When a crash happens, the Recent Files lists get reset to the state they had on launch
File > Open Recent Files list and a Recent files at home screen don’t get recorded somewhere safe as soon as a document gets opened.
So each time Illustrator crashes (and sadly it’s a ordinary way and the only reason for Illustrator to get relaunched), both lists get lost — Illustrator shows them in the state they had when the program was closed successfully.
Illustrator should update and store these lists as soon as they change and don’t loose them on crash.

Crashing on First Action in New Artboard
Program crashing as soon as I perform the first action in a new whiteboard. No warning, report, or otherwise. Just closes. Compatibility report shows no issues:

Share does not support opacity mask
The new Share for review does not display correct if there is opacity mask. I had open distressed texture tutorial from the Discover Panel and was eager to test Share for review … result was a black screen since this was below the group that had an opacity mask.
I added other element they were visible but not the elements that had opacity mask. Releasing Opacity Mask and the review works as normal.

"unknown filter error" when importing variables which have multiple links within the document.
Reproduce:
1. make a document with variables. I have a mix of image and text but I don't think it matters.link multiple document objects to one variable, as is allowed within illustrator
try to update the variable library with a CSV that has the same structure just different values (average use case)
You should get a dialog warning that variable sets need to be overwritten blah blah click ok and then the error pops up. Probably forgot a nested loop would be my completely uneducated guess.

Selecting all objects on layer via Layers panel not recognized by Intertwine

Go to Layers panel
Click target button for Objects layer (to select all paths on that layer)
Choose Object > Intertwine... note that Make is gray

Steps taken when the problem occurred(1) ファイル編集
Edit file
(2)「別名で保存」（ファイルの種類：svg）
"Save As" (file type: svg)
(3)「svgオプション」で「Illustratorの編集機能を保持」を選択
Select "preserve illustrator editing capabilities" in "svg Options"
(4) Illustratorを閉じる
Close Illustrator
(5) 同じファイルをIllustratorで開き、編集
Open the same file in Illustrator and edit
(6)「保存」（上書き）
"Save" (overwrite)
(7) Illustratorを閉じる
Close Illustrator
(8) 同じファイルをIllustratorで開くと、エラー発生&編集機能破損？
When the file was opened in Illustrator, an error occurred and the editing function was corrupted.最初の保存の時点で「Illustratorの編集機能を保持」を有効にして保存していたのに、編集や上書き保存をしているうちにIllustratorの編集機能が保持されなくなってしまっていると考えています。

Dissapearing controls
My controls are dissapearing. Attached is a screenshot.
I can select elements on the graphics but cannot see any buttons.
Seems to be happening at random times. I have tried using 3 different PCs now and it happens on all 3.

FONTS and text REMOVED
Text removed. Sometimes its happens to me hat I open a file and all text is removed, fonts no showing up, but the text is not there any more. I can see there are text elements but are empty of text.

Illustrator UI Scaling Issue
I am currently using Illustrator version 27.3.1 on a modern Lenovo laptop and the UI is far too small and hard to see. I have had this same problem now for the last few years of updates of the program. I have searched this issue many times and have tried all the solutions that have been offered by the community support and none of them work. Has there been a solution for this issue developed yet?

File get corrupted after save
Description:
I was working on the attached file, I saved without any issue and close Illustrator but when I tried to open the file again I get an error informing that "The file was only partially read", when the file is opened all the elements outside the artboards are not shown, and the artboards are not editableIllustrator ver. 27.9

線と塗りが黒のテキスト選択時にカラーパネルを変更するとパネルの挙動がおかしくなる

PC：Mac Studio M1 MAX / OS Ventura 13.4と13.5
Illustrator：26.5.3と27.7で同じ現象を確認②線と塗りにC0Y0M0K100が適応されているテキストを選択した状態で、カラーパネルをCMYKからグレースケールに変える。
③C0Y0M0K100からK100になる。
④見た目は黒だがカラーパネルはK=0になってしまっている。
修正しようとするとオブジェクトが白になってしまう。補足：グレースケールからCMYKパネルに変更した時も黒から白になります。ちなみにアピアランス設定で塗りと色を黒にして同じ操作をすると問題なく黒のままでした。
既出でしたら申し訳ございません、ご検証宜しくお願いいたします。

Illustrator crashes when using rotate tool
Using the rotate tool to rotate something freezes while rotating, and Illustrator never comes back (tried waiting for hours). Using rotate dialog box from the menu has no problem.

Display different colors even though the color profiles match.

Set a unified color profile across all CC applications using Bridge (In this case, Adobe RGB + Japan Color 2011 Coated were used).Step 2:

Adobe Express QR Code Keeps Crashing Illustrator
I was working on a poster and needed a QR Code. I built a code in Adobe Express, saved it as SVG file, and opened it, along with my poster, in Illustrator. Every time I tried to copy the QR Code to paste it on my poster, Illustrator crashed. I tried re-doing the code, saving it as different file types, etc. When I recreated the QR Code in a different program, it worked perfectly.

File adding images unnecassarily in file
When i reopen a file, illustrator has duplicated and randomly placed (and sized) images from within the file or even doubled the link that was in place. It adds an additional image for each link in the file and also asks them to be relinked! Very frustrating having to look through and clean up the file.

Full screen mode does not take up 100% of the screen when the Windows taskbar is hidden
Hello! In April update of Windows (22621.1413) developers changed automatic taskbar hiding mode, now it is hidden completely, without 1 pixel border. I think that this is a good solution, but some Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign) in full screen mode do not open 100% of the screen when the taskbar is hidden, leaving a gap of 1 pixel at the bottom of the screen which shows the desktop wallpaper, and if it is bright and contrasts with the interface of these programs, it looks defiant and it is not good. Cannot select multiple files from creative cloud to place
ctrl or shift key cannot be used to select multiple files from creative cloud to place. However, I can select and place multiple files from my computer.
