

   Is this all somehow connected?

   Scratch Disks are saved to an external HDD
   No other programs are opened when working in Illustrator

   MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
   Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
   Memory 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
   macOS Sierra 10.12.6

10. Preferences reset to default... EVERY time I open Illustrator

    Every time I open Illustrator, all preferences are reset to the defaults. EVERY preference, EVERY time. I've saved custom workspaces, keyboard shortcuts, etc. and those are available to be activated, every time I open the application.
    Using AI CC 2018 (22.0.1) on Windows 7, with Cloud disabled.
    I do NOT have the option to install the latest patch; I don't even have access to menu item "Check for Updates."
    Would be EXTREMELY helpful if Adobe would make the list of fixes for each patch available. I have no way of knowing when there's been an update, or what was patched in any update.
    This is the buggiest version of Adobe software (Illustrator and InDesign) I've ever seen. I've been using ALL the core Adobe apps since their initial release (1980's, 1990's).

11. Attributes Panel shows Overprint for mixed selection

    The Attributes panel shows that a selection of multiple objects is set to Overprint when the selection contains objects that are not set to Overprint. Only if a non-overprinting object is selected prior to the group selection, will the Attributes will correctly show the "-" (Dash) to indicate a mixed selection. See Screenshots attached.

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.3.1 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

12. Illustrator CC 2019 spots not changing to CMYK

    Mojave 10.14 I just updated to Illustrator CC 2019 and when I try and convert a spot colour to process it wouldn't enable when I click OK -

13. Preview in properties panel does not work for changing values via arrow keys

    When changing the line width in the properties panel via arrow keys, the preview is not updated!

    In appearance panel it works OK

14. Clicking on File > File Info... does nothing and sometimes locks up

    When opening a file or creating a new file, nothing happens when I click on File > File Info...

    The menu bar disappears and all menu options are grayed out. I can sometimes hit escape and it clears the condition, but I'm unable to open the File Info dialog. Other times, it completely locks up and I have to Force Quit.

    On version Illustrator 22.0.1
    Running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3 (17D102)
    MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

15. Units preference not retained on asset panel export

    Details of your operating system and version of Adobe Illustrator
    Current version of CC on a Microsoft Surface windows 10 pro

    The steps you were taking when you experienced the issues:
    It's in both the asset export panel and the export artboard panel. My global preferences are set to inches as well as the originating document.

    I'm often creating elements then exporting various bits as assets. So the asset export panel is handy for this. I could just copy and past into a new document and "save as pdf". It's just a smoother flow for my brain to use the asset panel if I can work around this little issue.

    But when I have a file with units set to inches and I export an asset or artboard as a pdf, when I reopen the pdf in AI, it defaults to points.

    When I open the pdf an AI and go to the Units in the doc preferences it does say inches, but the transform panel is displaying points. If I then switch the preferences to points, save that change, and then reopen the units preferences and switch it back to inches, THEN it displays correctly as inches in the transform panel.

    Your expected result:
    I expect the pdf to retain the units preference set in the doc the asset was exported from, when opened back up in AI.

    Your actual result
    Described above. When I reopen in AI, the asset exported from the asset export panel as a pdf, the units display as points in the transform panel even though the preference is set to inches.

16. Certain font styles are missing, like Montserrat Bold, Arial Bold, Myriad Condensed, etc.

    I have ITC FrizQuadrata installed. This font family has 4 styles: normal, italic, bold and bold italic.

    AI CC2017 does show all four.
    CC2018 shows only one — 'ITC'.

    It doesn't show it when you type family name, it doesn't show other styles in drop-down style list.
    If I copy/paste text with needed font family style from 2017 to 2018, AI will show me two identical font names but two different preview near them (and again no italics).

17. Dragging a new guide from a rule activates the artboard behind the ruler

    In a document with multiple artboards when I have an active artboard (black outline) and then go to drag a vertical guide from the left ruler, the measurements change and a different artboard gets selected that's running under the rulers. When clicking in the rulers any object, layer or artboard selection needs to be suspended.

18. 'Remove redundant points' in Pathfinder options keeps unticking itself

    AI doesn't respect 'Remove redundant points' being checked in Pathfinder options and always unticks it.

19. 2018 Illustrator CC is crazy slow / extreme lag on fast touchbar mac

    AI is extraordinarily slow to do anytlhing, even select tools, or draw or duplicate objects. I have a very fast computer:
    2016 MBP 2.9ghz intel core i7
    16gb ram
    radeon pro 460
    running OS 10.13.6
    I have 60gbb free of space on my SSD.

    I haven't worked in AI for several years, but I'm deeply familiar with PS, and I'm following a tutorial on how to draw a geometric shape. So thats what I'm doing in the project. Very simple stuff.

20. Stroke not updated when using arrow keys

    An object's stroke is not updated when using the arrow keys to increase or decrease stroke size. Then selecting another object without pressing enter or removing focus from the input box applies the stroke to the new selection.

    Steps:
    1. Create 2 shapes
    2. Select first shape
    3. Adjust stroke with arrow keys in the properties panel - shape on artboard doesn't update
    4. Select second shape - stroke that was supposed to be applied to first shape is applied to second shape
